Abstract

This invention provides a method for producing materials with improved tensile strength for additive manufacturing. [Solution] The method may include a step of supplying a raw material having a first tensile strength. The raw material may include a polymer. The method may include a step of supplying a filler material. The filler material may include clay, single-walled carbon nanotubes, multi-walled carbon nanotubes, or boron nitride. The method may include a step of cavitating the raw material and the filler material in a hydrodynamic cavitation chamber to produce a substance having a second tensile strength greater than the first tensile strength.
