Summary of the Invention
Problems to be Solved by the Invention
[0004] The cushion bodies of the seat portion and the back portion of the seat chair are gradually deprived of elasticity over a long period of use, leading to a deterioration in sitting comfort. In particular, the cushion body of the seat portion is more likely to lose its elasticity and cause a deterioration in sitting comfort compared to the cushion body of the back portion.
[0005] On the other hand, the cover of the seat chair can often be used for a longer period than the cushion body. From the perspective of SDGs (Sustainable Development Goals) aiming at suppressing resource consumption and waste generation, it is desirable that other seat chair components such as the cover continue to be used even if the elasticity of the cushion body is lost as a result of long-term use.
[0006] An object of the present disclosure is to provide a seat chair that can provide good sitting comfort over a long period.
Means for Solving the Problems
[0007] One aspect of the present disclosure relates to a seating chair, comprising a seat base cover, a seat surface cover that is at least partially detachably provided with respect to the seat base cover, and a seat cushion accommodating portion surrounded by the seat base cover and the seat surface cover, wherein the seat cushion accommodating portion is configured to replaceably accommodate a seat cushion body.
[0008] The entire seat surface cover may be detachably provided with respect to the seat base cover.
[0009] The seat cushion accommodating portion may be provided integrally with the seat surface cover.
[0010] The seat cushion accommodating portion is an accommodating cover that at least partially covers the back surface of the seat surface cover, and has an accommodating cover that forms a seat cushion space for accommodating the seat cushion body together with the seat surface cover. The accommodating cover has an exchange opening communicating with the seat cushion space, and the seat surface cover may be provided so as to be partially separable from the seat base cover such that the exchange opening is exposed in a state where a part of the seat surface cover is attached to the seat base cover.
[0011] The seating chair may include a seat base provided so as to be covered by a seat cushion body in a space surrounded by the seat base cover and the seat surface cover.
[0012] The seating chair includes a backrest having a backrest base cover, a back cover that is at least partially detachable with respect to the backrest base cover, and a back cushion accommodating portion surrounded by the backrest base cover and the back cover, and the back cushion accommodating portion may replaceably accommodate a back cushion body.
[0013] The entire back cover may be detachably provided with respect to the backrest base cover.

Modes for Carrying Out the Invention
[0016] Hereinafter, with reference to the drawings, typical embodiments of the disclosed technology will be described.
[0017] In the following description, unless otherwise specified, terms indicating directions such as “up” and “down” are based on the normal use state of the seat chair, but the actual directions of various elements of the seat chair may vary depending on the actual state of the seat chair.
[0018] [First Embodiment] FIG. 1 is a perspective view showing an example of the seat chair 10 of the first embodiment.
[0019] The seat chair 10 shown in FIG. 1 includes a seat portion 11 and a backrest 12. The seat portion 11 and the backrest 12 are connected to each other via a swing mechanism 15 provided inside the cover, and are variably positioned by the swing mechanism 15 so as to take a desired posture with respect to each other.
[0020] The swing mechanism 15 can stepwise or continuously change the inclination angle (i.e., the backrest angle α) formed by the backrest 12 with respect to the seat portion 11 within a predetermined angle range according to the operation of the user. The user can operate the swing mechanism 15 to adjust the backrest angle α to a preferred angle. The swing mechanism 15 can have any configuration, and may have a known configuration. The description of specific configuration examples of the swing mechanism 15 is omitted.
[0021] The "predetermined angle range", which is the adjustment range of the backrest angle α, can typically be set within an angle range of 90° to 180°, but can be set to any angle range. For example, the swing mechanism 15 may fix the backrest 12 with respect to the seat portion 11 at a backrest angle α smaller than 90°, or may fix the backrest 12 with respect to the seat portion 11 at a backrest angle α larger than 180°.
[0022] The seat portion 11 has a seat base cover 21 and a seat surface cover 22 that is at least partially detachably provided with respect to the seat base cover 21. The front surface of the seat surface cover 22 forms a seat surface that is the seating surface of the user of the seat chair 10, and the seat base cover 21 is located below the seat surface cover 22 when the seat chair 10 is in use.
[0023] In the example shown in FIG. 1, seat fasteners 31 are provided along three sides of the seat surface cover 22 having a rectangular planar shape, and the seat surface cover 22 is partially detachably provided with respect to the seat base cover 21 via the seat fasteners 31. That is, among the four sides of the seat surface cover 22 that define a rectangular plane, a seat fastener 31 is not provided on one side that forms the connection portion between the seat portion 11 and the backrest 12, and a continuous series of seat fasteners 31 configured as an openable and closable linear fastener (zipper) are provided along the other three sides.
