The second hole portion 31c is a circular hole when viewed in the vertical direction Z. The second protruding portion 25 is fitted into the second hole portion 31c. The second protruding portion 25 may be loosely fitted into the second hole portion 31c, or the second protruding portion 25 may be lightly press-fitted.

[0061] As shown in FIG. 6, an engaging recess 33 that is recessed upward is formed on the lower surface of the ceiling wall member 30. In the present embodiment, the lower surface of the ceiling wall member 30 is the lower surface of the ceiling wall main body 31. The engaging recess 33 is formed in a rear (-X side) portion of the lower surface of the ceiling wall main body 31. The rear end portion of the engaging recess 33 is disposed at a position that overlaps the protruding wall portion 32 when viewed in the vertical direction Z. The engaging recess 33 is disposed farther forward (+X side) than the rear end portion of the lower surface of the ceiling wall main body 31. The engaging recess 33 is a groove that extends in the left-right direction Y. Both end portions of the engaging recess 33 in the left-right direction Y may open to the side surfaces of the ceiling wall main body 31 in the left-right direction Y, or may be located away from the side surfaces of the ceiling wall main body 31 in the left-right direction Y. The interior of the engaging recess 33 is rectangular and long in the front-rear direction X when viewed in the left-right direction Y.

[0062] A plurality of first engaging portions 12 are inserted into the engaging recess 33. More specifically, four first engaging portions 12, namely a first engaging portion 12a, a first engaging portion 12b, a first engaging portion 12c, and a first engaging portion 12d, are inserted into the engaging recess 33. A rear surface 12e of the first engaging portion 12 inserted into the engaging recess 33 (on the -X side) faces a rear surface 33a which is a surface on the rear side among the inner surfaces of the engaging recess 33. The rear surface 33a faces the front side (+X side). The rear surface 33a is a flat surface orthogonal to the front-rear direction X. The rear surface 33a is in contact with the rear surface 12e of the first engaging portion 12. The rear surface 33a corresponds to a "contact surface" that contacts the first engaging portion 12 from the rear side.

[0063] The ceiling wall member 30 is engaged with the first engaging portion 12 from the rear side via the rear surface 33a. "The ceiling wall member 30 is engaged with the first engaging portion 12 from the rear side" means that a part of the ceiling wall member 30 is disposed to face the rear side of the first engaging portion 12, and when the ceiling wall member 30 attempts to move forward, it is sufficient that the ceiling wall member 30 can be caught by the first engaging portion 12 from the rear side. "The ceiling wall member 30 is engaged with the first engaging portion 12 from the rear side" includes, for example, a case where the rear surface 33a faces the first engaging portion 12 with a slight gap therebetween without contact. When the rear surface 33a faces the first engaging portion 12 with a slight gap therebetween without contact, after the ceiling wall member 30 moves slightly forward, the ceiling wall member 30 contacts the first engaging portion 12 and is caught from the rear side.

[0064] The dimension of the engaging recess 33 in the front-rear direction X is larger than the dimension of the first engaging portion 12 in the front-rear direction X. A gap is provided between the front surface 12f of the first engaging portion 12 on the front side (+X side) and the front side surface 33b which is the front side surface among the inner surfaces of the engaging recess 33. The front side surface 33b faces the rear side (-X side). The front side surface 33b is a flat surface orthogonal to the front-rear direction X. The front surface 12f of the first engaging portion 12 on the front side and the front side surface 33b may be in contact with each other. The dimension of the engaging recess 33 in the vertical direction Z is smaller than the dimension of the first engaging portion 12 in the vertical direction Z. The upper surface 12g of the first engaging portion 12 is in contact with the upper side surface 33c which is the upper side surface among the inner surfaces of the engaging recess 33. The upper side surface 33c faces the lower side. The upper side surface 33c is a flat surface orthogonal to the vertical direction Z. The upper side surface 33c connects the upper end portion of the rear side surface 33a and the upper end portion of the front side surface 33b in the front-rear direction X. A gap may be provided between the upper surface 12g of the first engaging portion 12 and the upper side surface 33c.

