Stop valve

Abstract

A stop valve comprising: a valve body (10) including a valve chamber (11), a valve core passage (12), a valve port (13), and an opening (14), the opening (14) being provided at one end of the valve body (10) away from the valve port (13); a valve core (20) sealed and mounted in the valve core passage (12) via the opening (14), movable along the axial direction of the valve core passage (12), and capable of opening or sealing the valve port (13); and a sealing structure (30) provided at the opening (14), the sealing structure (30) being recessed into the valve core passage (12), and a first sealing surface (21) being provided at one end of the valve core (20) adjacent to the sealing structure (30). When the valve core is in a first position, the valve core seals the valve port, and when the valve core is in a second position, the valve core opens the valve port. This stop valve solves the problem of the valve core being at risk of popping out of the opening due to improper installation of the stop valve's clamping ring.
