Abstract
Description
Technical Field
[0001] The present invention relates to a blood pressure measuring device worn on the wrist.
Background Art
[0002] In recent years, blood pressure measuring devices used for measuring blood pressure are utilized not only in medical facilities but also in households as a means to check the health condition. A blood pressure measuring device measures blood pressure by, for example, expanding and contracting a cuff wrapped around the upper arm or wrist of a living body and detecting vibrations of the arterial wall by detecting the pressure of the cuff with a pressure sensor.
[0003] As such a blood pressure measuring device, a so-called integrated type in which a cuff and a device body for supplying fluid to the cuff are integrally configured is known. Further, in an integrated blood pressure measuring device, a wearable device worn on the wrist is also considered. As a technique for wearing a blood pressure measuring device on the wrist, a technique of tightening and fixing a belt provided on the device body around the wrist with a cuff disposed inside the belt is known.
[0004] Also, in this type of blood pressure measuring device, a technique using a curler between the belt and the cuff is known in order to closely attach the expanded cuff to the wrist. In such a blood pressure measuring device, the cuff is fixed to the inner peripheral surface of the curler. Then, the curler and the cuff are fixed to the device body via a back cover, and the cuff is connected to a flow path portion that is fluidly continuous with a pump (see, for example, Patent Document 1).

Summary of the Invention
Problems to be Solved by the Invention
[0006] In the blood pressure measuring device described above, which is attached to the wrist using a belt, the cuff and belt are separate components. Therefore, when the user attaches the blood pressure measuring device to their wrist, there is a risk that the belt and cuff may be misaligned relative to each other in the axial direction of the wrist along the longitudinal direction of the forearm. If the belt and cuff are misaligned relative to each other in the axial direction of the wrist, the cuff may not be properly pressed against the wrist during blood pressure measurement, which may reduce the accuracy of the blood pressure measurement.
[0007] Therefore, the present invention aims to provide a blood pressure measuring device that can prevent a decrease in the accuracy of blood pressure measurement. [Means for solving the problem]
[0008] According to one embodiment, a blood pressure measuring device worn on a user's wrist, comprising: a case body; a mounting portion provided on one of the circumferentially symmetrical positions on the outer surface of the case body; a shaft portion provided on the other; and a connecting portion provided on the wrist side of the case body; a pump housed within the case body and fluidly continuous with the connecting portion; a cuff provided on the wrist side of the case body and having a connecting portion connected to the connecting portion, and fluidly connected to the pump via the connecting portion; and a cuff housed inside A blood pressure measuring device is provided, comprising: a bag body that is shaped like a band and can be wrapped around the wrist, and has a hole formed at one end in the longitudinal direction where the connecting portion is located; an attachment portion, one end of which is fixed to the one end of the bag body and to the other end beyond the hole, and the other end of which is attached to the attachment portion, wherein the length from the one end to the attachment portion is shorter than the length from the one end to the connecting portion located at the hole; and a belt provided on the bag body and having a fixing portion for fixing the portion of the bag body that is folded back and stacked at the shaft portion.
[0009] A cuff is a device that inflates when fluid is supplied to it, and includes bag-like structures such as air bladders.
[0010] In this embodiment, the cuff is positioned inside the bag. Therefore, when attaching the blood pressure measuring device to the wrist, even if the cuff moves axially within the bag, the cuff remains contained within the bag, allowing for proper pressure to be applied to the wrist. As a result, the accuracy of blood pressure measurement can be improved.
[0011] A blood pressure measuring device is provided in which, in one embodiment of the above, the connected portion and the connecting portion are configured such that one is inserted into the other.
[0012] According to this embodiment, the connecting part can be easily connected to the part to be connected.
[0013] In the blood pressure measuring device according to one embodiment described above, the mounting portion is flexible, and a blood pressure measuring device is provided.
[0014] This configuration allows for a larger range of motion of the belt around the shaft. This makes it easier to attach and detach the blood pressure measuring device from the wrist.
[0015] A blood pressure measuring device is provided in which, in one embodiment described above, the bag and the attachment part are made of cloth.
