Claims

1. A non-pneumatic tire comprising: an inner cylinder fitted to the wheel; an outer cylinder surrounding the inner cylinder from the outside in the tire radial direction; a plurality of connecting members arranged between the inner cylinder and the outer cylinder along the tire circumferential direction, connecting the two cylinders together; and a tread member provided on the outer side of the outer cylinder in the tire radial direction, The inner cylinder, the outer cylinder, and the connecting member are made of a resin composition containing a resin component with a melting point of 150°C or higher. The tread member is characterized by being chlorinated on the side that contacts the outer cylinder, and the rubber component consists solely of isoprene skeletal rubber, thus providing a non-pneumatic tire.

2. The non-pneumatic tire according to claim 1, wherein the resin component is at least one selected from polyester thermoplastic resins and polyester thermoplastic elastomers.

3. The non-pneumatic tire according to claim 1, wherein the tread member has a chlorine content of 1.8 to 22% by mass on the surface that contacts the outer cylinder.

4. The non-pneumatic tire according to claim 1, wherein the rubber component of the tread member contains 50% by mass or more of natural rubber.

5. The non-pneumatic tire according to claim 1, wherein the tread member contains 20 parts by mass or more of carbon black with respect to 100 parts by mass of the rubber component.

6. The non-pneumatic tire according to claim 1, wherein the tread member contains less than 60 parts by mass of carbon black with respect to 100 parts by mass of the rubber component.

7. The non-pneumatic tire according to claim 5 or 6, wherein the carbon black is recycled carbon black.
