Recombinant immunotoxins containing ribotoxin or RNAse

Abstract

We provide conjugates that combine targeted binders and toxins to offer better treatment options for various types of tumors. [Solution] A binder-toxin fusion protein is provided, comprising at least the following: a) One protein binder selected from the group consisting of the following: • Antibody fragments or derivatives that retain antibody-target binding ability, or • Antibody mimetic, b) RNAse, ribotoxin or their respective protoxins, and c) A peptide linker that optionally links a binder or its domain to a cleavable domain contained in a toxin or protoxin.