[0065] The portion of the lower surface of the ceiling wall member 30 located on the rear side (-X side) of the engaging recess 33 is located above the portion of the upper surface of the plate-like portion 11a located on the rear side of the first engaging portion 12. A gap is provided between the portion of the lower surface of the ceiling wall member 30 located on the rear side of the engaging recess 33 and the portion of the upper surface of the plate-like portion 11a located on the rear side of the first engaging portion 12 in the vertical direction Z. By providing such a gap, even if there is a deviation in at least one of the dimensions of the ceiling wall member 30 and the dimensions of the plate-like portion 11a, the upper surface 12g of the first engaging portion 12 can be easily brought into contact with the upper side surface 33c, and the first engaging portion 12 can be suitably inserted into the engaging recess 33. The portion of the lower surface of the ceiling wall member 30 located on the rear side of the engaging recess 33 and the portion of the upper surface of the plate-like portion 11a located on the rear side of the first engaging portion 12 may be in contact with each other.

The drawer main body part 41a of the first drawer part 41 stored in the second storage part 70b is supported by the rail member 22 of the second side wall member 20b and the rail member 22 of the fourth side wall member 20d. Each drawer main body part 41a of the plurality of first drawer parts 41 has the same shape and the same size as each other. The mirror plate part 41b extends in the left - right direction Y and is a rectangular plate - shaped with the plate surface facing the front - rear direction X. The mirror plate part 41b is fixed to the front side (+X side) end of the drawer main body part 41a. The mirror plate part 41b protrudes above the drawer main body part 41a. Each mirror plate part 41b of the plurality of first drawer parts 41 has the same shape and the same size as each other.

[0069] The second drawer part 42 is stored in the portion between the third side wall member 20c and the fifth side wall member 20e in the left - right direction Y of the first storage part 70a. The second drawer part 42 is supported by the uppermost rail member 22 among the rail members 22 provided on the third side wall member 20c and the rail member 22 provided on the fifth side wall member 20e so as to be movable in the front - rear direction X. The dimension of the second drawer part 42 in the left - right direction Y is smaller than the dimension of the first drawer part 41 in the left - right direction Y.

[0070] As shown in FIG. 1, the kitchen unit main body 100a has a curtain plate 61 that covers the upper end part inside the second storage part 70b from the front (+X direction). The curtain plate 61 is a rectangular plate - shaped that is long in the left - right direction Y and has the plate surface facing the front - rear direction X. The curtain plate 61 covers the part that protrudes downward from the second mounting hole 31b of the kitchen sink 52 from the front.

[0071] As shown in Fig. 11, the construction method of the kitchen unit 100 includes a support part fixing step S1, a side wall member mounting step S2, a ceiling wall member mounting step S3, a curtain plate mounting step S4, a drawer part installation step S5, a dishwasher installation step S6, and a stove installation step S7. The construction method of the kitchen unit 100 in this embodiment can be executed by, for example, one operator. The kitchen unit 100 may also be constructed by a plurality of operators.

[0072] The support part fixing step S1 is a step of fixing the support part 10 to the wall surface WS. As shown in Fig. 12, by the support part fixing step S1, the first extension member 10a and the second extension member 10b are fixed to the wall surface WS. In the support part fixing step S1, the operator fixes the first extension member 10a and the second extension member 10b to the wall surface WS with a plurality of screw members 85. As shown in Fig. 13, the plurality of screw members 85 for fixing the first extension member 10a penetrate the plate-like part 11a in the front-rear direction X and are tightened at a location on the wall surface WS where the column part PL of the building is provided inside the wall. The plurality of screw members 85 are tightened to the column part PL. In the example shown in Fig. 13, the portion of the first extension member 10a fixed to the wall surface WS by the plurality of screw members 85 is a portion separated from the end of the first extension member 10a in the left-right direction Y in the left-right direction Y. The portion of the first extension member 10a fixed by the plurality of screw members 85 may be the end of the first extension member 10a in the left-right direction Y.

