The thickness direction of the dust cover 20 coincides with the direction orthogonal to the first surface 31a.

[0035] The cover member 40 includes an outer plate 41, a side plate 42, and a second fixing portion 43. The cover member 40 is made of resin and is created by an existing resin molding method (for example, injection molding). In the cover member 40, the outer plate 41, the side plate 42, and the second fixing portion 43 are integrally molded. The cover member 40 is disposed on the right side lateral side of the base member 30 attached to the body frame 11. The cover member 40 is fixed to the base member 30.

[0036] The outer plate 41 faces the second surface 31b of the base plate 31. The outer plate 41 constitutes the outermost right side of the body 10. The outer plate 41 includes an opening 41a that penetrates the outer plate 41 in the plate thickness direction. The opening 41a constitutes the opening 21 in the dust cover 20. The side plate 42 is provided to extend from the peripheral edge of the outer plate 41 toward the base plate 31. The second fixing portion 43 is provided inside the side plate 42. The second fixing portion 43 has a second fixing surface 44 to which the base member 30 is fixed. The second fixing surface 44 faces the first fixing surface 33.

[0037] 〔Regarding the detailed configuration of the cover member〕 FIG. 7 is a schematic diagram showing the fixing status of the first fixing portion and the second fixing portion in the curved portion. FIG. 8 is a cross-sectional arrow view taken along line A-A in FIG. 7. FIG. 9 is a schematic diagram showing the fixing status of the first fixing portion and the second fixing portion in the straight portion. As shown in FIGS. 3 to 6, the side plate 42 includes a curved portion 42a having a curved shape and a straight portion 42b having a straight shape when viewed from the direction orthogonal to the first surface 31a (the thickness direction of the dust cover 20).

[0038] As shown in FIGS. 7 and 8, the second fixing portion 43 in the curved portion 42a has a second fixing surface 44 at a position separated from the inner surface 42d of the side plate 42. As shown in FIG. 8, in the curved portion 42a, the perpendicular line L2 of the second fixing surface 44 is orthogonal to the perpendicular line L0 of the first surface 31a. With such a configuration, the dust cover 20 fixes the side plate 42 in the curved portion 42a to the linear first fixing portion 32.

[0039] As shown in FIG. 7, the second fixing portion 43 in the curved portion 42a has a substantially U-shaped form when viewed from a direction orthogonal to the first surface 31a. As shown in FIG. 8, the second fixing portion 43 in the curved portion 42a is provided to extend from the outer plate 41 toward the base plate 31 and connects the outer plate 41 and the side plate 42. The second fixing portion 43 having such a rib-like form functions as a fixing portion for fixing the cover member 40 to the base member 30 and also functions to increase the rigidity of the curved portion 42a of the cover member 40.

[0040] As shown in FIG. 9, the second fixing portion 43 in the straight portion 42b is the side plate 42. The second fixing surface 44 in the straight portion 42b is the inner surface 42d of the side plate 42. Note that the second fixing surface 44 in the straight portion 42b may be provided at a position separated from the inner surface 42d, similarly to the second fixing portion 43 in the curved portion 42a. As shown in FIG. 9, in the straight portion 42b, a perpendicular line L2 of the second fixing surface 44 is orthogonal to a perpendicular line L0 of the first surface 31a. With such a configuration, the dust cover 20 fixes the side plate 42 in the straight portion 42b to the linear first fixing portion 32.

[0041] As shown in FIGS. 7 to 9, the dust cover 20 further includes a fixing member 50 that fixes the first fixing portion 32 and the second fixing portion 43. In the dust cover 20 of the present disclosure, the fixing member 50 is composed of a bolt 51 and a nut 52. The nut 52 is provided on the first fixing portion 32 by welding. Note that the fixing member 50 shown in the present embodiment is composed of a bolt and a nut, but the fixing member constituting the dust cover of the present disclosure is not limited thereto, and for example, an adhesive may be used.

[0042] As shown in FIG. 8, the side plate 42 in the curved portion 42a has an opening 42c. The opening 42c is provided at a position facing the first fixing portion 32. The opening 42c is provided at a position facing the second fixing portion 43. The opening 42c enables the bolt 51 for fixing the first fixing portion 32 and the second fixing portion 43 in the curved portion 42a to be inserted inside the cover member 40 (side plate 42).

[0043] The dust cover 20 further includes a sealing member 45 that seals the opening 42c. The sealing member 45 is a resin plate and has an area larger than the opening area of the opening 42c. The sealing member 45 of the present embodiment is attached to the side plate 42 around the opening 42c by an adhesive member (double-sided tape). By sealing the opening 42c with the sealing member 45, the dust cover 20 ensures its aesthetic appearance.

