To address urinary incontinence, we provide men's incontinence pants that have absorbent and waterproof functions to prevent urinary leakage. [Solution] The men's incontinence pants 100 comprises a front panel 110, a back panel, a waistband 130, a urine-absorbing pad 140 extending from the upper center of the back side 114 of the front panel to the crotch area and the inner thighs on both sides, and a gathered elastic band extending from the upper center to the lower center of the back panel.