[0073] On the upper side surface of the portion of the plate-like portion 11a fixed by the screw member 85, a part of the first engaging portion 12 is provided. In other words, a part of the first engaging portion 12 is provided at the same position in the left-right direction Y as the portion of the support portion 10 fixed to the wall surface WS. The portion of the support portion 10 fixed to the wall surface WS includes the portion of the first extending member 10a through which the screw member 85 passes, and the portion of the first extending member 10a located between the screw members 85 in the left-right direction Y. In the example shown in FIG. 13, the portion of the support portion 10 fixed to the wall surface WS is the fixed portion 15. The fixed portion 15 is a portion including the interval in the left-right direction Y from the portion through which the leftmost screw member 85 passes in the plate-like portion 11a to the portion through which the rightmost screw member 85 passes. Although illustration is omitted, the second extending member 10b is also fixed to the wall surface WS in the same manner as the first extending member 10a.

[0074] The side wall member mounting step S2 is a step of mounting a plurality of side wall members 20 to the support portion 10. In the side wall member mounting step S2, the operator engages the second engaging portion 23h with the support portion 10 from above to engage the plurality of side wall members 20 with the support portion 10 in a state separated from the floor surface FS upward. As shown in FIG. 14, the operator brings the second engaging portions 23h in the two first mounting members 23 provided on the side wall member 20 closer to each of the first extending member 10a and the second extending member 10b from above, and engages the side wall member 20 with the first extending member 10a and the second extending member 10b from above. As shown in FIG. 15, when engaging a plurality of side wall members 20 with the support portion 10, the operator inserts each first protruding portion 23q provided on each first mounting member 23 into the first hole portion 13 provided in each extending member of the support portion 10 from above. The operator inserts each first protruding portion 23q in the pair of first mounting members 23 into the first hole portion 13 of the first extending member 10a and the first hole portion 13 of the second extending member 10b for each side wall member 20. The plurality of side wall members 20 are temporarily fixed to the support portion 10 by engaging each second engaging portion 23h with the support portion 10 from above.

[0075] After the operator engages and temporarily fixes the five side wall members 20 to the support portion 10, the operator permanently fixes the plurality of side wall members 20 to the support portion 10. As shown in FIG. 16, the operator fixes the second fixing portion 23b in each side wall member 20 to the support portion 10 with a plurality of screw members 82, thereby fixing the plurality of side wall members 20 to the support portion 10. When fixing the plurality of side wall members 20 to the support portion 10, the operator may pass the plurality of screw members 82 through the second fixing portion 23b of the first attachment member 23 and the support portion 10 and tighten them into the wall surface WS. In this case, if a column portion PL is located within the wall of the wall surface WS into which the plurality of screw members 82 are tightened, the operator may tighten the plurality of screw members 82 into the column portion PL. In the side wall member attachment step S2, after the operator engages one side wall member 20 with the support portion 10 and before engaging another side wall member 20 with the support portion 10, the operator may fix the side wall member 20 engaged with the support portion 10 to the support portion 10 with a plurality of screw members 82.

[0076] In the side wall member attachment step S2, after the operator engages the third side wall member 20c and the fourth side wall member 20d with the support portion 10 and before fixing the third side wall member 20c and the fourth side wall member 20d with the screw member 82, the operator disposes the bottom wall portion 26 between the third side wall member 20c and the fourth side wall member 20d. The bottom wall portion 26 is attached between the third side wall member 20c and the fourth side wall member 20d by fitting a dowel provided on the bottom wall portion 26 into a dowel hole provided in the side wall main body portion 21 of the third side wall member 20c and the side wall main body portion 21 of the fourth side wall member 20d. By the side wall member attachment step S2, as shown in FIG. 17, the five side wall members 20 and the bottom wall portion 26 are attached to the support portion 10.

[0077] The ceiling member mounting step S3 is a step of mounting a ceiling member 30 above a plurality of side wall members 20. As shown in FIG. 17, in the ceiling member mounting step S3, the operator brings the ceiling member 30 with the kitchen sink 52 mounted thereon closer to the plurality of side wall members 20 from above, and arranges the ceiling member 30 above the plurality of side wall members 20. As shown in FIG. 18, when arranging the ceiling member 30 above the plurality of side wall members 20, the operator inserts the first engaging portion 12 into the engaging recess 33 from below, and engages the ceiling member 30 with the first engaging portion 12 in the front-rear direction X. After inserting the first engaging portion 12 into the engaging recess 33, the operator applies a force to the ceiling member 30 in the front direction (+X direction), and brings the rear side surface 33a located on the rear side of the inner surface of the engaging recess 33 into contact with the rear side surface 12e of the first engaging portion 12.