[0016] According to this embodiment, the ease of wearing the blood pressure measuring device can be improved. [Effects of the Invention]
[0017] This invention can provide a blood pressure measuring device that can prevent a decrease in the accuracy of blood pressure measurement. [Brief explanation of the drawing]

Figure 8 is a cross-sectional view showing the configuration of the belt 4 and the cuff structure 6. Specifically, Figure 8 shows the belt 4 and the cuff structure 6 cut along the width direction at a position passing through the pressure cuff 71 and the first connecting portion 84. Figure 9 is an explanatory diagram showing the blood pressure measuring device 1 attached to the wrist.
[0022] The blood pressure measurement device 1 is an electronic blood pressure measurement device that is attached to a living body. In this embodiment, the electronic blood pressure measurement device will be described using a wearable device that is attached to the wrist 200 of a living body.
[0023] As shown in Figures 1 and 2, the blood pressure measuring device 1 comprises a device body 3, a belt 4 provided on the device body 3 and wrapped around the wrist 200, and a cuff structure 6 housed in the belt 4.
[0024] The main body of the device 3 includes, for example, a case 11, a display unit 12, and an operating unit 13. The main body of the device 3 also includes, within the case 11, a pump 14 for inflating the cuff structure 6, a fluid passage section that fluidly connects the pump 14 and the cuff structure 6, and a control board.
[0025] The case 11 comprises an outer case 31 and a crystal 32 that covers the opening of the outer case 31 on the side opposite to the wrist 200.
[0026] The outer case 31 comprises, for example, a cylindrical case body 33, two pairs of lugs 37, a bottom wall portion 34 provided at one end of the case body 33, a mounting portion 35, and a shaft portion 36.
[0027] The case body 33 is formed, for example, in a cylindrical shape.
[0028] One pair of lugs 37 is provided on one of the outer surfaces of the case body 33 at a symmetrical position in the circumferential direction. The other pair of lugs 37 is provided on the other of the outer surfaces of the case body 33 at a symmetrical position in the circumferential direction. The pairs of lugs 37 are aligned in the circumferential direction of the case body 33. One pair of lugs 37 is designated as the first lug 37A, and the other pair of lugs 37 is designated as the second lug 37B.
[0029] The mounting portion 35 is provided, for example, between a pair of first lugs 37A. The mounting portion 35 is to which the mounting portion 64 of the belt 4, described later, is attached. The mounting portion 35 is detachably attached, for example, to a pair of first lugs 37A. The mounting portion 35 is, for example, a spring bar.
[0030] The shaft portion 36 functions as a pivot point for the folding of the bag body 63 of the belt 4, which will be described later. The shaft portion 36 is configured to allow the bag body 63 to be folded around one axis in the width direction of the bag body 63. The shaft portion 36 is configured, for example, parallel to a direction perpendicular to the direction in which the bag body 63 wraps around the wrist 200. The shaft portion 36 is configured, for example, as a rod provided between a pair of second lugs 37B. The shaft portion 36 is, for example, a spring bar that is detachably attached to a pair of second lugs 37B.
[0031] The bottom wall portion 34 is provided at the opening on the wrist 200 side of the case body 33 and covers the opening. Here, the wrist 200 side refers to the wrist 200 side when the blood pressure measuring device 1 is attached to the wrist 200.
[0032] The bottom wall portion 34 is an example of the wrist 200 side of the case 11. A connection portion 38 is formed in the bottom wall portion 34. The connection portion 38 is fluidly continuous with the pump 14. For example, a flow path continuous with the pump 14 is formed inside the case 11, and the connection portion 38 constitutes a part of this flow path. The connection portion 38 is configured to be connectable to connection portions 84 and 93 of the cuff structure 6, which will be described later.
[0033] The number of connected portions 38 is the same as the number of connected portions 84 and 93 of the cuff structure 6. In this embodiment, the cuff structure 6 has, for example, two connected portions 84 and 93, so two connected portions 38 are formed. One connected portion 38 is designated as the first connected portion 38A, and the other connected portion 38 is designated as the second connected portion 38B.
[0034] The first connected portion 38A is configured, for example, in a shape into which the connecting portion 84 is inserted. The first connected portion 38A is formed, for example, in the shape of a hole opening into the outer surface 34a of the bottom wall portion 34.