[0044] (Regarding the fixing method of the cover member to the base member) As shown in FIGS. 7 and 8, in the curved portion 42a, the second fixing portion 43 is fixed to the first fixing portion 32 by a fixing member 50. The second fixing portion 43 in the curved portion 42a includes a notch portion 43a at the end on the base member 30 side. The notch portion 43a functions as a hole (bolt hole) for inserting the bolt 51 in the second fixing portion 43. Since the end on the base member 30 side of the notch portion 43a which is a bolt hole is open, the cover member 40 can be attached to and detached from the base member 30 by simply loosening the bolt 51 without completely removing it from the notch portion 43a.

[0045] In a state where the cover member 40 is fixed to the base member 30, the perpendicular line L2 of the second fixing surface 44 in the curved portion 42a is perpendicular to the perpendicular line L0 of the first surface 31a. In other words, the first fixing portion 32 and the second fixing portion 43 are fixed to each other with the perpendicular line L2 of the second fixing surface 44 perpendicular to the perpendicular line L0 of the first surface 31a. At this time, the perpendicular line L1 of the first fixing surface 33 fixed to the second fixing surface 44 is perpendicular to the perpendicular line L0 of the first surface 31a. With such a configuration, it is possible to fix the dust cover 20 provided with the resin cover member 40 having the curved portion 42a to the base member 30.

[0046] As shown in Fig. 9, in the straight portion 42b, the second fixing portion 43 is fixed to the first fixing portion 32 by a fixing member 50. The second fixing portion 43 in the straight portion 42b is provided with a notch portion 43b at the end on the base member 30 side. The notch portion 43b functions as a hole (bolt hole) for inserting the bolt 51 in the second fixing portion 43. Since the end on the base member 30 side of the notch portion 43b, which is a bolt hole, is open, the cover member 40 can be attached to and detached from the base member 30 simply by loosening the bolt 51 without completely removing it from the notch portion 43b.

[0047] In a state where the cover member 40 is fixed to the base member 30, a perpendicular line L2 to the second fixing surface 44 in the straight portion 42b is orthogonal to a perpendicular line L0 to the first surface 31a. At this time, a perpendicular line L1 to the first fixing surface 33 fixed to the second fixing surface 44 is orthogonal to the perpendicular line L0 to the first surface 31a. With such a configuration, the fixing directions by the fixing member 50 in the curved portion 42a and the straight portion 42b can be aligned in a direction orthogonal to the thickness direction of the dust cover 20. Therefore, the workability of the operation of fixing the cover member 40 to the base member 30 can be improved.

[0048] (Regarding the method of attaching the dust screen) Fig. 10 is a perspective view showing the fixing state of the dust screen in the cover member. As shown in Fig. 10, the cover member 40 includes a column 41b protruding from the outer plate 41. The column 41b supports a dust screen 22 that covers the opening 21 of the dust cover 20. The dust screen 22 is supported by the cover member 40 by inserting the column 41b through a hole (not shown) opened corresponding to the arrangement of the column 41b. After the column 41b is inserted through the hole (not shown), a washer-shaped fastener 46 is fitted onto the column 41b, and the dust screen 22 is fixed to the cover member 40. With such a configuration, the dust screen 22 can be quickly attached to the cover member 40. Also, with such a configuration, the dust screen 22 can be easily replaced.

[0049] [Regarding the operation and effects of this embodiment] (1) The combine 1 of the above embodiment includes a dust-proof cover 20 that covers the side portion of the machine body 10. The dust-proof cover 20 includes a base member 30 attached to the machine body frame 11 that constitutes the machine body 10, and a resin cover member 40 fixed to the base member 30. The base member 30 includes a base plate 31 having a first surface 31a facing the machine body frame 11 and a second surface 31b formed on the back side of the first surface 31a, and a first fixing portion 32 provided on the second surface 31b side of the base plate 31. The cover member 40 includes an outer plate 41 facing the second surface 31b, a side plate 42 extending from the outer plate 41 toward the base plate 31 side, and a second fixing portion 43 provided on the inner surface 42d side of the side plate 42. The first fixing portion 32 has a first fixing surface 33 for fixing the second fixing portion 43, and the second fixing portion 43 has a second fixing surface 44 facing the first fixing surface 33. The side plate 42 includes a curved portion 42a having a curved shape when viewed in a direction orthogonal to the first surface 31a. In the curved portion 42a, the second fixing surface 44 is provided spaced apart from the inner surface 42d of the side plate 42, and a perpendicular line L2 of the second fixing surface 44 is orthogonal to a perpendicular line L0 of the first surface 31a.

[0050] According to the above configuration, it is possible to provide a combine 1 including a dust-proof cover 20 constituted by the base member 30 and the resin cover member 40. In other words, according to the above configuration, with respect to the dust-proof cover 20 including the base member 30 and the cover member 40, the cover member 40 can be made of resin and fixed to the base member 30.
