Abstract
Description
Technical Field
[0001] The present invention relates to a tape holder for holding a tape roll body of, for example, cellophane tape, and relates to a novel holder for holding the tape holder in a stable posture on an arbitrary wall surface such as a plane of a table or a vertical surface of a wall surface in a stable posture.
Background Art
[0002] In recent years, tape holders for holding the tape roll body of cellophane tape have been commercialized in a variety of uses, from a stationary type with a solid body for office use, to a compact type that can be placed on a personal study desk for easy use, and even a mini type that can be carried in a bag.
[0003] In each of the above types, the large stationary type with an office-use body has weight, so even if the cellophane tape is pulled out roughly or strongly from the tape holder, the tape holder maintains a stable posture, and a tape piece of a predetermined length can be smoothly obtained as a cut piece, so that office work can be efficiently performed.
[0004] Also, the medium-sized stationary type, which is relatively affordable and used by placing it in a corner of a desk, will cause the tape holder to be in an unstable posture and drag and move on the desk when the cellophane tape is pulled out roughly or strongly from the tape holder. Therefore, it is necessary to hold the tape holder so that it does not move with one hand and pull out a tape piece of a predetermined length with the other hand. This bad phenomenon becomes more and more inconvenient to use as the tape holder is made more compact (miniaturized and lightened), and there remains a problem that it is difficult to smoothly obtain a cellophane tape of a predetermined length smoothly and efficiently. Furthermore, when the tape holder is not in use, it deteriorates work efficiency when it is on a narrow desk. If it is moved to a corner of the desk, it deteriorates the operation of pulling out the cellophane tape from the tape holder.
[0005] Therefore, there are known examples of tape holders that simply eliminate the sliding movement of the tape holder when pulling out cellophane tape. One such example has a magnet attached to the bottom of the tape holder to stabilize it when placed on a metal disc. [See published utility model document 1.] Furthermore, some tape holders have suction cups attached to their bottom surfaces, allowing them to adhere to a dedicated holding plate. [See published utility model document 2.] Furthermore, tape holders that utilize both suction cups and magnets also exist. [See published utility model document 3.]
[0006] [Prior art documents] [Patent Documents]
[0007] [Patent Document 1] Japanese Utility Model Publication No. 54-126985 [Patent Document 2] Japanese Utility Model Publication No. 62-105979 [Patent Document 3] Official Gazette No. 56-1634 [Overview of the project]
[0008] [Problems that the invention aims to solve]
[0009] The above-mentioned Japanese Utility Model Publication No. 54-126985 has the advantage of being able to be easily fixed to the top surface of a steel table or desk because a magnet is attached to the bottom surface of the tape holder. However, when actually used, several disadvantages become apparent. For example, it cannot be attached to the top surface of wooden or plastic tables or desks, so the magnetic effect is not achieved.
[0010] Japanese Utility Model Publication No. 62-105979 states that because the tape holder has a suction cup attached to its bottom, its effectiveness depends on the smoothness of the desk surface. Therefore, a smooth base plate is essential to ensure sufficient suction, making it very inconvenient to use.
[0011] Japanese Utility Model Publication No. 56-1634 describes a tape holder with a suction cup attached to the bottom and a magnet attached to one side. However, because the installation location of the tape holder is limited, it is very inconvenient to use. Therefore, it can be said that despite having multiple functions and a configuration, this tape holder loses its convenience. [Means for solving the problem]
[0012] The inventor of this invention succeeded in dramatically improving the usability and value of the tape holders by implementing the new configuration described in (1) below, in order to overcome the problems of the conventional tape holders described above. (1) The configuration that solves the above objective is a tape holder in which the tape body is placed vertically in a self-supporting position, and a tape holder holder has a depth of approximately half the height dimension of the tape holder, a dimension slightly longer than the thickness dimension of the tape holder and the depth dimension of its left and right side walls, and the top is fully open, with a bottom plate surface provided below it, and multiple magnet pieces are distributed and attached to the bottom plate surface. (2) The tape holder has multiple magnets attached to its left and right side walls, so it can be installed in any position and at any angle on a magnetic wall in a house, thus providing ample workspace on the desk. Moreover, even if the cellophane tape is pulled out of the tape holder roughly or forcefully, the tape holder maintains a stable position, so that a tape piece of a predetermined length can be smoothly obtained as a cut piece, thus enabling efficient office work. (3) Furthermore, the tape holder can be securely fixed in an unobtrusive corner of the work table, allowing for more efficient office work. (4) The holder has a body and outer wall covered with a non-magnetic covering material, which prevents the magnets from falling out and allows the outer wall to be decorated with various aesthetic designs. (5) The above-mentioned foreskin material is composed of any material such as cardboard, resin, fiber, covering material, wood, etc., so generally discarded materials can be utilized. (6) Further, the holder is provided with a spring plate or an elastic sponge material on the inner surfaces of its left and right side walls. The spring plate or the elastic sponge material presses and holds the tape holder inserted into the holder on its front and rear surfaces. Therefore, even if the cellophane tape is pulled out roughly or strongly from the tape holder, the tape holder maintains a stable posture, so that a tape piece of a predetermined length can be smoothly obtained as a cut piece, and office work can be efficiently performed.

