Abstract
Description
[Technical field]
[0001] The present invention relates to a drum device for blinds. [Background technology]
[0002] A conventional blind drum device is disclosed in JP 2000-179260 A (Patent Document 1). In the blind drum device disclosed in this document, a lifting cord is suspended from a take-up pulley rotatably supported on a cord support, and the upper end of a ladder cord is attached to a cord drum rotatably supported on the cord support. The cord drum is provided with an absorbing means for absorbing any deviation between the cord drum and the ladder cord suspension position when the cord drum is supported on the cord support.
[0003] According to this configuration, the cord drum is rotatably supported by the cord support by being journaled at any one of the multiple support parts that serve as absorbing means for rotatably supporting the cord support, and thus the ladder cord can be suspended and supported adjacent to the lifting cord. [0004] [Patent Document 1] JP 2000-179260 A Summary of the Invention [Problem to be solved by the invention]
[0005] Incidentally, in the conventional blind drum device, the cord drum is arranged above the winding pulley in order to bring the ladder cord and the lifting cord close to each other. For example, when assembling the device, it is necessary to assemble the cord drum after assembling the winding pulley to the cord support. In addition, the ladder cord hanging down from the cord drum needs to be passed through the cord support while detouring a narrow space while preventing interference with the winding pulley. Furthermore, when maintenance of the winding pulley is required, it is difficult to access the winding pulley from above the head box, so it is necessary to remove the cord drum, which poses a problem in terms of maintenance, including assembly.
[0006] The present invention has been made in view of the above problems, and an object of the present invention is to provide a blind drum device which is easy to maintain. [Means for solving the problem]
[0007] In order to solve the above-mentioned problems, according to the present invention, there is provided a drum device for blinds that is fixed inside a head box of a blind, the drum device comprising a drum receiver and at least two drums, the drum receiver having a first drum receiving portion on which a first drum is rotatably supported and a second drum receiving portion on which a second drum is rotatably supported, the first drum receiving portion and the second drum receiving portion being arranged such that the axial centers of the first drum and the second drum are at different heights in the vertical direction and are offset in the axial direction so that the first drum and the second drum do not overlap in the axial direction, and a cord connected to the first drum and a cord connected to the second drum are capable of hanging down from adjacent or coincident positions in the axial direction.
[0008] With this configuration, the cord connected to the first drum and the cord connected to the second drum can hang down from close or aligned positions in the axial direction, resulting in a good design, and since the first drum and the second drum are positioned offset in the axial direction, it is easy to route the cord and provides easy access to each drum, resulting in excellent maintainability.
[0009] In addition, by shifting the axis of the second drum vertically from that of the first drum, it is possible to place two drive shafts. In addition to horizontal blinds in which the lifting and rotating of the slats are done on separate rotating shafts, if the first drum is a lifting and rotating drum and the second drum is a rotating drum, it can also be used for two-stage blinds in which two groups of slats arranged above and below can be switched between open and closed states separately.
[0010] The present invention can be applied in various ways. For example, the first drum receiving part and the second drum receiving part may have a communication part that communicates with each other, and the cord connected to the second drum may be able to hang down from the first drum receiving part side through the communication part. According to this configuration, the cord connected to the second drum can be guided to the first drum side through the communication part, so that the cord connected to the second drum and the cord connected to the first drum can hang down close to each other or in alignment with each other. In addition, the cord connected to the second drum can be routed inside the first drum receiving part, and the cord can be operated without being interfered with by other parts in the head box.
[0011] The first drum receiving portion may include a cord outlet port that communicates between the inside of the first drum receiving portion and the outside of the head box, and the cord connected to the second drum may be guided obliquely downward from the communication portion toward the cord outlet port. With this configuration, the communication portion and the cord outlet port guide the cord connected to the second drum obliquely downward toward the outside of the head box, so that the cord is guided without resisting the movement direction of the cord moving up and down. This reduces the load caused by the movement of the cord.
