To provide a gravity utilizing rotation device including a power source for operating a power providing mechanism (50) in the gravity utilizing rotation device.SOLUTION: A gravity utilizing rotation device includes a plurality of weight holding mechanisms 30 installed at installation positions 21 on a main rotating body, which are spaced apart from a rotation center O of the main rotating body 20 rotatably attached to a base 10 by a rotation radius R and equiangularly arranged with respect to the rotation center O. Each of the weight holding mechanism includes: a weight support rotating body 31 which is provided so as to be rotatable relative to the main rotating body; a weight body 32 which is supported by a support part 31a so as to be rotatable relative to the weight support rotating body 31; and a force reception rotating body 34 which receives a rotational force of the weight body itself by the weight body at a power reception position to rotate.