[0035] The second connected portion 38B is configured, for example, in a shape into which the connecting portion 94 is inserted. The second connected portion 38B is formed, for example, in the shape of a hole opening into the outer surface 34a of the bottom wall portion 34.
[0036] The windshield 32 is, for example, a circular glass plate.
[0037] The display unit 12 is positioned opposite the windshield 32. As shown in Figure 1, the display unit 12 is electrically connected to the control board. The display unit 12 is, for example, a liquid crystal display or an organic electroluminescent display. The display unit 12 displays various information, including the date and time, blood pressure values such as systolic and diastolic blood pressure, and measurement results such as heart rate.
[0038] The operation unit 13 is configured to accept commands from the user. For example, as shown in Figure 1, the operation unit 13 includes a plurality of buttons 41 provided on the case 11 and a sensor that detects the operation of the buttons 41. For example, there may be three buttons 41.
[0039] The belt 4 comprises a belt body 61 and a fixing part 62. The belt body 61 comprises a bag 63 and an attachment portion 64.
[0040] The bag 63 is a bag-shaped device that houses the cuff structure 6 and is configured as a band that wraps around the wrist 200. The bag 63 is also configured to allow the cuff structure 6 to be pressed against the wrist 200 while it is wrapped around the wrist 200 and secured by the fixing part 62. Furthermore, the bag 63 is configured to allow the inflated cuff structure 6 to be pressed against the wrist 200 during blood pressure measurement.
[0041] Furthermore, in this embodiment, the cuff structure 6 is configured to expand with air supplied from the pump 14, and the bag 63 is configured as a bag that does not hinder the expansion of the cuff structure 6.
[0042] The length of the bag 63 is such that it is folded back at the shaft portion 36 when the blood pressure measuring device 1 is attached to the wrist 200, and the internal dimensions of the bag 63 in the longitudinal direction are set to match the circumferential (longitudinal) length of the cuff structure 6.
[0043] In this embodiment, the cuff structure 6 comprises, for example, a pressing cuff 71, a back plate 72, and a sensing cuff 73. For example, the longitudinal dimension of the pressing cuff 71 is longer than the longitudinal dimensions of the back plate 72 and the sensing cuff 73, respectively. Therefore, the longitudinal internal dimension of the bag body 63 is set to be greater than or equal to the longitudinal length of the pressing cuff 71.
[0044] The internal dimensions of the bag body 63 in the short direction are set to be greater than or equal to the length of the cuff structure 6 in the short direction, for example, approximately equal to the width of the cuff structure 6 in the short direction. In this embodiment, for example, the internal dimensions of the pressing cuff 71 in the short direction are longer than the lengths of the back plate 72 and the sensing cuff 73 in the short direction. Therefore, the internal dimensions of the bag body 63 in the short direction are approximately equal to the length of the pressing cuff 71 in the short direction.
[0045] The internal dimensions of the bag body 63 in the thickness direction are set to a length that does not hinder the expansion of the cuff structure 6. For example, the internal dimensions of the bag body 63 in the thickness direction are set to a length that allows for the expansion of the cuff structure 6.
[0046] As shown in Figure 4, a hole 65 is formed at one end of the bag body 63 in the longitudinal direction. The same number of holes 65 are formed as the number of connecting parts 84 and 93 provided in the cuff structure 6. In this embodiment, since there are two connecting parts 84 and 93, two holes 65 are formed. One hole 65 is designated as the first hole 65A, and the other hole is designated as the second hole 65B.
[0047] The first hole 65A is formed in the part of the bag 63 that faces the first connecting part 84 when the cuff structure 6 is housed inside the bag 63. The first hole 65A is where the first connecting part 84 is positioned when the cuff structure 6 is housed inside the bag 63. The second hole 65B is formed in the part of the bag 63 that faces the second connecting part 93 when the cuff structure 6 is housed inside the bag 63. The second hole 65B is where the second connecting part 93 is positioned when the cuff structure 6 is housed inside the bag 63.
[0048] The bag 63 constructed in this manner is formed, for example, from cloth.
[0049] The mounting portion 64 is formed in a strip shape, with one end facing the bag body 63 and fixed to the other end of the bag body 63 beyond the first hole 65A and the second hole 65B. The other end of the mounting portion 64 is attached to the mounting portion 35.