[0012] The cord connected to the second drum may be a ladder cord with a middle cord on which the slats are placed, and the middle cord of the ladder cord may not be provided in the portion of the ladder cord disposed in the head box. With this configuration, the ladder cord can be assembled and moved without the middle cord getting in the way.
[0013] Furthermore, the first drum receiving portion and the second drum receiving portion may be integrated by being locked together. According to this configuration, the first drum receiving portion and the second drum receiving portion are integrated together by being locked together, which improves assembly and also provides excellent maintainability because the first drum receiving portion and the second drum receiving portion can be separated by releasing the lock.
[0014] Also, a locking portion may be formed on the second drum receiving portion, and the locking portion may lock onto a wall portion of the first drum receiving portion. With this configuration, the first drum receiving portion and the second drum receiving portion can be easily integrated together by simply locking the locking portion of the second drum receiving portion onto the wall portion of the first drum receiving portion. Since it is no longer necessary to place the second drum receiving portion directly on the bottom surface of the head box, it is possible to place the second drum receiving portion at an upper position inside the head box. This allows the space inside the head box to be effectively used, for example, by placing other parts below the second drum receiving portion.
[0015] The second drum receiving portion may be formed with a lift-up prevention portion that prevents the second drum receiving portion from lifting up from the first drum receiving portion. With this configuration, the second drum receiving portion is prevented from lifting up, so that the second drum can be stably supported. Effect of the Invention
[0016] According to the blind drum device of the present invention, it is possible to improve maintainability. Other effects of the present invention will be described in the following description of the preferred embodiment of the present invention. [Brief description of the drawings]

[0018] Hereinafter, preferred embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings. In this specification and the drawings, components having substantially the same functional configurations are designated by the same reference numerals, and redundant description will be omitted.
[0019] (First embodiment) The configuration of a blind 10 equipped with a drum device 100 according to a first embodiment will be described with reference to Fig. 1 and Fig. 2. Fig. 1 is a front view of a blind 10 equipped with the drum device 100 of the present embodiment. Fig. 2 is an enlarged partial cross-sectional view of a portion A in Fig. 1.
[0020] The drum device 100 is fixed in the head box 12 of the blind 10. The drum device 100 includes a drum receiver 110 and at least two drums 140, 150. The drum receiver 110 includes a first drum receiver 120 on which the first drum 140 is rotatably supported, and a second drum receiver 130 on which the second drum 150 is rotatably supported. The first drum receiver 120 and the second drum receiver 130 are disposed at positions offset in the axial direction so that the first drum 140 and the second drum 150 do not overlap in the axial direction. The lifting cord 18 connected to the first drum 140 and the ladder cord 14 connected to the second drum 150 can hang down from positions close to or aligned with each other in the axial direction.
[0021] First, the overall configuration of the blind 10 will be described with reference to Fig. 1. As shown in Fig. 1, the blind 10 mainly comprises a head box 12 fixed via brackets to a window frame or the like (not shown), ladder cords 14 hanging down from the head box 12, slats 16 supported in an aligned state by the ladder cords 14, and a lifting cord 18 for raising and lowering the slats 16.
[0022] A first rotating shaft 20 and a second rotating shaft 22 are rotatably supported in the head box 12. A first drum 140 is provided on the first rotating shaft 20 so as to rotate in conjunction with the first rotating shaft 20. A second drum 150 is provided on the second rotating shaft 22 so as to rotate in conjunction with the first rotating shaft 20. The ladder cord 14 tilts with the rotation of the second drum 150, rotating the slats 16. A middle cord for placing the slats 16 is not provided on the portion of the ladder cord 14 disposed in the head box 12. The lifting cord 18 is wound and unwound by the rotation of the first drum 140, lifting and lowering the slats 16.
