Methods, systems, kits, and apparatus for monitoring and controlling industrial environments

Abstract

We offer a variety of kits consisting of components, systems, and methods for monitoring various industrial environments. [Solution] A sensor kit deployed in an industrial environment includes an edge device and multiple sensors, where the sensors acquire measurement values, generate report packets, and send them to the edge device. The edge device receives report packets from the multiple sensors and sends sensor kit packets to the backend system. The edge processing system of the edge device receives the report packets and, based on the sensor data obtained from the report packets, generates a data block including a block header that defines the address of the data block and a block body that defines the parent address of another data block to which the sensor data and data block are linked, and sends it to a node computing device that stores the distributed ledger in bulk.