[0050] The length from one end of the mounting portion 64 to the portion to be mounted 35 is smaller than both the length from one end of the mounting portion 64 to the first connecting portion 84 and the length from one end of the mounting portion 64 to the second connecting portion 93 when the cuff structure 6 is housed inside the bag 63.
[0051] The mounting portion 64 comprises, for example, a mounting portion body 66 formed in the shape of a strip, and a support portion 67 provided on the mounting portion body 66 and supported by the mounting portion 35 by arranging the mounting portion 35 inside.
[0052] One end of the mounting part body 66 in the longitudinal direction is fixed to the bag body 63 in a position where the width direction of the mounting part body 66 is parallel to the width direction of the bag body 63. For example, the range from one end to the other in the width direction of the mounting part body 66 is fixed to the bag body 63.
[0053] Furthermore, the mounting body 66 is configured to be rotatable around a single axis parallel to the width direction of the mounting body 66. The mounting body 66 is, for example, flexible and rotates around this single axis by bending it around a single axis parallel to the width direction of the mounting body 66.
[0054] The mounting body 66, configured in this way, is made of, for example, cloth. One end of the mounting body 66 is fixed to the bag 63, for example, by sewing.
[0055] The support portion 67 is formed in a cylindrical shape with both ends open in the width direction of the mounting portion body 66. The support portion 67 is configured to accommodate a part of the mounting portion 35 inside. The axial dimension of the support portion 67 is, for example, the same as or approximately the same as the length of the mounting portion 35.
[0056] The support portion 67 is configured to be rotatable relative to the mounting portion 35. The support portion 67 has a size that allows it to rotate relative to the mounting portion 35 which is located inside it. The support portion 67 is made of, for example, fabric. The support portion 67 is fixed to the mounting portion body 66 by, for example, sewing. The support portion 67 may also be constructed by, for example, folding and fixing the end of the mounting portion body 66.
[0057] The fixing portion 62 is configured to fix the portion of the bag body 63 that is folded back and stacked at the shaft portion 36. As shown in Figure 4, the fixing portion 62 is, for example, a hook-and-loop fastener.
[0058] The fixing portion 62 includes, for example, a hook portion 62a provided with multiple hooks and a loop portion 62b provided with multiple loops. The hook portion 62a is provided at the other end of the bag 63. The loop portion 102 is provided on the bag 63 in the area facing the hook portion 62a when the bag 63 is tightened around the wrist 200.
[0059] In the above example, the fixing portion 62 is configured such that the hook portion 62a and the loop portion 62b are each located in different areas on the surface of the bag body 63, but it is not limited to this. In other examples, the fixing portion 62 may be configured such that multiple hooks and multiple loops are mixed together within the same predetermined area.
[0060] The belt 4, configured in this way, forms an annular ring together with the device body 3, as shown in Figure 2, by folding the other end of the bag body 63 over with the shaft portion 36 and fixing the stacked portion with the fixing portion 62.
[0061] The cuff structure 6 is housed within the belt 4, as shown in Figure 2. The cuff structure 6 includes, for example, a pressing cuff 71, a back plate 72, and a sensing cuff 73, as shown in Figures 2, 3, 5 to 8.
[0062] The cuff structure 6 has a back plate 72 positioned on top of a pressing cuff 71, and a sensing cuff 73 positioned on top of the back plate 72. In the cuff structure 6, each adjacent component is fixed to the others by, for example, a bonding layer 75. The bonding layer 75 is made of, for example, adhesive or double-sided tape.
[0063] The compression cuff 71 is configured as a strip extending in one direction. As shown in Figures 6 and 7, the compression cuff 71 comprises, for example, a plurality of air bags 81 and a first connecting portion 84 connected to the first connected portion 38A of the device body 3. The compression cuff 71 is fluidly connected to the pump 14 by the connection of the first connecting portion 84 to the first connected portion 38A.
[0064] The multiple air bags 81 are, for example, two air bags 81. Such a pressure cuff 71 is constructed by integrally welding together multiple sheet members 86.
[0065] Here, the air bag 81 is a bag-shaped structure, and in this embodiment, since the blood pressure measuring device 1 uses air via a pump, we will use an air bag for explanation. However, if a fluid other than air is used, the bag-shaped structure can be any fluid bag that expands with the fluid. Multiple air bags 81 are stacked and communicate fluidly in the stacking direction.
