DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS
[0011] An agricultural tractor as a work vehicle will be described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings. Note that the present invention is not limited to the following embodiments.
[0012] <Overall configuration of Tractor 1> 1 to 3 are a perspective view of an engine 2 portion at the front of a tractor 1 as viewed from the front left, a perspective view as viewed from the front, and a left side view.
[0013] The tractor 1 is a typical agricultural tractor of a front-rear four-wheel drive vehicle, and is equipped with left and right front wheels and left and right rear wheels at the four corners of the body. The front wheel axle cases supporting the left and right front wheels are attached to the underside of the front frame 4, and the rear wheel axle cases supporting the left and right rear wheels are attached to the left and right rear side surfaces of the transmission case.
[0014] A water-cooled engine 2 is mounted inside a bonnet at the central upper part of the front frame 4, with a radiator 7 disposed in front of the engine 2 and a motor generator 8 disposed therein to form a hybrid engine device, which will be described later.
[0015] A control panel, a steering wheel, and a seat are provided inside a cabin located at the top center of the vehicle body, and when the steering wheel is turned left or right, a steering actuator is operated to steer the left and right front wheels left or right.
[0016] A lifting device that rotates up and down using a lifting hydraulic cylinder is provided at the rear of the machine body, and various types of working machines, such as a rotary tiller, are attached to the lifting device.
[0017] The rotational power of the engine 2 and the motor generator 8 is input to the transmission case via the main clutch. A forward / reverse clutch is provided at the entrance of the transmission case, and is configured to switch between forward and reverse as well as to turn the transmission on and off. The power that passes through the forward / reverse clutch is branched into two systems: the driving power that drives the left and right front wheels and the left and right rear wheels, and the PTO driving power that is taken out from the outside.
[0018] The driving force is transmitted to the rear wheel differential in the rear axle case via the traveling transmission, which consists of the forward / reverse transmission, the main transmission, and the auxiliary transmission, to drive the left and right rear wheels, and the rear axle case is also equipped with left and right brake devices. After being shifted by the traveling transmission, the power passes through the 2WD / 4WD switching device and is taken out to the front part of the transmission case, and is further transmitted by the front wheel drive shaft to the front wheel differential in the front axle case, to drive the left and right front wheels.
[0019] The PTO driving force passes through the PTO clutch and the PTO transmission and is output to the PTO shaft that protrudes rearward from the rear of the transmission case. The protruding part of the PTO shaft is designed to detachably connect to a transmission shaft for a work machine such as a rotary tiller.
[0020] <Hybrid engine device> Here, the hybrid engine device will be described with reference to FIGS.
[0021] The hybrid drive configuration of the engine 2 and the motor generator 8 that functions as both a generator and an electric motor is a typical configuration, with a flywheel directly connected to the rear end of the output shaft 10, which is the crankshaft that protrudes from the engine 2, and a main drive shaft that transmits driving force to the transmission case via a main clutch for connecting and disconnecting power is connected to the flywheel.
[0022] A transmission belt 16 is wound around a drive pulley 11 provided at the front end of the output shaft 10 of the engine 2, an input / output pulley 13 provided on an input / output shaft 12 of the motor generator 8 which functions as an electric generator and an electric motor, and a driven pulley 15 provided on a drive shaft 14 of engine accessories such as a water pump and a hydraulic pump.
[0023] The motor generator 8 is electrically connected to a lithium ion battery 17 serving as an electricity storage member via an inverter converter.
[0024] A controller bracket 20 is disposed above and across the left and right sides of a 12V battery 18 mounted in front of the radiator 7 , and the base of the controller bracket 20 is fixed to the upper surface of the front frame 4 .
[0025] A controller 21 that controls the motor generator 8 is fixed to the upper surface of the upper plate 20a of the controller bracket 20.
[0026] The upper plate 20a has an uneven heat sink portion 20b on the lower surface thereof, which is connected to the lower surface of the controller 21 and efficiently dissipates heat generated by the controller 21.
[0027] In addition, the upper plate 20a is provided in a front-up inclined position (at a predetermined inclination angle A) with the front side positioned at the top, making it easier for the suction air (cooling air) from the radiator 7 to hit the heat sink portion 20b on the lower surface, thereby efficiently dissipating heat generated by the controller 21.
[0028] Therefore, since the controller 21 is mounted on the controller bracket 20 above the 12V battery 18 mounted in front of the radiator 7, the space above the 12V battery 18 in front of the radiator 7 can be effectively utilized to provide the controller 21 in a compact manner.
[0029] Furthermore, by providing the controller 21 in front of the radiator 7, the heat generated by the controller 21 can be efficiently dissipated by the suction air (cooling air) of the radiator 7.
[0030] Furthermore, a heat sink portion 20b is provided on the underside of the upper plate 20a of the controller bracket 20 on which the controller 21 is mounted, and the upper plate 20a is mounted in a front-up inclined position (predetermined inclination angle A) with the front side positioned at the top, so that the suction air (cooling air) from the radiator 7 can easily reach the heat sink portion 20b on the underside, thereby efficiently dissipating heat generated by the controller 21.
