Description

Technical Field

[0001] The present invention relates to a bag that can select various handle modes and can accommodate various designs.

Background Art

[0002] Conventionally, as a bag having a loop-shaped handle, there is known "a bag comprising: a bag-shaped body including opposing front and rear surfaces and a bottom surface connecting the front and rear surfaces; a first annular member attached to the front surface in plurality; a second annular member attached to the rear surface in plurality; a loop-shaped string passing through all of the first annular member and the second annular member; the string including a portion facing the front surface, a portion facing the bottom surface, a portion facing the rear surface, a portion extending upward from the portion facing the front surface, and a portion extending upward from the portion facing the rear surface, and being capable of increasing the length of another portion by shortening the length of any one of the protruding portions on one side or the other side" (Patent Document 1).

[0003] However, with respect to the loop-shaped string of the bag of Patent Document 1, although it is possible to freely increase the length of the protruding portion on one side or the other side by manually shortening the length of any one of the protruding portions on one side or the other side, a plurality of annular members protrude from the upper part outside the bag, and except for the portion guided by the plurality of annular members, substantially the entire loop-shaped string appears to be exposed outside the bag (front and back surfaces), so there is a risk of visually impairing the aesthetic feeling of the bag, and thus there is a problem that the design of the bag appearance is restricted.

Summary of the Invention

Problems to be Solved by the Invention

[0005] In view of the above-mentioned drawbacks of the conventional invention, the present invention aims to provide a bag that can be designed in various ways by taking advantage of the benefit of Patent Document 1, which allows the length of the protruding portion on one or the other side of the loop-shaped cord to be freely extended, and by providing a member having a guide function for the loop-shaped cord on the inside of the bag so as not to impair the aesthetic appearance of the bag. [Means for solving the problem]

[0006] To achieve the above objective, the bag described in claim 1 of the present invention comprises a bag body having an opening or being openable top, a bottom member provided on the inner bottom of the bag body, a handle passage formed between the bottom member and the inner bottom of the bag body, a handle attachment portion provided on the top of the bag body, and a loop-shaped handle provided in a state of being inserted through the handle attachment portion and the handle passage portion so that in a normal state, a pair of protruding portions of the handle protrude from the upper end of the bag body, and the length of the other protruding portion of the handle can be adjusted by sliding one of the protruding portions of the handle. The bag according to claim 2 is further characterized in that the opening of the bag body is provided with an opening and closing means that can open and close the opening.

[0007] The handle attachment portion of the bag according to claim 3 is characterized in that the handle is formed to be detachable. The bag according to claim 4 is further characterized in that the inner side surface of the bag body is provided with a cover member that covers the handle. Here, "the upper part of the bag" includes the area around the top opening. [Effects of the Invention]

[0008] As is clear from the above explanation, the present invention provides the following effects. (1) In the invention described in claim 1, a loop-shaped handle is provided which is inserted through the handle attachment portion and the handle passage portion, respectively, so the length of the handle can be changed as appropriate, and various forms can be selected. (2) Furthermore, since the handle passage section, which has one guide function for the loop-shaped handle, is provided on the inside bottom of the bag body, and the handle attachment section, which has the other guide function for the loop-shaped handle, is provided on the top of the bag body, there is no need to provide parts for adjusting the length of the handle on the outside of the bag body, and the design of the bag body is not restricted. Therefore, a variety of designs can be applied. In addition, when luggage is placed inside the bag body, the load of the luggage is applied directly to the upper surface of the bottom member 4, so the bottom member 4 does not lift up or the handle passage section 5 does not easily bulge, and at the same time the handle insertion part is securely held down. (3) The invention described in claim 2 also provides the same effects as (1) and (2) above, and because it is provided with an opening and closing mechanism, it prevents the bag from losing its shape when filled with luggage, thus providing a security effect. (4) The invention described in claim 3 also provides the same effects as (1) to (3) above, and since the handle attachment portion is formed so that the handle can be attached to and removed, one handle can be removed from the handle attachment portion and the other handle can be pulled to manually slide one handle to the bottom member, making the length of one or the other handle longer, and allowing various configurations to be selected. (5) The invention described in claim 4 also provides the same effects as (1) to (3) above, and since it includes a cover member that covers the handle, it can prevent the contents placed inside the bag from interfering with the handle. [Figure 8] Front view of the bag according to the third embodiment. [Figure 9] Cross-sectional view along line 9-9 in Figure 8. [Modes for carrying out the invention]

[0010] The present invention will be described in detail below with reference to embodiments for carrying out the invention shown in the drawings.