[0066] The air bag 81 is formed in the shape of a rectangular bag that is elongated in one direction. The air bag 81 is constructed, for example, by combining two sheet members 86 and welding them together by heat to form a rectangular frame that is elongated in one direction, as shown in Figure 6 by the welded portion 81a.
[0067] The first connecting portion 84 is configured, for example, to protrude outward from the air bag 81. Specifically, the first connecting portion 84 is provided on the air bag 81 facing the bottom wall portion 34 of the case 11 via the belt 4. The tip of the first connecting portion 84 is exposed from the sheet member 86 on the device body 3 side of the two sheet members 86 that make up the air bag 81.
[0068] The first connecting portion 84 is positioned in the first hole 65A of the bag body 63. The first connecting portion 84 is connected to the first connected portion 38A by, for example, being inserted into the first connected portion 38A. By connecting the first connecting portion 84 to the first connected portion 38A, the pressure cuff 71 is fluidly connected to the pump 14.
[0069] The fixing of the first connecting portion 84 and the first connected portion 38A only needs to be such that the connection between the first connecting portion 84 and the first connected portion 38A is maintained during blood pressure measurement, and the fixing has enough holding force to maintain the connection between the first connecting portion 84 and the first connected portion 38A even when the blood pressure measuring device 1 is removed from the wrist 200.
[0070] As shown in Figures 5 and 6, the back plate 72 is formed in a long, unidirectional plate shape. The back plate 72 is attached to the outer surface of the first sheet member 86a of the pressing cuff 71 by a bonding layer 75. The back plate 72 conforms to the shape of the wrist 200 and transmits the pressing force from the pressing cuff 71 to the main surface of the sensing cuff 73 on the back plate 72 side.
[0071] The back plate 72 has shape-following properties. Here, shape-following properties refer to the function of the back plate 72 being able to deform to conform to the shape of the contact area of the wrist 200 on which it is placed, the contact area of the wrist 200 refers to the area of the wrist 200 that the back plate 72 faces, and contact here includes both direct contact and indirect contact via the sensing cuff 73.
[0072] For example, as shown in Figure 6, the back plate 72 has a plurality of grooves 72a on both main surfaces of the back plate 72 that extend in a direction perpendicular to the longitudinal direction of the back plate 72. The plurality of grooves 72a provided on both main surfaces face each other in the thickness direction of the back plate 72, for example. Because the portion of the back plate 72 having the plurality of grooves 72a is thinner than the portion without grooves 72a, the portion with the plurality of grooves 72a is more easily deformed, and therefore deforms to conform to the shape of the wrist 200, and has shape-following properties that extend in the circumferential direction of the wrist 200.
[0073] The sensing cuff 73 is fixed to the main surface of the back plate 72 on the wrist 200 side by a bonding layer 75. The longitudinal length of the sensing cuff 73 is set to a length that contacts the area where at least one of the arteries 210 of the wrist 200, namely the radial artery 211 and the ulnar artery 212, is located.
[0074] The sensing cuff 73 is formed, for example, to be the same shape as the back plate 72 in the longitudinal and width directions, or to be smaller than the back plate 72. The sensing cuff 73 compresses the area of the palm side of the wrist 200 where the artery 210 is located when it inflates. The sensing cuff 73 is pressed towards the wrist 200 via the back plate 72 by the inflated pressure cuff 71.
[0075] The sensing cuff 73 is equipped with a second connection portion 93, and the second connection portion 93 is connected to the second connected portion 38B, thereby fluidly connecting to the pump 14.
[0076] As shown in Figures 5 to 7, the sensing cuff 73 includes, for example, one air bladder 91, a flow channel 92 communicating with the air bladder 91, and a second connecting portion 93 provided at the tip of the flow channel 92. One main surface of the air bladder 91 of the sensing cuff 73 is fixed to the back plate 72 by a bonding layer 75. For example, the sensing cuff 73 is bonded to the main surface of the back plate 72 on the wrist 200 side by the bonding layer 75. Such a sensing cuff 73 is constructed by integrally welding two sheet members 96 together.