[0078] As shown in FIG. 19, when arranging the ceiling member 30 above the plurality of side wall members 20, the operator fits the second protruding portion 25 provided on each side wall member 20 into the second hole portion 31c provided on the ceiling member 30. By fitting the second protruding portion 25 into the second hole portion 31c, the position of each side wall member 20 in the left-right direction Y is positioned with respect to the ceiling member 30. After arranging the ceiling member 30 above the plurality of side wall members 20, as shown in FIG. 20, the operator fixes the fourth fixing portion 24b of the second mounting member 24 to the ceiling main body portion 31 of the ceiling member 30 with a plurality of screw members 84. Although not shown, the operator also fixes the fifth fixing portion 23c of the first mounting member 23 to the ceiling main body portion 31 of the ceiling member 30 with a screw member.

[0079] The curtain plate mounting step S4 is a step of mounting the curtain plate 61. In the curtain plate mounting step S4, the operator fixes the curtain plate 61 to the second side wall member 20b and the fourth side wall member 20d, and covers a part of the kitchen sink 52 exposed inside the second storage portion 70b with the curtain plate 61 from the front (+X direction).

[0080] The drawer unit installation step S5 is a step of installing the drawer unit 40. In the drawer unit installation step S5, the operator installs the first drawer unit 41 and the second drawer unit 42. After the operator supports the drawer main body 41a of the first drawer unit 41 on a pair of rail members 22 and arranges it in each storage unit 70, the mirror plate part 41b is attached to each drawer main body 41a from the front (+X direction). The operator installs the second drawer unit 42 in the same manner as the first drawer unit 41. In the drawer unit installation step S5, the operator may install either the first drawer unit 41 or the second drawer unit 42 first. In the drawer unit installation step S5, after the operator installs the drawer main body 41a of the first drawer unit 41 and the drawer main body of the second drawer unit 42, the operator may attach each mirror plate part to each drawer main body.

[0081] The dishwasher installation step S6 is a step of installing the dishwasher 53. In the dishwasher installation step S6, the operator stores the dishwasher 53 in the third storage unit 70c and attaches the mirror plate part 63 to the front side of the dishwasher 53.

[0082] The stove installation step S7 is a step of installing the stove 51. In the stove installation step S7, the operator attaches the stove 51 to the first mounting hole 31a of the ceiling wall member 30. Thus, the kitchen unit 100 is assembled and the construction of the kitchen unit 100 is completed.

[0083] As described above, the kitchen unit 100 includes a kitchen unit main body 100a having a storage unit 70. The kitchen unit main body 100a includes a support portion 10 fixed to a wall surface WS facing the front side (+X side) in the front-rear direction X intersecting the vertical direction Z, a plurality of side wall members 20 fixed to the support portion 10 and arranged at intervals in the left-right direction Y intersecting both the vertical direction Z and the front-rear direction X, and a ceiling wall member 30 arranged above the plurality of side wall members 20. The portion of the storage unit 70 located in the left-right direction Y is formed by the side wall members 20. The portion of the storage unit 70 located above is formed by the ceiling wall member 30. The support portion 10 has a first engaging portion 12 with which the ceiling wall member 30 is engaged from the rear side (-X side) opposite to the front side in the front-rear direction X. When a downward force is applied to the ceiling wall member 30, a moment is generated in the kitchen unit main body 100a including the ceiling wall member 30 in a direction in which the kitchen unit main body 100a falls downward and forward with the wall surface WS to which the support portion 10 is fixed as a fulcrum. Due to this moment, the ceiling wall member 30 receives a force in the front direction, and the ceiling wall member 30 tends to move away from the wall surface WS. When the ceiling wall member 30 tries to move forward, the ceiling wall member 30 is caught by the first engaging portion 12 from the rear side. By the ceiling wall member 30 being caught by the first engaging portion 12 from the rear side, it is possible to suppress the ceiling wall member 30 from moving forward and to suppress the position of the ceiling wall member 30 from shifting.