Modes for Carrying Out the Invention
[0014] Hereinafter, the holder 10 of the tape holder of the present invention will be described with reference to FIGS. 1 to 4.
Example
[0015] First, in FIG. 1(a), the tape holder T0 is a commercially available product. Its configuration is such that the annular ring 1A of the tape roll body 1 is rotatably held by a support cylinder 3 provided inside the annular cylinder 2 of the tape holder T0, and a cutter piece C for cutting the tape tip 4A of the cellophane tape 4 pulled out from the annular ring of the tape roll body and a tape holding portion 5 for holding the tip 4A are provided at the upper end of the vertical protruding portion T2 of the tape holder T0.
[0016] The tape holder T0 is inserted into the holder 10 with its upper part fully opened in FIG. 1(b). Thus, the holder 10 of the tape holder has a depth H1 approximately half of the height dimension H of the tape holder T0 and a width dimension W1 slightly wider than the width dimension W of the tape holder. TIFF0003256454000002.tif is closed by the bottom plate (bottom surface) 10B at 10170.
[0017] Thus, as shown in Fig. 1(d), the holder 10 of the tape holder T0 with the upper part fully opened has a plurality of magnet pieces M·· dispersedly provided on its bottom plate (bottom surface) 10B. And the holder 10 of the tape holder forms a holder of the tape holder with a plurality of magnet pieces M·· dispersedly provided on its left and right side wall surfaces 10A and 10C as shown in Figs. 1(b) and (c). Incidentally, the above holder 10 is made of an optional material such as cardboard material, resin material, fiber material, coating material, wood, etc. whose main body and outer peripheral wall are non-magnetic materials.
[0018] The holder 10 of this tape holder T0 is configured as described above and is used as shown in Figs. 2 and 3. First, Fig. 2 shows that in the holder of the tape holder, it is set up at the position of a horizontal surface 20 such as a desktop or a table on a horizontal plane having magnetic adsorption properties.
[0019] Also, the holder 10 shown in Figs. 3(a) to (c) is magnetically fixed to the vertical wall surface N1 of an optional member E (such as the side surface of a refrigerator, the wall surface of a room, the side surface of a study desk in a study room, etc.) having magnetic adsorption properties at an arbitrary position and an arbitrary angle so as to be detachable. Thus, it can be freely installed at an optimal position, and the change of its position can be easily and conveniently carried out.
[0020] As described above, the holder 10 of the tape holder T0 of the present invention is not limited to the above embodiment, and further detailed design changes are possible. For example, the above holder 10 is equipped with spring plates B, B or elastic sponge materials G, G on the inner surfaces of the left and right side plates 10D of the present holder 10 in Fig. 4 with pins P. Thus, if the tape holder T0 inserted into the holder is gripped by the pressing (repulsive force) F of the spring plates B, B on its front and rear surfaces, even if the cellophane tape is pulled out roughly or strongly from the tape holder, the tape holder maintains a stable posture, so that a tape piece of a predetermined length can be smoothly obtained as a cut piece, and office work can be efficiently carried out. Furthermore, although the outer wall of the holder 10 is constructed to cover each magnet with various covering materials, other materials can also be used, allowing for various further aesthetic designs to be applied to its surface. [Industrial applicability]
[0021] As described above, the holder 10 of the tape holder T0 of this invention can be applied to a variety of usage configurations. Furthermore, it can also be used as a holder to hold a cylindrical body such as hemp string or resin string wound around a reel, instead of cellophane tape 4. [Explanation of symbols]