[0077] Here, the air bag 91 is a bag-shaped structure, and in this embodiment, since the blood pressure measuring device 1 uses air via a pump, we will use an air bag as an example. However, if a fluid other than air is used, the bag-shaped structure can be any fluid bag that expands with the fluid.
[0078] The air bag 91 is constructed in a rectangular shape that is long in one direction. The air bag 91 is constructed, for example, by combining two sheet members 96 that are long in one direction and welding them together by heat to form a rectangular frame that is long in one direction, as shown in Figure 7 where the welded portion 91a is located.
[0079] The flow channel 92 is integrally provided on a portion of one of the longitudinal edges of the air bag 91. Specifically, the flow channel 92 is provided at the end of the air bag 91 closest to the device body 3. The flow channel 92 is formed in a shape that is elongated in one direction with a width smaller than the width of the air bag 91 in the short direction, and its tip is formed in a circular shape. The flow channel 92 has a second connecting portion 93 at its tip. The flow channel 92 is connected to the flow channel section via the second connecting portion 93 and constitutes a flow channel between the flow channel section of the device body 3 and the air bag 91.
[0080] The flow channel 92 is constructed by heat-welding a portion of the sheet member 96 adjacent to the area constituting the air bag 91 in one direction, with a second connecting portion 93 positioned between the two sheet members 96. The air bag 91 is configured such that a portion of the welded portion 91a, which welds the two sheet members 96 together in a rectangular frame shape, is left unwelded, and this portion is continuous with the welded portion 92a that constitutes the flow channel 92, thereby creating fluid communication between the air bag 91 and the flow channel 92.
[0081] The second connecting portion 93 is configured, for example, to protrude outward from the air bladder 91. The second connecting portion 93 is provided at the tip of the flow path body 92. Furthermore, the tip of the second connecting portion 93 is exposed to the outside from the sheet member 96 that faces the back plate 72, which is one of the two sheet members 96 that make up the flow path body 92.
[0082] The second connecting portion 93 is positioned in the second hole 65B of the bag 63. The second connecting portion 93 is connected to the second connected portion 38B by, for example, being inserted into the second connected portion 38B. By connecting the second connecting portion 93 to the second connected portion 38B, the sensing cuff 73 is fluidly connected to the pump 14.
[0083] The fixing of the second connecting portion 93 and the second connected portion 38B should be such that the connection between the second connecting portion 93 and the second connected portion 38B is maintained during blood pressure measurement, and the second connecting portion 93 maintains the connection with the second connected portion 38B even when the blood pressure measuring device 1 is removed from the wrist 200.
[0084] The cuff structure 6 configured in this way is provided with a configuration in which the second connection portion 93 of the sensing cuff 73 is positioned on the side of the first connection portion 84 of the pressing cuff 71 in the thickness direction of the cuff structure 6. As an example of this configuration, as shown in Figure 6, the pressing cuff 71 has an insertion portion 71a in which a part of the sensing cuff 73 is positioned, for example, in the middle of the pressing cuff 71 in the longitudinal direction. The insertion portion 71a is configured, for example, with a part of the edge along the longitudinal direction of the pressing cuff 71 recessed in the short direction of the pressing cuff 71. The insertion portion 71a is configured so that the flow path body 92 of the sensing cuff 73 can be passed from the inner circumferential surface side of the pressing cuff 71 to the device body 3 side. Note that the insertion portion 71a is not limited to a shape in which a part of the edge along the longitudinal direction of the pressing cuff 71 is recessed in the short direction of the pressing cuff 71. In other examples, the insertion portion 71a may be a hole into which the second connecting portion 93 can be positioned. Alternatively, the flow path body 92 may be configured to extend beyond the longitudinal edge of the pressing cuff 71 toward the first connecting portion 84.
[0085] Next, as shown in Figure 9, we will describe an example in which a user attaches the blood pressure measuring device 1 to their wrist 200.
[0086] First, the user detaches the hook portion 101, which is fixed to the loop portion 102, from the loop portion 102, and pulls the bag body 63 out from between the shaft portion 36 and the outer case 31, thereby adjusting the annular space formed by the bag body 63 and the device body 3 to a size that allows the wrist 200 to be inserted.
[0087] Next, the user inserts their wrist 200 into the annular space formed by the bag 63 and the device body 3.