[0024] The backrest 12 has a back base cover 25 and a back cover 26 attached to the back base cover 25. The front surface of the back cover 26 forms a back surface (backrest surface) facing the back of the user of the seat.
[0025] In the example shown in FIG. 1, the back base cover 25 and the back cover 26 are basically integrally provided so as not to separate from each other, and the entire back cover 26 having a rectangular planar shape is connected to the back base cover 25. Also, the back base cover 25 and the back cover 26 shown in FIG. 1 are also integrally connected to the seat base cover 21 and the seat surface cover 22 and do not separate from the seat base cover 21 and the seat surface cover 22.
[0026] FIGS. 2 to 4 are perspective views for explaining an example of the replacement operation of the seat cushion body 17 in the seat 10 shown in FIG. 1.
[0027] The seat portion 11 of the present embodiment has a seat cushion housing portion 40 that removably houses the seat cushion body 17. The seat cushion housing portion 40 is surrounded by the seat base cover 21 and the seat surface cover 22 that are connected to each other via the seat fastener 31. Also, the seat cushion housing portion 40 is exposed outward in a state where the seat base cover 21 and the seat surface cover 22 are opened and partially separated via the seat fastener 31.
[0028] The seat cushion housing portion 40 in the example shown in FIGS. 2 to 4 is provided integrally with the seat surface cover 22. That is, the seat cushion housing portion 40 has a seat housing cover 41 that at least partially covers the back surface of the seat surface cover 22 (the surface opposite to the front surface forming the seat surface). The seat housing cover 41 forms a seat cushion space S1 (see FIG. 4) for housing the seat cushion body 17 together with the seat surface cover 22 and has a seat replacement opening 42 communicating with the seat cushion space S1.
[0029] The illustrated seat accommodation cover 41 has two accommodation cover parts separated from each other. Each accommodation cover part has a rectangular planar shape and is attached to the seat surface cover 22 on three sides. The other one side of each accommodation cover part forms a seat replacement opening 42 without being attached to the seat surface cover 22. The seat replacement opening 42 formed in this way is configured as an opening whose size changes according to the state (for example, the deflected state) of the two accommodation cover parts. The seat cushion body 17 accommodated in the seat cushion space S1 is supported on one side (the upper part in FIG. 2) by one accommodation cover part and on the other side (the lower part in FIG. 2) by the other accommodation cover part.
[0030] In the illustrated example, although no fastener for detachably fixing the two accommodation cover parts of the seat accommodation cover 41 is provided, a fastener for detachably fixing the two accommodation cover parts to each other may be provided. In this case, with the seat cushion body 17 accommodated in the seat cushion space S1, the two accommodation cover parts are fixed to each other by the fastener, so that the unintentional detachment of the seat cushion body 17 from the seat cushion space S1 can be more reliably prevented.
[0031] Also, in the present embodiment, a seat base 18 is provided in the space surrounded by the seat base cover 21 and the seat surface cover 22 together with the seat cushion body 17 accommodated in the seat cushion accommodation part 40. The seat base 18 is provided so as to be covered by the seat cushion body 17 in the seat cushion accommodation part 40 in a state where the seat base cover 21 and the seat surface cover 22 are closed via the seat fastener 31.
[0032] In the examples shown in FIGS. 2 to 4, the lower surface and side surfaces of the rectangular parallelepiped-shaped seat base 18 having a rectangular planar shape are covered by the seat base cover 21, and the upper surface of the seat base 18 is covered by the seat section body 23 attached to the seat base cover 21. Therefore, among the spaces surrounded by the seat base cover 21 and the seat surface cover 22, the seat base 18 is disposed in one side space (the lower space in FIGS. 2 to 4) partitioned by the seat section body 23, and the seat cushion body 17 is disposed in the other side space (the upper space in FIGS. 2 to 4).
[0033] The seat section body 23 shown in FIGS. 2 to 4 cannot be removed from the seat base cover 21, and the seat base 18 is accommodated in the space surrounded by the seat base cover 21 and the seat section body 23 so that it cannot basically be replaced. However, the seat section body 23 may be detachably provided with respect to the seat base cover 21, and in this case, the seat base 18 may be provided so as to be replaceable.