[0031] The lithium-ion batteries 17 are mounted on a two-stage battery mounting frame 26 fixed to a front weight 25 provided at the front of the front frame 4, and the two lithium-ion batteries 17 also function as front weights, allowing a front load to be added to the tractor 1.
[0032] A battery controller 27 is provided on the rear surface of the battery mounting frame 26.
[0033] As described above, the tractor 1 includes a hybrid engine device that is driven by the engine 2 and the motor generator 8 that functions as an electric generator and an electric motor.
[0034] The tractor 1 is provided with a foot accelerator such as an accelerator pedal that is operated by the driver's foot to operate the accelerator of the hybrid engine device, and a hand accelerator such as an accelerator lever that is operated by the hand, and the controller 21 performs acceleration assist control by the motor generator 8 when accelerating using the foot accelerator, but does not perform acceleration assist control by the motor generator 8 when accelerating using the hand accelerator.
[0035] Therefore, inadvertent sudden acceleration due to acceleration operation using the hand accelerator is prevented, improving safety.
[0036] Furthermore, the controller 21 may be configured not to execute the acceleration assist control by the motor generator 8 only when an acceleration operation is performed using the hand accelerator while the PTO is being driven. In other words, the controller 21 executes the acceleration assist control by the motor generator 8 when an acceleration operation is performed using the foot accelerator, and executes the acceleration assist control by the motor generator 8 when an acceleration operation is performed using the hand accelerator when the PTO is not being driven.
[0037] Furthermore, the controller 21 may be configured not to execute the acceleration assist control by the motor generator 8 only when an acceleration operation is performed using the hand accelerator when the left and right brake pedals are not linked. In other words, the controller 21 executes the acceleration assist control by the motor generator 8 when an acceleration operation is performed using the foot accelerator, and executes the acceleration assist control by the motor generator 8 when an acceleration operation is performed using the hand accelerator when the left and right brake pedals are linked.
[0038] Furthermore, the controller 21 may be configured not to execute the acceleration assist control by the motor generator 8 when the work machine is in operation, such as when the PTO is being driven, or when the left and right brake pedals are not connected. In other words, the acceleration assist control by the motor generator 8 may be executed when the work machine is not in operation, such as when the PTO is not being driven, or when the left and right brake pedals are connected.
[0039] Therefore, unexpected rapid acceleration in dangerous situations can be prevented, improving safety.
[0040] Next, the configuration of the resonator 30 of the engine 2 will be described with reference to FIG.
[0041] The resonator 30 suppresses high frequency noise (intake noise) from the engine 2 and operates the airflow sensor, which detects the amount of intake air, normally to achieve an air-fuel ratio that matches the operating state of the engine 2, thereby optimizing the intake and allowing the engine 2 to operate properly. However, conventionally, the resonator 30 was made of die-cast material and had a fixed internal volume, and fluctuations in the outside air could change the natural frequency of the resonator 30 itself, which could cause the airflow sensor to malfunction.
[0042] Therefore, by introducing the coolant (cooling water) from the radiator 7 into the resonator 30 and automatically adjusting the amount of cooling water in the resonator 30 according to the outside air temperature, the internal capacity of the resonator 30 is adjusted to control the natural frequency of the resonator 30 itself to a predetermined frequency at which noise is suppressed, and the airflow sensor operates normally to optimize the intake and operate the engine 2 appropriately.
[0043] Furthermore, by using the coolant liquid of the radiator 7, corrosion of the liquid reservoir in the resonator 30 can be prevented.
[0044] In the figure, reference numeral 31 denotes an inlet water passage from the radiator 7 side to the resonator 30, 32 denotes an outlet water passage from the resonator 30 to the radiator 7 side, and 33 denotes a water level sensor within the resonator 30.
[0045] FIG. 5 shows another example of the configuration of the resonator 30 of the engine 2. In FIG.
[0046] That is, by introducing the oil in the cylinder block 40 of the engine 2 into the resonator 30 and automatically adjusting the amount of oil in the resonator 30 according to the outside air temperature, the natural frequency of the resonator 30 itself is controlled to a predetermined frequency at which noise is suppressed, and the airflow sensor operates normally to optimize the intake and operate the engine 2 appropriately.
[0047] Furthermore, by using the oil in the cylinder block 40, corrosion of the oil reservoir in the resonator 30 can be prevented.
[0048] In the figure, reference numeral 41 denotes an oil introduction flow path from the cylinder block 40 side to the resonator 30, 42 denotes an oil outlet flow path from the resonator 30 to the cylinder block 40 side, and 43 denotes an oil amount sensor within the resonator 30.
[0049] <Other embodiments>
[0050] (1) In the turbo engine specification, the turbine rotating part inside the turbo is used as a generator.
[0051] Conventionally, the power generation of an alternator is dependent on the engine speed, resulting in uneven power generation capacity.
[0052] The turbine inside the turbo rotates at high speed even when idling, so using the turbine as a generator improves power generation capacity.
[0053] In addition, since the turbine inside the turbo depends on the air flow rate, noise caused by vibration of belts, etc. can be reduced. [Explanation of symbols]