[0088] Next, the user moves the blood pressure measuring device 1 relative to the wrist 200 so that the sensing cuff 73 faces the area of the wrist 200 where the arteries are located.
[0089] Next, the user tightens the bag 63 by pulling, for example, the end on the hook portion 101 side, to press the sensing cuff 73 against the area of the wrist 200 where the arteries are located, and secures the hook portion 101 to the loop portion 102. Through this procedure, the blood pressure measuring device 1 is attached to the wrist 200.
[0090] In the blood pressure measuring device 1 configured in this way, the cuff structure 6 is housed in a bag 63 of the belt body 61 of the belt 4. The bag 63 does not hinder the inflation of the cuff structure 6. Furthermore, the bag 63 is wrapped around the wrist 200 and secured by the fixing part 62, and presses the cuff structure 6 against the wrist 200.
[0091] Therefore, when attaching the blood pressure measuring device 1 to the wrist 200, even if the cuff structure 6 moves axially relative to the bag 63, the cuff structure 6 is housed in the bag 63, making it possible to press the cuff structure 6 appropriately against the wrist 200. As a result, the accuracy of blood pressure measurement can be improved.
[0092] Furthermore, the cuff structure 6 is fluidly connected to the pump 14 by the connection of the connecting parts 84 and 93 and the connected parts 38A and 38B, and is mechanically attached to the device body 3 by the attachment part 64 of the belt 4 being attached to the attachment part 35 of the device body 3. For this reason, the fixing of the connecting parts 84 and 93 and the connected parts 38A and 38B only needs to have enough holding force to maintain the fluid connection between the cuff structure 6 and the pump 14, and a configuration for directly attaching the cuff structure 6 to the device body 3 is unnecessary. For this reason, the configuration of the blood pressure measuring device 1 can be simplified. For this reason, for example, the connecting parts 84 and 93 and the connected parts 38A and 38B can be made into a simple configuration in which the connecting parts 84 and 93 are connected to the connected parts 38A and 38B simply by inserting the connecting parts 84 and 93 into the connected parts 38A and 38B.
[0093] Furthermore, the length from one end of the attachment portion 64 fixed to the bag body 63 to the attached portion 35 is shorter than the length from one end of the attachment portion 64 fixed to the bag body 63 to both the connecting portions 84 and 93. For this reason, even if the bag body 63 is pulled by the user when attaching the blood pressure measuring device 1 to the wrist 200, the tensile force does not act between one end of the bag body 63 and one end of the attachment portion 64. For this reason, the connecting portions 84 and 93 are not pressed against the edges of the holes 65A and 65B of the bag body 63, and therefore the connecting portions 84 and 93 do not press against the attached portions 38A and 38B in a direction intersecting the direction in which the connecting portions 84 and 93 protrude.
[0094] Furthermore, the connecting parts 84 and 93 and the connected parts 38A and 38B are configured such that one is inserted into the other. Therefore, the connecting parts 84 and 93 can be easily connected to the connected parts 38A and 38B.
[0095] Furthermore, since the connected parts 38A and 38B are provided on the wrist 200 side of the case 11, when the blood pressure measuring device 1 is attached to the wrist 200, the movement of the connecting parts 84 and 93 in the direction of disengaging from the connected parts 38A and 38B is restricted by the wrist 200.
[0096] Therefore, the holding force required to maintain the state in which the connecting parts 84 and 93 are inserted into the connected parts 38A and 38B may be sufficient to prevent the connecting parts 84 and 89 from coming out of the connected parts 38A and 38B when the blood pressure measuring device 1 is removed from the wrist 200.
[0097] Furthermore, since the mounting body 66 is flexible, the range of motion of the belt 4 around the spring bar 35 can be increased. This makes it easier to attach and detach the blood pressure measuring device 1 from the wrist 200.
[0098] Furthermore, by using a hook-and-loop fastener as the fixing part 62 for securing the bag 63 wrapped around the wrist 200, the blood pressure measuring device 1 can be adjusted steplessly to control the length of the bag 63 along the circumferential direction of the wrist 200.
[0099] As described above, the blood pressure measuring device 1 according to this embodiment can provide a blood pressure measuring device 1 that can prevent a decrease in the accuracy of blood pressure measurement.