[0034] The constituent material of the seat base 18 is not limited, but the seat base 18 can include a cushion body (such as urethane) at least in part. In this case, the seat base 18, together with the seat cushion body 17, constitutes a multi-layer cushion body of the seat 11, and it is possible to provide a good sitting comfort to the user by receiving the load of the user. In particular, by configuring the seat cushion body 17 and the seat base 18 as cushion bodies having different characteristics from each other, it is possible to give the seat 11 various characteristics.
[0035] In the example shown in FIGS. 2 to 4 as described above, while the seat cushion body 17 is provided integrally with the seat surface cover 22, the seat base 18 is disposed in the space surrounded by the seat base cover 21. Therefore, by opening the seat base cover 21 and the seat surface cover 22 via the seat fastener 31, the seat cushion body 17 is separated from the seat base 18. Therefore, the user can perform the replacement work of the seat cushion body 17 with the seat base cover 21 and the seat surface cover 22 open without being obstructed by the seat base 18.
[0036] Particularly in the examples shown in FIGS. 1 to 4, with a part of the seat surface cover 22 attached to the seat base cover 21 via the back cover 26 and / or the back base cover 25, the seat surface cover 22 can be partially separated from the seat base cover 21 to expose the seat replacement opening 42. As a result, the user can easily and surely perform the replacement work of the seat cushion body 17 through the seat replacement opening 42. Further, the seat base cover 21, the seat surface cover 22, the seat accommodation cover 41, the back base cover 25, and the back cover 26 always maintain a state of being directly or indirectly connected to each other. Therefore, during the replacement work of the seat cushion body 17, a part of these cover elements (for example, the seat surface cover 22, etc.) does not separate from the other cover elements, and there is no concern about the loss of the cover elements.
[0037] As described above, according to the seat chair 10 of the present embodiment, the seat cushion body 17 is replaceably accommodated by the seat cushion accommodation portion 40. Therefore, the user can appropriately replace the seat cushion body 17, and as a result, the seat chair 10 can provide a good sitting comfort over a long period. Further, it is possible to freely and replaceably accommodate the seat cushion body 17 having characteristics according to the user's preference in the seat cushion accommodation portion 40. Therefore, the seat chair 10 of the present embodiment can provide a sitting comfort that flexibly responds to the preferences of individual users.
[0038] Further, since the seat cushion accommodation portion 40 is provided integrally with the seat surface cover 22, by separating the seat surface cover 22 from the seat base cover 21 at least partially, the seat cushion accommodation portion 40 can also be separated from the seat base cover 21 integrally with the seat surface cover 22. This is convenient for the user to perform the replacement work of the seat cushion body 17.
[0039] Even when the cushion body of the seat portion 11 has a multi-layer structure (in this example, the seat cushion body 17 and the seat base 18), the seat cushion body 17 can be easily separated from other cushion bodies (the seat base 18). Therefore, the replacement work of the seat cushion body 17 can be easily performed. Also, when the other cushion body (the seat base 18) is provided so as to be replaceable, the replacement work of the other cushion body (the seat base 18) can also be easily performed.
[0040] [Second Embodiment] In this embodiment, the same or corresponding elements as those in the above-described first embodiment are denoted by the same reference numerals, and the detailed description thereof is omitted.
[0041] FIG. 5 is a perspective view showing an example of the chair 10 according to the second embodiment.
[0042] The seat surface cover 22 is provided so as to be partially detachable from the seat base cover 21 in the examples shown in FIGS. 1 to 4 described above, but may be provided so as to be detachable from the seat base cover 21 as a whole.
[0043] In the example shown in FIG. 5, seat fasteners 31 are provided along the four sides of the seat surface cover 22 having a rectangular planar shape. That is, a continuous seat fastener 31 (a wire fastener) is provided along all four sides of the seat surface cover 22 that partitions the rectangular plane (including one side that forms the connection portion between the seat portion 11 and the back portion 12).
[0044] Other configurations of the chair 10 shown in FIG. 5 are the same as those of the chair 10 shown in FIGS. 1 to 4 described above.
[0045] According to the chair 10 of this embodiment, since the entire seat surface cover 22 is provided so as to be detachable from the seat base cover 21 via the seat fasteners 31, the user can easily perform the replacement work of the seat cushion body 17.
