Abstract

The present invention relates to a fouling control coating composition comprising an anionic polymer, an amine cation, and less than 5% by weight of water, wherein the anionic polymer has one or more covalently bonded siloxane moieties, the amine cation is a protonated amine compound, the boiling point of the amine compound (before protonation) at atmospheric pressure is at least 100°C, and the molecular weight is at least 70.