[0023] Further, within the head box 12, there are provided a first motor 24 for driving and rotating the first rotating shaft 20, a second motor 26 for driving and rotating the second rotating shaft 22, an encoder 28 for detecting the amount of rotation of the first rotating shaft 20, a first drive unit 30 for driving the first motor 24, a second drive unit 32 for driving the second motor 26, a control unit 34 for controlling the drive of the first drive unit 30 and the second drive unit 32, a switching power supply 38 for generating DC voltages for the motor and control from a commercial power supply 36, a limit switch 40 for detecting when the slats 16 have been folded up to their upper limit, and a switching power supply 38 for generating DC voltages for the motor and control from the commercial power supply 36.
[0024] The overall configuration of the blind 10 has been described above. Below, the configuration of each part of the drum device 100, which is a characteristic configuration of this embodiment, will be described with reference to FIG. 2. The drum device 100 includes a drum receiver 110 and at least two drums 140, 150. The drum receiver 110 has a first drum receiving portion 120 on which the first drum 140 is rotatably supported, and a second drum receiving portion 130 on which the second drum 150 is rotatably supported. The above-mentioned limit switch 40 is disposed in the space below the second drum receiving portion 130 in the head box 12.
[0025] The first drum receiving portion 120 and the second drum receiving portion 130 are disposed at positions offset in the axial direction so that the first drum 140 and the second drum 150 do not overlap in the axial direction. The lifting cord 18 connected to the first drum 140 and the ladder cord 14 connected to the second drum 150 hang down from positions close to or aligned with each other in the axial direction.
[0026] (Drum receiver 110) The drum receiver 110 rotatably supports the first drum 140 and the second drum 150. The configuration of the drum receiver 110 will be described with reference to Figs. 3 and 4. Fig. 3 is a perspective view showing the drum receiver 110. Fig. 4 is a perspective view showing an engagement state of the first drum receiving portion 120 and the second drum receiving portion 130. The drum receiver 110 has the first drum receiving portion 120 on which the first drum 140 is rotatably supported, and the second drum receiving portion 130 on which the second drum 150 is rotatably supported.
[0027] (First drum receiving portion 120) 3(a), the first drum receiving portion 120 includes a rectangular bottom portion 121, and a first wall portion 122 and a second wall portion 123 extending vertically from both ends of the short side of the bottom portion 121. The bottom portion 121 of the first drum receiving portion 120 is placed and fixed on the bottom surface of the head box 12. A lift / lower cord outlet 124 for allowing the lift / lower cord 18 to hang down from the head box 12 is formed in the bottom portion 121.
[0028] Additionally, ladder cord outlets 125 for allowing the ladder cord 14 to hang down from the head box 12 are formed on both sides of the lift / lower cord outlet 124 in the bottom portion 121. As such, the lift / lower cord outlet 124 and the ladder cord outlet 125 are at the same position in the axial direction, so that the lift / lower cord 18 and the ladder cord 14 overlap at the front and rear when the blind 10 is viewed from the front. This improves the design of the blind 10.
[0029] As shown in Fig. 3(b), the first drum receiving portion 120 rotatably supports the first drum 140 between the first wall portion 122 and the second wall portion 123. As shown in Fig. 3(a), two first communication portions 126 through which the ladder cord 14 is inserted are formed near both ends of the lower portion of the first wall portion 122. In addition, approximately L-shaped receiving portions 127 are formed on the sides close to each other of the two first communication portions 126, respectively, so as to bend in a direction approaching each other.
[0030] 3(a), two locked portions 128 are formed on the upper portion of the first drum receiving portion 120 to which locking portions 133 of the second drum receiving portion 130 described later are locked. The locked portions 128 include a U-shaped groove portion 128a that is substantially U-shaped and extends in the vertical direction, and an L-shaped groove portion 128b (see FIG. 2) that is formed in a stepped shape on the upper end of the first drum receiving portion 120.
[0031] As shown in FIG. 3(a), a support portion 129 for supporting a first drum 140 is formed in the center in the front-rear direction between the locked portions 128 of the first wall portion 122 so as to protrude in the axial direction.