[0084] The first engaging portion 12 extends in the left-right direction Y. By the first engaging portion 12 extending in the left-right direction Y, the dimension in the left-right direction Y of the portion where the first engaging portion 12 and the ceiling wall member 30 engage with each other can be increased. By being able to increase the engaging portion in the left-right direction Y, when the ceiling wall member 30 tries to move forward, the force applied to the ceiling wall member 30 can be dispersed and received in the left-right direction Y by the engaging portion. By being able to disperse and receive the force applied to the ceiling wall member 30 in the left-right direction Y, it is possible to further suppress the ceiling wall member 30 from moving forward.

[0085] As shown in FIG. 13, depending on the location of the wall surface WS to which the first extension member 10a is fixed, the ends of the first extension member 10a in the left - right direction Y may not be fixed to the column portion PL by the screw member 85. In this case, when a forward force is applied to the ceiling wall member 30, the ends of the first extension member 10a in the left - right direction Y are likely to lift forward from the wall surface WS, and the position of the ceiling wall member 30 is likely to shift forward (+X side). According to the kitchen unit 100, even when the ends of the first extension member 10a in the left - right direction Y are not fixed to the column portion PL, at least a part of the first engaging portion 12 can be easily provided in the portion of the first extension member 10a in the left - right direction Y that is fixed by the screw member 85 by the first engaging portion 12 extending in the left - right direction Y. In the portion of the first extension member 10a in the left - right direction Y that is fixed by the screw member 85, since at least a part of the first engaging portion 12 can receive the force applied to the ceiling wall member 30, the first extension member 10a is less likely to lift forward. Since the first extension member 10a can be made less likely to lift forward, the position of the ceiling wall member 30 shifting forward can be more effectively suppressed.

[0086] A part of the first engaging portion 12 is provided at the same position in the left - right direction Y as the portion of the support portion 10 fixed to the wall surface WS. Since the force applied to the ceiling wall member 30 can be received by this part of the first engaging portion 12, as described above, the first extension member 10a can be made less likely to lift forward, and the position of the ceiling wall member 30 shifting forward can be more effectively suppressed.

[0087] The ceiling wall member 30 has a rear surface 33a as a contact surface that contacts the first engaging portion 12 from the rear side (-X side). When the rear surface 33a contacts the first engaging portion 12 from the rear side, when the ceiling wall member 30 attempts to move forward, the ceiling wall member 30 does not move slightly forward with respect to the support portion 10, and the ceiling wall member 30 is caught by the first engaging portion 12. The forward movement of the ceiling wall member 30 can be more preferably suppressed.

[0088] The support portion 10 has a plate-like portion 11a as a base portion fixed to the wall surface WS. The first engaging portion 12 protrudes upward from the plate-like portion 11a. Since the first engaging portion 12 protrudes upward, it is easier to engage the ceiling wall member 30 with the first engaging portion 12 from the rear side, and it is easier to suppress the ceiling wall member 30 from moving to the front side.

[0089] An engaging recess 33 that is recessed upward is formed on the lower surface of the ceiling wall member 30. The first engaging portion 12 is inserted into the engaging recess 33. By inserting the first engaging portion 12 into the engaging recess 33, a portion of the inner surface of the engaging recess 33 that is located on the rear side can be engaged with the first engaging portion 12 from the rear side, and the ceiling wall member 30 can be easily engaged with the first engaging portion 12.

[0090] The dimension in the front-rear direction X of the engaging recess 33 is larger than the dimension in the front-rear direction X of the first engaging portion 12. By making the engaging recess 33 larger than the first engaging portion 12 in the front-rear direction X, it is easier to insert the first engaging portion 12 into the engaging recess 33.

[0091] Each of the plurality of side wall members 20 has a second engaging portion 23h that is engaged with the support portion 10 from above. By engaging the second engaging portion 23h with the support portion 10 from above, the operator can temporarily fix the side wall member 20 to the support portion 10. After temporarily fixing the plurality of side wall members 20 to the support portion 10, the operator can easily attach the plurality of side wall members 20 to the support portion 10 by fixedly attaching each side wall member 20 to the support portion 10. By arranging the top wall member 30 above the plurality of side wall members 20 attached to the support portion 10, the storage portion 70 can be easily assembled. The operator does not need to transport the pre-assembled storage portion to the construction site, and does not need to handle the pre-assembled storage portion even during construction. Compared with the case of assembling a kitchen unit by combining the pre-assembled storage portion with other parts, the operator can construct the kitchen unit 100 by assembling a plurality of parts that are easy to handle even by one person, and the assembly of the kitchen unit 100 can also be easily performed because the second engaging portion 23h is provided as described above. According to the kitchen unit 100 of the present embodiment, the kitchen unit 100 can be easily assembled in a short time with a small number of people, and the workability of the kitchen unit 100 can be improved.

