Abstract
To provide a terminal that can quickly obtain parameters used for deriving quasi-collocation (QCL) of SSB (SS / PBCH Block).SOLUTION: A terminal receives a master information block and a synchronization signal block from a radio base station, and obtains an offset between the synchronization signal block and a control resource set using a parameter for deriving a quasi-collocation included in the master information block.
