Methods and related computer programs for identifying the biological properties of complex molecular structures

Abstract

The present invention relates to a method for identifying at least one biological property of a complex molecular structure, comprising the steps of: creating an interaction network representation of the complex molecular structure from a structure file, wherein the representation is connected by edges; and identifying the at least one biological property of the complex molecular structure using the interaction network representation. The present invention also relates to a computer program which includes software instructions, when executed by a computer, carries out the method according to the present invention.