[0092] Since it is not necessary to transport the pre-assembled storage portion 70 to the construction site, the operator can easily gather the parts necessary for constructing the kitchen unit 100, for example, by stacking and packing the members for assembling the storage portion 70. The operator can load the parts of a larger number of kitchen units 100 onto the transport truck at one time compared to the case of transporting the pre-assembled storage portion to the construction site. Since it is easy to transport the parts of a plurality of kitchen units 100 at one time, for example, even when it is necessary to construct kitchen units 100 for a plurality of houses in an apartment house, the operator can easily transport the parts of the kitchen unit 100 installed in each house.

[0093] On the upper surface of the plate-like portion 11a which is the base, a first hole portion 13 is formed. The second engaging portion 23h has a first protruding portion 23q that protrudes downward and is inserted into the first hole portion 13. When the first protruding portion 23q is inserted into the first hole portion 13, it is possible to suitably suppress the detachment of the side wall member 20 temporarily fixed to the support portion 10 from the support portion 10. Different from the case where a protrusion is formed on the upper surface of the plate-like portion 11a and a hole through which the protrusion passes is provided in the second engaging portion 23h, it is not necessary to separately provide a hole or the like for avoiding the protrusion in the top wall member 30. It is possible to suppress the complication of the shape of the top wall member 30.

[0094] The second engaging portion 23h has a contact portion 23p that contacts the upper surface of the plate-like portion 11a. The first protruding portion 23q protrudes downward from the contact portion 23p. The first engaging portion 12 faces the contact portion 23p in the left-right direction Y. Since the first engaging portion 12 faces the contact portion 23p in the left-right direction Y, the contact portion 23p is caught by the first engaging portion 12 in the left-right direction Y, and the side wall member 20 can be positioned in the left-right direction Y using the first engaging portion 12.

[0095] A plurality of first engaging portions 12 are provided at intervals in the left-right direction Y. Since the force applied to the top wall member 30 can be received by the plurality of first engaging portions 12, it is possible to more suitably suppress the forward movement of the top wall member 30. The plurality of first engaging portions 12 are inserted into one engaging recess 33. According to this configuration, since it is only necessary to provide one engaging recess 33 for the top wall member 30, it is possible to suppress the complication of the shape of the top wall member 30 compared to the case where an engaging recess 33 is provided for each of the plurality of first engaging portions 12. By suppressing the complication of the shape of the top wall member 30, the manufacturing cost of the kitchen unit 100 can be reduced.

[0096] The support portion 10 has a first extension member 10a and a second extension member 10b that extend in the left-right direction Y. The first extension member 10a and the second extension member 10b are arranged at intervals in the vertical direction Z with respect to each other. Each of the plurality of side wall members 20 is fixed to both the first extension member 10a and the second extension member 10b. The first extension member 10a is located above the second extension member 10b. The first engaging portion 12 is provided on the first extension member 10a. With the two extension members of the first extension member 10a and the second extension member 10b, the plurality of side wall members 20 can be supported more preferably. By providing the first engaging portion 12 on the first extension member 10a located on the upper side, the ceiling wall member 30 can be easily and preferably engaged with the first engaging portion 12 from the rear side (-X side). Since the support portion 10 has the first extension member 10a and the second extension member 10b that are separated from each other in the vertical direction Z, compared with the case where the support portion 10 is a member like a back plate that covers the entire inside of each storage portion 70 from the rear side, the volume of the support portion 10 can be reduced. An operator can easily pack the support portion 10 in a smaller size, and can pack the parts necessary for constructing the kitchen unit 100 in a smaller size.