[0032] (Second drum receiving portion 130) As shown in FIG. 3(a), the second drum 150 is rotatably supported on the upper part of the second drum receiving part 130. Two second communication parts 131 through which the ladder cords 14 are inserted are formed on the lower part of the second drum receiving part 130. The second communication parts 131 are disposed at positions corresponding to the first communication parts 126 of the first drum receiving part 120, and have a generally U-shaped configuration with an open lower part. When the second drum receiving part 130 is attached to the first drum receiving part 120, the second communication parts 131 communicate with the first communication parts 126 as shown in FIG. 3(b).
[0033] 4(a), a lift-up prevention portion 132 that protrudes toward the first drum receiving portion 120 is formed on the upper side of the second communicating portion 131. When the second drum receiving portion 130 is attached to the first drum receiving portion 120, the lift-up prevention portion 132 is engaged with the upper side of the first communicating portion 126 from below, as shown in FIG. 2. This prevents the second drum receiving portion 130 from lifting up.
[0034] As shown in Fig. 4(a), a locking portion 133 is formed above the second communicating portion 131 of the second drum receiving portion 130. The locking portion 133 has a generally T-shaped shape that protrudes toward the first drum receiving portion 120. As shown in Fig. 4(b), the generally T-shaped vertical portion 133a of the locking portion 133 is inserted into and locked in the U-shaped groove portion 128a of the locked portion 128 of the first drum receiving portion 120.
[0035] 2, the horizontal portion 133b of the approximately T-shape of the locking portion 133 is formed into an approximately L-shape. When the vertical portion 133a of the locking portion 133 is inserted into the U-shaped groove portion 128a of the locked portion 128, the L-shaped groove portion 128b of the first drum receiving portion 120 is engaged so as to be inserted into the inside of the approximately L-shape of the horizontal portion 133b.
[0036] As shown in Fig. 3(a), an opening 134 is formed from the lower end toward the upper end at the center in the front-rear direction between the second communicating portions 131 of the second drum receiving portion 130. As shown in Fig. 3(b), the support portion 129 of the first drum receiving portion 120 is inserted into the opening 134. In addition, a leg portion 135 formed between the opening 134 and the second communicating portion 131 is inserted between the first wall portion 122 and the receiving portion 127 of the first drum receiving portion 120 as shown in Fig. 3(b), thereby restricting the movement of the second drum receiving portion 130 in the axial direction and the front-rear direction.
[0037] The above has described the configurations of the first drum receiving portion 120 and the second drum receiving portion 130. Next, the procedure for assembling the first drum receiving portion 120 and the second drum receiving portion 130 will be described with reference to Figures 2 to 4. As shown in Figure 3(a), the second drum receiving portion 130 is disposed so that the locking portion 133 (see Figure 4(a)) faces the first wall portion 122 of the first drum receiving portion 120.
[0038] Then, the second drum receiving part 130 is slid downward while contacting the first wall part 122. Then, as shown in Fig. 4(b), the locking part 133 is locked such that the vertical part 133a is inserted into the locked part 128 of the first drum receiving part 120 and the L-shaped groove part 128b is inserted into the inside of the substantially L-shape of the horizontal part 133b. In this manner, the locking part 133 is locked into the locked part 128, and the movement of the second drum receiving part 130 in the downward, front-rear and axial directions is restricted.
[0039] 2, when the locking portion 133 is locked to the locked portion 128, the lift-up prevention portion 132 is locked to the upper side of the first communication portion 126 from below. This prevents the second drum receiving portion 130 from lifting up.
[0040] Furthermore, as shown in Fig. 3(b), the leg portion 135 formed between the second communication portion 131 of the second drum receiving portion 130 and the opening 134 is inserted between the receiving portion 127 of the first drum receiving portion 120 and the first wall portion 122. Therefore, the movement of the second drum receiving portion 130 in the axial direction and the front-rear direction is restricted.
