The reinforcing device comprises an upper plate portion having an upper insertion hole through which the hanging bolt is inserted, a lower plate portion having a lower insertion hole through which the hanging bolt is inserted, and a connecting portion connecting the upper plate portion and the lower plate portion, and the roof and the upper plate portion are sandwiched and fixed between the upper nut and the lower nut with the hanging bolt inserted into the upper insertion hole and the lower insertion hole so that the upper screw portion penetrates the roof when the upper plate portion is in close contact with the underside of the roof and so that the lower end of the upper screw portion is positioned between the upper plate portion and the lower plate portion. [0010] Hereinafter, an embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to the accompanying drawings. First, the basic configuration of the eaves gutter hangers 10, 10A, 10B, and 10C according to the embodiments of the present invention will be described.