[0011] In the first embodiment for carrying out the present invention shown in Figures 1 to 4, 1 is a bag having a handle 2. As shown in Figures 1 to 3, this bag 1 is composed of a bag body 3 with an opening or that can be opened at the top, a bottom member 4 provided on the inner bottom of the bag body 3, a handle passage 5 formed between the bottom member 4 and the inner bottom of the bag body 3, a pair of handle attachment parts 6 provided on the upper part of the bag body (including near the opening), and a loop-shaped handle 2 provided such that, in the normal state, a pair of protruding parts protrude from the upper end of the bag body 3, and the upper protruding ends of the protruding parts are in a U-turn state and are simultaneously inserted into the handle attachment part 6 and the handle passage part 5, respectively. With this configuration, the length of the other protruding part of the loop-shaped handle 2 can be adjusted by sliding one of the protruding parts of the handle.

[0012] Thus, in this embodiment, the bag body 3 has a front surface 3a on one side, a back surface 3b on the other side, side surfaces 3c on the left and right sides intersecting with the front surface 3a and the back surface 3b, and a bottom surface 3d at the bottom. It is a substantially rectangular parallelepiped with an upper end opening, and is formed of, for example, cloth, leather, resin, etc. At the inner bottom of this bag body 3, a bottom member 4 formed in a substantially square shape with a resin plate or the like is fixed. This bottom member 4 is a belt-like member attached in a surface-contact state to the inner wall bottom surface included in the inner bottom, and at appropriate left and right positions intersecting with the longitudinal direction and the orthogonal direction, for example, a pair of trapezoidal cross-sections, a pair of downward U-shaped cross-sections or arc-shaped guide portions are formed. Therefore, when the bottom member 4 is fixed to the inner bottom of the bag body 3, the groove-shaped space formed by the guide portion becomes the handle passing portion 5. By forming such a handle passing portion 5 and inserting the handle 2 through the handle passing portion 5, even when luggage or the like is stored inside the bag body 3, the handle 2 can be prevented from being pressed against the inner bottom of the bag body 3, and the length can be adjusted by sliding the handle 2 even with luggage inside.

[0013] By the way, in this embodiment, a groove-shaped portion is formed in the bottom member 4 to serve as the handle passing portion 5. However, for example, a groove-shaped portion or the like may be formed on the inner bottom of the bag body 3, a flat bottom member 4 may be fixed, and the space between this bottom member 4 and the groove-shaped portion on the inner bottom of the bag body 3 may be used as the handle passing portion 5.

[0014] Here, it is desirable that the bottom member 4 is a material having a certain degree of rigidity, and is formed of a material having such strength that the handle 2 can be slid even when general luggage is placed (the handle passing portion 5 is not completely crushed). In this embodiment, a plate-like member is used for the bottom member 4, but any shape that can prevent the bag body 3 from losing its shape and can form the handle passing portion 5 without pressing the handle 2 too much even when luggage is placed may be used. For example, a pair or a plurality of members having a substantially hat-shaped steel shape or a pipe-shaped member in a cross-sectional view may be provided as the bottom member.

[0015] Furthermore, the shape of the bag in this invention may be any shape as long as it has a bottom member, such as a bag formed by sewing together three sides of two pieces of cloth. Here, "one side" and "other side" in this invention include not only flat surfaces but also curved surfaces formed from, for example, a single flexible piece of cloth.