[0041] In this manner, the locking portion 133 of the second drum receiving portion 130 locks with the first wall portion 122 of the first drum receiving portion 120, whereby the second drum receiving portion 130 is attached to the first drum receiving portion 120. As shown in Fig. 2, since the second drum receiving portion 130 does not need to be placed directly on the bottom surface of the head box 12, it becomes possible to dispose the second drum receiving portion 130 at an upper position within the head box 12. This allows the limit switch 40 to be disposed below the second drum receiving portion 130.
[0042] The configuration of the drum device 100 has been described above. Below, the state in which the ladder cord 14 and the lift cord 18 are attached to the drum device 100 will be described with reference to Figs. 5 and 6. Fig. 5 is a perspective view of the drum device 100. Fig. 6 is a diagram showing a portion of the drum device 100, where (a) is a cross-sectional view taken along line BB in Fig. 2, and (b) is a cross-sectional view taken along line CC in Fig. 2.
[0043] 5 and 6(a), the ladder cord 14 hangs down along the second drum receiving portion 130 from both the front and rear of the second drum 150, passes through the second communicating portion 131 and the first communicating portion 126, and is inserted into the first drum receiving portion 120. At the first drum receiving portion 120 side, the ladder cord 14 is guided in the axial direction along the bottom portion 121, passes through the ladder cord outlet 125, and hangs down below the head box 12.
[0044] 5 and 6(b), the lifting / lowering cord 18 hangs down from the lower part of the first drum 140, passes through the lifting / lowering cord outlet 124, and hangs down below the head box 12. In this manner, the lifting / lowering cord 18 hangs down at a position approximately close to the ladder cord 14 in the axial direction.
[0045] Furthermore, the head box 12 is provided with a second drum device 300 (see FIG. 1). The second drum device 300 allows only the ladder cord 14 to hang down from the head box 12, but does not allow the lifting cord 18 to hang down. Therefore, the second drum device 300 can be composed of the second drum receiving portion 130 and a configuration in which the portion of the first drum receiving portion 120 up to the ladder cord outlet 125 is simplified.
[0046] (Effects of the First Embodiment) As described above, according to this embodiment, the first drum 140 and the second drum 150 are arranged offset in the axial direction, which makes it easier to route the cords and provides easy access to each drum, resulting in excellent maintainability.
[0047] In addition, since the ladder cord 14 connected to the second drum 150 can be guided to the first drum 140 side via the communication portion, the ladder cord 14 connected to the second drum 150 and the lifting cord 18 connected to the first drum 140 can be brought close to each other. This provides a good design.
[0048] In addition, the ladder cord 14 connected to the second drum 150 can be routed within the first drum receiving portion 120, allowing the ladder cord 14 to operate without interference from other parts within the head box 12.
[0049] In addition, since the first and second communication portions 126, 131 and the ladder cord outlet 125 guide the ladder cord 14 diagonally downward, the ladder cord 14 is guided in the vertically moving direction without resisting the movement of the ladder cord 14. This reduces the load caused by the movement of the ladder cord 14.
[0050] Also, the ladder cord 14 can be installed or moved without the middle cord getting in the way.
[0051] Moreover, the first drum receiving portion 120 and the second drum receiving portion 130 can be easily integrated together by simply engaging the locking portion of the second drum receiving portion 130 with the wall portion of the first drum receiving portion 120. Since it is no longer necessary to place the second drum receiving portion 130 directly on the bottom surface of the head box 12, it becomes possible to arrange the second drum receiving portion 130 at an upper position within the head box 12. This allows the space within the head box 12 to be effectively utilized, for example, by arranging other parts below the second drum receiving portion 130.
[0052] In addition, since the second drum receiving portion 130 is prevented from rising up, the second drum 150 can be supported stably.
[0053] Furthermore, by vertically shifting the axis of the second drum 150 from the axis of the first drum 140, it becomes possible to arrange the two rotating shafts 20, 22.
