Claims

1. A cosmetic composition characterized by containing zinc element (A), creatine (B), and creatinine (C).

2. The cosmetic composition according to claim 1, wherein the mass ratio (B / C) of creatine (B) to creatinine (C) is 1 or more and 3 or less.

3. The cosmetic composition according to claim 1, wherein the zinc element (A) is contained as zinc gluconate.

4. The cosmetic composition according to claim 1, which is for use on hair.

5. A method for producing a cosmetic composition, characterized by dissolving zinc element (A), creatine (B), and creatinine (C) in water.

6. A method for producing a cosmetic composition according to claim 5, wherein the creatine (B) and creatinine (C) are dissolved in water such that the mass ratio (B / C) of creatine (B) to creatinine (C) in the cosmetic composition is 1 or more and 3 or less.

7. A method for producing the cosmetic composition according to claim 5, wherein the zinc element (A) is formulated as zinc gluconate.