[0100] In the example described above, the blood pressure measuring device 1 and belt 4 were configured as being made of fabric, but this is not limited to this configuration. In other examples, belt 4 may be made of resin.
[0101] Furthermore, in the above example, the mounting portion 64 was described as being removable from the device body 3 by removing the mounting portion 35 from the device body 3, but this is not the only example. In other examples, the mounting portion 64 may be configured to be detachably attached to the mounting portion 35. For example, as shown in the modified example in Figure 10, the support portion 67 may be configured by folding back the end of the mounting portion body 66 on the device body 3 side and fixing this folded portion to another part of the mounting portion body 66 with a detachable fixing portion 69 such as a button. In addition to a button, the fixing portion 69 can also be, for example, a hook-and-loop fastener.
[0102] With the support portion 67 configured in this way, when the device body 3 removes the belt 4, the fixing by the detachable fixing portion 69 is released, allowing the bag body 63 to be removed from the device body 3 without removing the mounting portion 35 from the pair of first lugs 37A. This improves the efficiency of attaching and detaching the belt 4 to and from the device body 3.
[0103] Furthermore, the blood pressure measuring device 1 may also be configured to include a cuff 5, as shown in the modified example in Figure 11. The cuff 5 is configured as a band that curves to follow the circumferential direction of the wrist 200, with one end and the other end spaced apart. The cuff structure 6 is positioned on the inner surface of the cuff 5. The cuff 5 holds a portion of the cuff structure 6 along the shape of its inner surface. The cuff 5 is housed within the belt 4 of the belt 4.
[0104] For example, the collar 5 holds the cuff structure 6 by fixing it with a bonding layer provided between the collar 5 and the cuff structure 6. The collar 5 has a hole for arranging the first connecting portion 84 and a hole for arranging the second connecting portion 93.
[0105] Furthermore, the curler 5 has a hardness that provides both flexibility and shape retention. Here, flexibility means that when an external force is applied to the curler 5 by the belt 4, its shape deforms radially. For example, flexibility means that when the curler 5 is pressed by the belt 4, its side view shape deforms to either move closer to the wrist 200, conform to the shape of the wrist 200, or follow the shape of the wrist 200. Shape retention means that when no external force is applied, the curler can maintain its pre-formed shape. For example, in this embodiment, shape retention means that the shape of the curler 5 can maintain a curved shape along the circumferential direction of the wrist 200.
[0106] Furthermore, in the above example, a configuration in which the connecting parts 84 and 93 are formed as protrusions that project outward was described as one example, but the invention is not limited to this. For example, the connected parts 38A and 38B formed on the main body of the device 3 may be formed in a shape that protrudes from the bottom wall 34, the connecting parts 84 and 93 may be formed as holes, and the connected parts 84 and 93 and the connected parts 38A and 38B may be connected by inserting the connected parts 38A and 38B into the connecting parts 84 and 93.
[0107] Furthermore, in the above example, a configuration in which the belt 4 is folded back at the shaft portion 36 and fixed at the fixing portion 62 was described as one example, but the invention is not limited to this. In other examples, the bag body 63 and the attachment portion 64 may be used as one of the belt members of a belt configured to have belt members fixed at symmetrical positions in the circumferential direction on the outer surface of the device body 3, and these belt members being connected to each other, for example by a buckle.
[0108] Furthermore, in the above example, a configuration was described in which one of the connecting parts 84 and 93 and the connected parts 38A and 38B is inserted into the other, with the connecting parts 84 and 93 being configured to protrude and be inserted into the connected parts 38A and 38B, but the configuration is not limited to this. In other examples, the connected parts 38A and 38B may be inserted into the connecting parts 84 and 93.
[0109] In other words, the present invention is not limited to the embodiments described above, and can be modified in various ways during implementation without departing from its essence. Furthermore, each embodiment may be combined as appropriately as possible, and in that case, the combined effects can be obtained. Moreover, the above embodiments include inventions at various stages, and various inventions can be extracted by appropriate combinations of the multiple constituent elements disclosed. For example, if the problem can be solved and effects obtained even if some constituent elements are deleted from all the constituent elements shown in the embodiment, then the configuration with these constituent elements deleted can be extracted as an invention.
