At least one optical reading code KYC is equipped on the reel window frame (a member constituting the frame of the reel window D160) or in the vicinity of the reel window frame, and a predetermined harness traversing the outside of the reel window frame can be displaced by external force even when the predetermined harness is connected to and fixed to a connection destination, but it will not be displaced until it reaches the position of the predetermined optical reading code KYC on or in the vicinity of the reel window frame.