[0046] Particularly in this example, the seat cushion housing portion 40 is provided integrally with the seat surface cover 22 (see FIGS. 2 to 4). Therefore, by opening the seat fastener 31, the user can remove the entire seat cushion housing portion 40 and the seat cushion body 17 housed in the seat cushion housing portion 40 together with the seat surface cover 22 from the seat base cover 21. Accordingly, the user can also perform the replacement work of the seat cushion body 17 at a location away from the other parts of the seat 11 (such as the seat base 18 and the seat base cover 21) and the backrest 12.
[0047] In addition, since the entire seat surface cover 22 is detachably provided, it is convenient to wash the seat surface cover 22, and it is possible to keep the hygienic state of the cover 22 good over a long period.
[0048] [Third Embodiment] In this embodiment, the same or corresponding elements as those in the above-described first embodiment and second embodiment are denoted by the same reference numerals, and the detailed description thereof is omitted.
[0049] FIG. 6 is a perspective view showing an example of the chair 10 of the third embodiment. FIG. 7 is a perspective view for explaining an example of the replacement work of the back cushion body 19 in the chair 10 shown in FIG. 6.
[0050] The backrest 12 of the chair 10 of this embodiment has a back cushion housing portion 50 surrounded by a back base cover 25 and a back cover 26, and the back cushion housing portion 50 detachably houses the back cushion body 19.
[0051] In the example shown in FIGS. 6 and 7, a back fastener 32 is provided along three sides of a back cover 26 having a rectangular planar shape, and the back cover 26 is detachably attached to a back base cover 25 partially via the back fastener 32. That is, among the four sides of the back cover 26 that define a rectangular plane, a back fastener 32 is not provided on one side that forms the connection portion between the seat portion 11 and the back portion 12, and a continuous back fastener 32 configured as an openable and closable wire fastener (zipper) is provided along the other three sides.
[0052] The back cushion accommodating portion 50 in the example shown in FIG. 7 is provided integrally with the back cover 26. That is, the back cushion accommodating portion 50 has a back accommodating cover 51 that at least partially covers the back side surface of the back cover 26 (the surface on the side opposite to the front side surface that forms the back (backrest surface)). The back accommodating cover 51 forms a back cushion space for accommodating the back cushion body 19 together with the back cover 26, and has a back replacement opening 52 that communicates with the back cushion space.
[0053] The illustrated back accommodating cover 51 has two separate accommodating cover portions, similar to the seat accommodating cover 41 shown in FIGS. 2 to 4 described above. Each accommodating cover portion has a rectangular planar shape and is attached to the back cover 26 on three sides. The other one side of each accommodating cover portion forms the back replacement opening 52 without being attached to the back cover 26. The back replacement opening 52 formed in this way is configured as an opening whose size changes according to the state of the two accommodating cover portions (for example, a deflected state). The back cushion body 19 accommodated in the back cushion space is supported on one side (the upper portion in FIG. 7) by one accommodating cover portion and on the other side (the lower portion in FIG. 7) by the other accommodating cover portion.
[0054] In the illustrated example, no fastener is provided for detachably fixing the two accommodation cover portions of the back accommodation cover 51. However, a fastener for detachably fixing the two accommodation cover portions to each other may be provided. In this case, with the back cushion body 19 accommodated in the back cushion space, the two accommodation cover portions are fixed to each other by the fastener, thereby more reliably preventing the unintentional detachment of the back cushion body 19 from the back cushion space.
[0055] Also, in the present embodiment, a back base 20 is provided in the space surrounded by the back base cover 25 and the back cover 26, together with the back cushion body 19 accommodated in the back cushion accommodation portion 50. The back base 20 is provided so as to be covered by the back cushion body 19 in the back cushion accommodation portion 50 with the back base cover 25 and the back cover 26 closed via the back fastener 32.
[0056] In the example shown in FIG. 7, the lower surface and side surfaces of the rectangular parallelepiped-shaped back base 20 having a rectangular planar shape are covered by the back base cover 25, and the upper surface of the back base 20 is covered by the back partition body 27 attached to the back base cover 25. Therefore, in the space surrounded by the back base cover 25 and the back cover 26, the back base 20 is disposed in one side space (the lower space in FIG. 7) partitioned by the back partition body 27, and the back cushion body 19 is disposed in the other side space (the upper space in FIG. 7).
[0057] The back partition body 27 shown in FIG. 7 cannot be removed from the back base cover 25, and the back base 20 is accommodated in the space surrounded by the back base cover 25 and the back partition body 27 so that it cannot basically be replaced. However, the back partition body 27 may be provided detachably with respect to the back base cover 25, and in this case, the back base 20 may be provided replaceably.