[0054] Second Embodiment The configuration of a blind 50 equipped with a drum device 200 according to a second embodiment will be described with reference to Figs. 7 and 8. Fig. 7 is a front view of a blind 50 equipped with a drum device 200 according to the second embodiment. Fig. 8 is a schematic side view of the blind 50. This embodiment differs from the blind 10 and drum device 100 of the first embodiment in that the blind 50 is an upper and lower two-stage blind in which the slats can be operated in two stages, upper and lower, with an intermediate rail in between, and in the configuration of the drum device 200. Other points can be configured in the same way as in the first embodiment. In this embodiment, the points different from the first embodiment will mainly be described.
[0055] First, the overall configuration of the blind 50 will be described with reference to Fig. 7. As shown in Fig. 7, the blind 10 comprises an intermediate rail 60, an upper slat 56-1 disposed above the intermediate rail 60, and a lower slat 56-2 disposed below the intermediate rail 60. As shown in Fig. 8, the upper slat 56-1 is supported by an upper ladder cord 54, and the lower slat 56-2 is supported by a lower ladder cord 55. The lifting cord 18 is inserted through the upper slat 56-1, the intermediate rail 60, and the lower slat 56-2, and is connected to the bottom rail 62.
[0056] As shown in Fig. 8(a), the upper end of the upper ladder cord 54 is connected to the second drum 150 like the ladder cord 14 of the first embodiment, and the lower end is connected to the intermediate rail 60. As shown in Fig. 8(a), the upper end of the lower ladder cord 55 is connected to the third drum 260, and passes through the upper slat 56-1 and the intermediate rail 60 together with the lifting cord 18, and the lower end is connected to the bottom rail 62. Details of the third drum 260 will be described later.
[0057] When the second drum 150 rotates, as shown in Fig. 8(b), the upper ladder cord 54 tilts, causing the upper slat 56-1 and the intermediate rail 60 to tilt. The lower slat 56-2 does not move. When the third drum 260 rotates, as shown in Fig. 8(c), the lower ladder cord 55 tilts, causing the lower slat 56-2 and the bottom rail 62 to tilt. The upper slat 56-1 does not move.
[0058] (Drum device 200) The configuration of the drum device 200 will be described with reference to Figures 9 and 10. Figure 9 is an enlarged partial cross-sectional view of part D in Figure 7. Figure 10 shows a portion of the drum device 200, where (a) is an E-E cross-sectional view of Figure 9, and (b) is an F-F cross-sectional view of Figure 9. The drum device 200 can be configured in the same way as the drum device 100 of the first embodiment except that it is provided with a third drum 260, so differences will be described.
[0059] 9, the third drum 260 is rotatably supported by the first drum receiving portion 120. The lower ladder cord 55, the upper end of which is connected to the third drum 260, descends inside the first drum receiving portion 120 and hangs down below the head box 12 from the same ladder cord outlet 125 as the upper ladder cord 54.
[0060] 10(b), the third drum 260 has an axis penetrating therethrough so that the first rotating shaft 20, which rotates the first drum 140, rotates therewith. The third drum 260 rotates together with the first drum 140 for a predetermined angle by the rotation of the first rotating shaft 20, but is configured so that it rotates freely with respect to any further rotation of the first rotating shaft 20.
[0061] The layout of the upper ladder cord 54, the lower ladder cord 55, and the lift cord 18 will be described with reference to FIG. 10 and FIG. 11. FIG. 11 is a view showing a part of the drum device 200, and is a cross-sectional view taken along the line GG in FIG. 9. As shown in FIG. 10(a), the upper ladder cord 54 is guided downward along the second drum receiving portion 130 from both sides in the front-rear direction of the first drum 140, similar to the ladder cord 14 of the first embodiment. Then, as shown in FIG. 9, the upper ladder cord 54 is guided into the first drum receiving portion 120 through the second communicating portion 131 and the first communicating portion 126, respectively. Thereafter, as shown in FIG. 11, the upper ladder cord 54 passes through the ladder cord outlet 125 and hangs down below the head box 12.