[0097] The kitchen unit main body 100a is attached to the wall surface WS in a state of being separated upward from the floor surface FS. In such a kitchen unit main body 100a, when a downward force is applied to the ceiling wall member 30, the ceiling wall member 30 is more likely to receive a force in the direction of moving forward, and in the conventional structure, the position of the ceiling wall member 30 is likely to shift to the front side (+X side). Even in such a case having such a structure, according to the kitchen unit 100, the position of the ceiling wall member 30 can be suppressed from shifting as described above by the ceiling wall member 30 engaging with the first engaging portion 12 from the rear side.

[0098] Since the kitchen unit main body 100a is separated upward from the floor surface FS, even when there are irregularities on the floor surface FS, when adjusting the installation position and installation angle of the kitchen unit main body 100a, the kitchen unit main body 100a is not affected by the floor surface FS, and the operator can easily install the kitchen unit main body 100a. Since the kitchen unit 100 is attached to the wall surface WS, the operator can freely adjust the height of the ceiling member 30 of the kitchen unit 100 by adjusting the position in the vertical direction Z of the portion of the wall surface WS to which the kitchen unit 100 is attached. In order to change the height of the ceiling member 30, it is not necessary to prepare a plurality of types of kitchen units 100 having different dimensions in the vertical direction Z. The operator can construct a kitchen unit 100 having a different height of the ceiling member 30 with a kitchen unit 100 of one size.

[0099] Since the kitchen unit main body 100a is separated upward from the floor surface FS, the space between the lower surface of the kitchen unit main body 100a and the floor surface FS can be used as a storage space. For example, a trash can, a cardboard box, etc. can be stored in the storage space. Since the kitchen unit main body 100a is separated upward from the floor surface FS, the user can easily clean the floor surface FS located below the kitchen unit main body 100a. The user can easily clean the area near the kick-in of the kitchen unit 100 on the floor surface FS that is likely to get dirty.

[0100] In the present embodiment, the furniture is the kitchen unit 100. The kitchen unit 100 is more likely to have a downward force applied to the ceiling member 30 than other furniture. The effect of suppressing the displacement of the position of the ceiling member 30 described above is particularly useful when the furniture is the kitchen unit 100. The kitchen unit 100 is more likely to require more man-hours for construction than other furniture. The effect of improving the workability described above is particularly useful when the furniture is the kitchen unit 100.

[0101] The construction method of the kitchen unit 100 is a construction method of the kitchen unit 100 including a kitchen unit main body 100a having a storage unit 70, which includes fixing a support portion 10 having a first engaging portion 12 to a wall surface WS facing the front side (+X side) in the front-rear direction X intersecting the vertical direction Z, fixing a plurality of side wall members 20 arranged at intervals in the left-right direction Y intersecting both the vertical direction Z and the front-rear direction X to the support portion 10, engaging a ceiling wall member 30 with the first engaging portion 12 from the rear side opposite to the front side in the front-rear direction X and arranging it above the plurality of side wall members 20, and attaching the kitchen unit main body 100a in which the portion located in the left-right direction Y of the storage unit 70 is formed by the side wall members 20 and the portion located above the storage unit 70 is formed by the ceiling wall member 30 to the wall surface WS. As described above, the operator can suppress the displacement of the ceiling wall member 30 by engaging the ceiling wall member 30 with the first engaging portion 12 from the rear side.

[0102] Hereinafter, embodiments different from the above-described embodiments will be described. In the description of each of the following embodiments, the description may be omitted by appropriately assigning the same reference numerals to the same configurations as those described above the description of each embodiment. For the portions corresponding to the respective portions of the configuration described above the description of each embodiment, the same names will be given and different reference numerals will be assigned to describe the differences from the above-described configuration, and the description of the same points as the above-described configuration may be omitted. As the configurations omitted from the description in each of the following embodiments, within a non-contradictory range, the same configurations as those described above the respective embodiments can be adopted.