[0058] The constituent material of the back base 20 is not limited, but the back base 20 can include a cushion body (such as urethane, etc.) at least in part. In this case, together with the back cushion body 19, the back base 20 constitutes a multi-layer cushion body for the back 12, and it is possible to receive the load of the user and provide the user with a good sitting comfort. In particular, by configuring the back cushion body 19 and the back base 20 as cushion bodies having different characteristics from each other, it is possible to endow the back 12 with various characteristics.
[0059] In the example shown in FIG. 7 as described above, while the back cushion body 19 is provided integrally with the back cover 26, the back base 20 is disposed in the space surrounded by the back base cover 25. Therefore, by opening the back base cover 25 and the back cover 26 via the back fastener 32, the back cushion body 19 is separated from the back base 20. Thus, the user can perform the replacement operation of the back base 20 with the back base cover 25 and the back cover 26 open without being obstructed by the back base 20.
[0060] In particular, in the example shown in FIG. 7, with a part of the back cover 26 attached to the back base cover 25 via the seat surface cover 22 and / or the seat base cover 21, the back cover 26 can be partially separated from the back base cover 25 to expose the back replacement opening 52. Thereby, the user can easily and surely perform the replacement operation of the back cushion body 19 via the back replacement opening 52, and a part of the cover elements (such as the back cover 26, etc.) will not be separated from other cover elements, eliminating the concern of loss of cover elements.
[0061] [Fourth Embodiment] In this embodiment, the same or corresponding elements as those in the above-described first to third embodiments are denoted by the same reference numerals, and the detailed description thereof is omitted.
[0062] FIG. 8 is a perspective view showing an example of the seat chair 10 of the fourth embodiment.
[0063] The back cover 26 is provided so as to be partially detachable from the back base cover 25 in the examples shown in FIGS. 6 and 7 described above, but may also be provided so as to be detachable from the back base cover 25 as a whole.
[0064] In the example shown in FIG. 8, a back fastener 32 is provided along the four sides of the back cover 26 having a rectangular planar shape. That is, a continuous back fastener 32 (a wire fastener) is provided so as to extend along all four sides of the back cover 26 that define the rectangular plane (including one side that forms the connection portion between the seat portion 11 and the back portion 12).
[0065] Other configurations of the seat chair 10 shown in FIG. 8 are the same as those of the seat chair 10 shown in FIGS. 6 and 7 described above.
[0066] According to the seat chair 10 of the present embodiment, since the entire back cover 26 is provided detachably from the back base cover 25 via the back fastener 32, the user can easily perform the replacement work of the back cushion body 19.
[0067] In particular, in this example, the back cushion housing portion 50 is provided integrally with the back cover 26 (see FIG. 7). Therefore, by opening the back fastener 32, the user can remove the entire back cushion housing portion 50 and the back cushion body 19 housed in the back cushion housing portion 50 together with the back cover 26 from the back base cover 25. Therefore, the user can also perform the replacement work of the back cushion body 19 at a location away from the other parts of the seat portion 11 and the back portion 12 (the back base 20 and the back base cover 25).
[0068] Also, since the entire seat surface cover 22 and the entire back cover 26 are provided detachably, it is convenient to wash the seat surface cover 22 and the back cover 26, and it is possible to maintain the hygienic state of the covers 22 and the back cover 26 in good condition over a long period of time.
[0069] [Modification Example] The seat 10 may include a seat portion 11 (see FIG. 1) in which the seat surface cover 22 is provided so as to be partially separable from the seat base cover 21, and a back portion 12 (see FIG. 6) in which the back cover 26 is provided so as to be partially separable from the back base cover 25.
[0070] In the above example, a wire fastener (zipper) is adopted as the seat fastener 31 and the back fastener 32, but any other form of fastener may be provided as the seat fastener 31 and the back fastener 32.
[0071] It should be noted that the embodiments and modifications disclosed in this specification are merely illustrative in all respects and should not be construed in a limiting sense. The above embodiments and modifications can be omitted, substituted, and changed in various forms without departing from the scope and spirit of the appended claims. For example, the above embodiments and modifications may be combined in whole or in part, and other embodiments outside the above may be combined with the above embodiments or modifications. Also, the effects of the present disclosure described in this specification are merely illustrative, and other effects may be brought about.
[0072] The technical category for embodying the above technical idea is not limited. For example, the above technical idea may be embodied by a method of manufacturing or using the above seat 10.
