Abstract

To solve the problem that although weight of spectacles is supported by nose pads and temples extending to both ears, when a face is facing downward, fulcrums of the nose pads no longer function, making the spectacles unstable.SOLUTION: The number of fulcrums that support spectacles is increased, making them stable even when facing down. To achieve this, force of the temples for tightening the head creates many fulcrums, making them strong even when facing down without increasing a feeling of tightness. Spectacles of the present invention have overall weight increase of 3 g or less, and can fit in a breast pocket without increasing a size significantly. The spectacles are stable, prevent damage to a lens surface, and may be equipped with a communication device weighing 23 g or less. To increase the number of fulcrums that support the spectacles, temples 2 are lightly tightened around the head, and the number of fulcrums is increased from nose pads 4 and areas near both ears 6a, 6b of the temples 2 to an area near the back of the head, making the spectacles stable. Further, the tips of the bent temples 2 are secured at a hinge 5 with a front wrap-around hook. A communication device may be attached near the hinge.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1

Description

[Technical field]

[0001] The present invention relates to eyeglass frames that remain stable during exercise. [Background technology]

[0002] The force that supports the weight of the glasses is supported by the nose pads and the temples that contact the ears and press down on the head. There are three main points that support the weight of the glasses.

[0003] Patent Number Summary of the Invention [Problem to be solved by the invention]

[0004] The glasses are stable during normal movement because there are only three fulcrums to support the weight of the glasses: the pads and the tops of both ears. However, they become unstable when you jump up and down or move your head with your face facing down, and they slip off. When you tilt your head down, the force and fulcrums that support the weight of the glasses become just two points: the positions of both ears. This is because the fulcrums of the nose pads no longer work. This makes the glasses unstable.

[0005] In order to eliminate instability of glasses caused by exercise, it is necessary to increase the number of fulcrums that support the weight of the glasses. By creating a wide range of fulcrums, the glasses will be stable even when you make vigorous up and down movements or when you look down and move your head. Increasing the material of the glasses will make them more stable, but they will also be larger and heavier. Also, if the temples are tightly gripped around the head, the glasses will be stable even when you look down and move your head up and down, but the tightness will increase and cause discomfort.

[0006] To increase the number of support points for the glasses, the temples can be extended to the back of the head, which can solve some of the problems. However, this increases the number of problems, such as a tight feeling on the head and the overall size.

[0007] To solve these problems, one of the temples is made longer to increase the number of support points, without increasing the sense of tightness. This prevents the glasses from becoming too heavy and large.

[0008] In this invention, the temples are extended to increase the number of fulcrums, from the ear to the back of the head and to the opposite ear. Combined with the fulcrums of the pads, this creates many fulcrums, making the glasses more stable. By making the fulcrum wider and more numerous, the glasses are stable and do not slip even when a single 23g AA battery is attached to the hinge of the glasses, which weigh about 20g to 30g. This weight of 23g is chosen with consideration given to the installation of communication devices.

[0009] The glasses of the present invention have long temples that are too large to fit in a breast pocket. Therefore, they are made to be a size that can be folded for easy storage. They have a compact structure that uses hinges and elastic temples that are secured with hooks. [Means for solving the problem]

[0010] The temples 2 of the eyeglass frame 1 are extended from the right ear 6a to the back of the head and then to the left ear 6b, the diameter of the temples 2 is made slightly smaller than the diameter of the head 7, a force is generated to tighten the eyeglass frame 1, and the force supporting the eyeglasses is continuous from the fulcrum 8a of the pad and the fulcrum 8b near the right ear to the fulcrum 8c near the back of the head and the fulcrum 8d near the left ear on the opposite side, providing a stable eyeglass frame. The temples 2 are folded at the hinge 5 of the eyeglass frame 1, turned to the front of the eyeglasses, and fixed with a hook 9 attached near the tip and a hook 9 attached near the hinge 5, so that the front of the lenses 3 is protected by the temples 2 and the eyeglass frame can be made compact by folding. The eyeglass frame has a communication device 10 attached near a hinge 5 at the base of a temple 2 of the eyeglass frame 1. Effect of the Invention

[0011] After just three years, scratches will appear on the surface of eyeglass lenses. If the glasses are handled roughly due to weight imbalance, the temples will be on top and the lenses on the bottom. This causes small scratches on the lenses. This is because there is no protective material on the front of the lens. This protection is provided by temple 2. When folded at hinge 5 between frame 1 and temple 2, temple 2 comes in front of lens 3, protecting the lens surface and reducing scratches on lens 3 even if the glasses are left roughly.

[0012] The present invention increases the number of fulcrums, allowing stable use even when objects of the same weight as glasses are attached. The glasses can be used without slipping even if a 23g AA battery is placed near the hinge of the glasses frame. The glasses will not slip even if you perform the entire Radio Exercise No. 1. The weight is determined with consideration given to the installation of communication devices in this area. The communication device is assumed to be a webcam. [Brief description of the drawings]

[0014] 1. Eyeglass frames 2. Temple 3 Lenses 4 Pad 5 Hinge 6a Left ear 6b Right ear 7 head 8a Pad Support Point 8b Fulcrum near the top of the left ear , 8c Fulcrum near the back of the head 8d. Fulcrum near the top of the right ear, 9. Hook 10. Communications Equipment DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS EXAMPLES

[0015] In order to make the eyeglasses of the present invention stable even when exercising or looking down, the temples 2 of the eyeglass frame 1 are extended over the ears 6a, around the back of the head, and up to the opposite ear 6b, as shown in Figure 1. By making the temples 2 slightly smaller than the diameter of the head, a force is generated that tightens the head. This increases the surface area that supports the eyeglasses, and the number of fulcrums increases. The eyeglasses are stable because fulcrums are created at the pads 4 of the eyeglasses and from both ears to the back of the head. EXAMPLES

[0016] The eyeglass frame 1 of the present invention has the drawback of being large overall, so as shown in Figure 4, when it is folded at the hinge 5 between the eyeglass frame 1 and temple 2, the temple 2 comes in front of the lens 3. The temple 2 is secured with a hook 9 at the hinge. This completes the eyeglass frame 1 folded at the hinge 5 shown in Figure 4. When the hook 9 attached to the temple 2 is secured with the hook 9 at the hinge 5, a compact eyeglass frame is created that is about half the size of Figure 1. The hook 9 near the hinge 5 may be small and fixed using a magnet. The position of the hook attached to the temple 2 needs to be adjusted depending on the size of the head, etc.

[0017] In the present invention, when the eyeglasses are folded and stored as shown in FIG. 4, the temples 2 are located in front of the lenses 3, so that the front of the lenses is protected, and the most convex part of the lenses 3 is less likely to be scratched even if the eyeglasses are left carelessly stored. EXAMPLES

[0018] In the present invention, as shown in FIG. 5, a communication device 10 is attached to an eyeglass frame 1 near the boundary between a hinge 5 portion and a temple 2.