[0016] In this embodiment, the upper opening of the bag body 3 is provided with an opening / closing mechanism 7, such as a zipper, that can open and close this opening. In this embodiment, this opening / closing mechanism consists of a zipper attachment member 8 made of cloth, leather, resin sheet, etc., which is attached to the inside of the upper end of the bag body 3, and a zipper 9 provided on this zipper attachment member 8. Alternatively, a magnet or button may be provided near the upper inner edge of the bag body 3 as a means of opening and closing.

[0017] In this embodiment, the handle attachment portion 6 consists of a pair of slits 10 formed at the sewing portion of the zipper attachment member 8 and the upper end of the bag body 3, through which the handle 2 can be inserted. Alternatively, instead of forming such slits 10, a loop-shaped handle attachment portion 6 or the like, through which the handle 2 can be inserted, may be provided on the inside of the upper end or near the upper end of the bag body 3. By providing the handle attachment portion 6 at the upper end of the bag body 3 or on the inside near the upper end, the handle attachment portion 6 is not visible on the exterior of the bag body 3, and does not affect the shape or design of the bag body 3. This allows the use of bag body 3 of various designs and improves the aesthetic appeal.

[0018] The handle 2 is a string-like or strip-like member made of cloth, leather, resin, etc., and is formed in a loop shape. In this embodiment, a flat belt made of resin is used. If necessary, a length adjustment slider or the like may be provided on the handle 2 to allow the length of the handle 2 itself to be adjusted.

[0019] Since the handle 2 is attached so as to pass through the handle attachment portion 6 and the handle passage portion 5 in a loosely inserted state, when one of the handles 2 that protrudes upward is pulled, the other side moves downward, and as shown in Figure 4, the pulled side of the handle 2 extends upward. In this state, the handle 2 becomes long enough to be carried on the shoulder, and the bag 1 of the present invention can be used as a shoulder bag.

[0020] [Different forms for carrying out the invention] Next, different embodiments for carrying out the present invention shown in Figures 5 to 9 will be described. In describing these different embodiments for carrying out the present invention, the same reference numerals are used for components identical to those in the first embodiment for carrying out the present invention, and redundant descriptions will be omitted. In the second embodiment for carrying out the present invention shown in Figures 5 to 7, the main difference from the first embodiment for carrying out the present invention is that the handle attachment part 6A to which the handle 2 can be detachably attached is provided. Even with such a bag 1A, the same effects and advantages as in the first embodiment for carrying out the present invention can be obtained, and the handle 2 can be adjusted to be longer.

[0021] Specifically, by detaching the other handle 2 from the handle attachment part 6A and pulling the other handle 2, the upper end of the other handle 2 moves until it contacts the bottom member 4, extending the other handle 2, and allowing it to be used as a shoulder bag or the like.

[0022] In this embodiment, the handle attachment portion 6A consists of a long slit 10A formed in the sewing portion at the upper end of the bag body 3 where the zipper attachment member 8 is attached, and one or more fasteners 11 such as snap buttons or hook-and-loop fasteners provided near the approximate center of the slit 10A. With this configuration, if you want to use it in the same manner as in the first embodiment, you can use it with the fasteners 11 connected. If you want to use the handle 2 to be longer, you can detach the fastener 11 on one side of the handle 2 and pull the other handle 2, moving it until one of the handles 2 abuts against the bottom member 4, allowing it to be used as a shoulder bag or the like.

[0023] In the third embodiment for carrying out the present invention shown in Figures 8 and 9, the main difference from the first embodiment for carrying out the present invention is that the bag body 3A is further provided with a cover member 12 on the inner side surface that covers the handle. Even with such a bag 1B, the same effects and advantages as in the first embodiment for carrying out the present invention can be obtained, the aesthetic appearance inside the bag body 3A can be improved, and the luggage placed in the bag body 3A can be reliably prevented from interfering with the handle 2 and hindering the sliding movement of the handle 2. [Industrial applicability]

[0024] This invention will be used in the bag manufacturing industry. [Explanation of Symbols]