[0103] (Second Embodiment) As shown in FIG. 21, in the support portion 210 of the kitchen unit 200, the first extension member 210a has a first engagement portion 212 that protrudes upward from the plate-like portion 11a. The first engagement portion 212 is cylindrical. A plurality of first engagement portions 212 are provided at intervals in the left-right direction Y. The plurality of first engagement portions 212 are formed over substantially the entire region in the left-right direction Y of the upper surface of the plate-like portion 11a. Some of the plurality of first engagement portions 212 may be used to engage the second engagement portion 23h with the first extension member 210a from above. In this case, a hole through which the first engagement portion 212 is passed in the vertical direction Z is formed in the second engagement portion 23h instead of the first protrusion 23q.

[0104] On the lower surface of the ceiling wall member 230, an engagement recess 233 that is recessed upward is formed. The engagement recess 233 is a hole that is recessed upward from the lower surface of the ceiling wall main body portion 231 and has a bottom portion on the upper side. The engagement recess 233 is circular when viewed in the vertical direction Z. A plurality of engagement recesses 233 are provided at intervals in the left-right direction Y. A plurality of first engagement portions 212 are respectively inserted into the plurality of engagement recesses 233. Each first engagement portion 212 is fitted into each engagement recess 233. The ceiling wall member 230 is engaged with the first engagement portion 212 from the rear side (-X side) by the inner surface of each engagement recess 233 being hooked on the first engagement portion 212 from the rear side. By engaging the ceiling wall member 230 with the first engagement portion 212 provided in the support portion 210 from the rear side, it is possible to suppress the displacement of the position of the ceiling wall member 230 in the same manner as in the first embodiment. Other configurations of the kitchen unit 200 are the same as those of the kitchen unit 100 in the first embodiment.

[0105] (Third Embodiment) As shown in FIG. 22, on the lower surface of the ceiling wall main body portion 331 of the ceiling wall member 330 of the kitchen unit 300, an engagement convex portion 333 that protrudes downward is formed. The engagement convex portion 333 is formed at the rear end (-X side) of the lower surface of the ceiling wall main body portion 331. The engagement convex portion 333 is rectangular in the front-rear direction X when viewed in the left-right direction Y. Although illustration is omitted, the engagement convex portion 333 extends in the left-right direction Y.

[0106] The engaging convex portion 333 is located on the rear side (-X side) of the first engaging portion 12. The front side surface 333b, which is the front side (+X side) surface of the engaging convex portion 333, is in contact with the rear side surface 12e of the first engaging portion 12. The front side surface 333b corresponds to the "contact surface" that contacts the first engaging portion 12 from the rear side. The engaging convex portion 333 is engaged with the first engaging portion 12 from the rear side. By engaging the ceiling wall member 330 with the first engaging portion 12 from the rear side, it is possible to suppress the displacement of the ceiling wall member 330 in the same manner as in the first embodiment. Other configurations of the kitchen unit 300 are the same as those of the kitchen unit 100 in the first embodiment.

[0107] (Fourth Embodiment) As shown in FIG. 23, an engaging convex portion 433 that protrudes downward is formed on the lower surface of the ceiling wall main body portion 431 of the ceiling wall member 430 of the kitchen unit 400. The engaging convex portion 433 is formed in a portion on the rear side (-X side) of the lower surface of the ceiling wall main body portion 431. The engaging convex portion 433 is located on the front side (+X side) of the rear end portion on the lower surface of the ceiling wall main body portion 431. The engaging convex portion 433 has a rectangular shape that is long in the front-rear direction X when viewed in the left-right direction Y. Although not shown, the engaging convex portion 433 extends in the left-right direction Y.

[0108] The first engaging portion 412 provided on the first extension member 410a is a concave portion that depresses downward from the upper surface of the plate-like portion 411a. When viewed in the left-right direction Y, the interior of the first engaging portion 412 has a rectangular shape that is long in the front-rear direction X. The dimension of the first engaging portion 412 in the front-rear direction X is larger than the dimension of the engaging convex portion 433 in the front-rear direction X. The engaging convex portion 433 is inserted into the first engaging portion 412 from above. The lower surface of the engaging convex portion 433 is provided apart from above the surface located on the lower side among the inner surfaces of the first engaging portion 412. The front surface 433a, which is the front side (+X side) surface of the engaging convex portion 433, is in contact with the surface 412f located on the front side among the inner surfaces of the first engaging portion 412. The engaging convex portion 433 is engaged with the first engaging portion 412 from the rear side (-X side).
