Abstract
Description
[Technical field]
[0001] The present disclosure relates to the technical field of cleaning roller brushes, and in particular to a blade driving structure, a hair-cutting roller brush and a cleaning device. [Background technology]
[0002] The applicant has previously invented a hair-cutting roller brush, the blade of which is disposed on the rotating cylinder of the roller brush, and is synchronously driven by a driving structure to reciprocate and cut hair as the rotating cylinder rotates, thereby achieving the purpose of efficiently cutting hair and other debris. For detailed technical solutions, reference is made to the Chinese patent with grant publication number CN105982615B and / or related family patents. The publication text of the Chinese patent with grant publication number CN105982615B and / or the publication text of the US family application US20170311767A1 are incorporated herein by reference. As can be seen from the above, the blade is synchronously driven to reciprocate by the driving structure while the cylinder rotates. For this purpose, the applicant has given several examples of driving structures in Chinese Patent CN105982615B with the grant publication number of CN105982615B. For example, a centrifugal member is provided in the internal cavity, and the centrifugal member drives the blade 5 to move laterally by centrifugal force. For example, the pusher teeth 18, the toothed disk 16, and the centrifugal pendulum 15 form a gear driving structure, and the driving structure drives and moves the centrifugal pendulum 15 by the rotation of the rotating cylinder, so that the blade 5 moves laterally by the transmission of the pusher teeth 18 and the toothed disk 16. Furthermore, various driving structures are given as examples, such as using an electric driving assembly to drive the blade 5 to move along the axial direction of the cylinder and / or return the moved blade 5 to a rest position, but there are various possible embodiments to drive the blade and achieve cutting of the wound object, and therefore, it is not possible to give a comprehensive list.
[0003] Since it is impossible to list them all, other driving structures are also listed based on the technical proposal of the applicant, such as a cam structure (for an exemplary structure, see paragraphs 0053-0059 of the specification of the Chinese patent with the granted publication number CN110809422B), a magnetic actuator structure (for an exemplary structure, see paragraph 0062 of the specification of the Chinese patent with the granted publication number CN110809422B), a double belt driving structure (for an exemplary structure, see paragraphs 0073-0076 of the specification of the Chinese patent with the granted publication number CN110809422B), a gear drive and cam output variable speed structure composed of a driving gear ring, a first spur gear, a second spur gear and an output gear ring, combined with a cam (for an exemplary structure, see paragraphs 0067-0072 of the specification of the Chinese patent with the granted publication number CN110809422B), etc. For further details, reference may be made to the disclosure text of the Chinese patent having the grant publication number CN110809422B, the disclosure text of which and / or the disclosure text of the US family application US20210235946A1 are incorporated herein by reference.
[0004] As mentioned above, the Chinese patent with Grant Publication No. CN110809422B also lists other driving structures after the applicant, among which the gear drive and cam output variable speed structure (extracted from the disclosure text of the Chinese patent with Grant Publication No. CN110809422B) includes a fixed end cover, a driving gear ring coupled to the elongated body of the brush roll such that the driving gear ring and the elongated body of the brush roll rotate at the same speed, a first spur gear whose teeth mesh with the teeth of the driving gear ring, a second spur gear coupled to the first spur gear such that the first spur gear and the second spur gear rotate at the same speed, and an output gear ring whose teeth mesh with the teeth of the second spur gear, wherein the rotation of the output gear ring causes the cutting blade to circulate within the slot opening. Also, reference may be made to paragraph 0067. In paragraph 0067, the brush roll 18 may include one or more fixed end covers 172 (best seen in FIG. 15), at least one drive gear ring 174, at least one first spur gear 176, at least one second spur gear 178, and at least one output gear ring 180. One or more of the end covers 172 may be fixed and may not rotate with the elongated body 40 of the brush roll 18. The end covers 172 may be configured to hold the rotation axis of the spur gears 176, 178. From this, it can be seen that the end covers 172 must be provided on the brush roll 18 to keep the rotation axis of the spur gears 176, 178. This is the key, otherwise the spur gears 176, 178 cannot be rotatably supported. Then in paragraph 0068, the transmission structure and transmission process are detailed, specifically, the first spur gear 176 is rotated by the brush roll 18. In particular, rotation of the brush roll 18 rotates a drive gear ring 174. The teeth of the drive gear ring 174 mesh with the teeth of a first spur gear 176. In the embodiment shown, a second spur gear 178 is part of the first spur gear 176 and / or the second spur gear 178 is rigidly (e.g., raised) connected to the first spur gear 176, although this is not a limitation of the present disclosure unless otherwise noted. In this manner, rotation of the drive gear ring 174 causes rotation of the first spur gear 176 and the second spur gear 178. The output gear ring 180 may be coaxial with the elongated body 40 of the brush rod 18. Due to the relative number of teeth of the drive gear ring 174, the first spur gear 176, the second spur gear 178 and the output gear ring 180, the rotation of the output gear ring 180 may be decreased (or optionally increased) relative to the elongated body 40 of the brush roll 18.
[0005] Paragraphs 0069, 0070 and 0072 more specifically detail the gear drive and cam output variable speed structure, and to provide a more intuitive understanding of the variable speed gear structure, paragraph 0069 is excerpted as follows: In the illustrated example, the cutting blade 50 may include one or more cam followers 185 configured to engage (e.g., directly contact) the cam surface 184. In one embodiment, the brush roll 18 may include two end covers, each end cover including a cam surface 184. One end cover may include a gear reducer (e.g., gear reducer 170) and the other end cover may include only the second cam surface 184. Rotation of the elongated body 40 causes the cam follower 185 to move back and forth linearly relative to the axis of rotation of the brush roll 18 to rotate one or more of the cam surfaces 184, thereby causing the cutting blade 50 to move back and forth. Paragraph 0070 is excerpted as follows: Alternatively (or in addition), only the first end cover 172 of the brush roll 18 may include the gear reducer (e.g., the gear reducer 170) and the cam surface 184. In such an embodiment, the second end cover may only allow the brush roll 18 to rotate about the pivot axis. The brush roll 18 may include one or more return springs 189. In effect, the rotation of the brush roll 18 rotates the gear reducer 170 and the cam surface 184. The cam follower 185 is driven by the cam surface 185 to move the cutting blade 50 away from the first end cover 172. The return spring 189 may then push the cutting blade 50 back towards the first end cover 172. The return spring 189 may be integrated and / or monolithic with the cutting blade 50 (or alternatively may be completely separate from the cutting blade 50). Paragraph 0072 is excerpted as follows: By way of non-limiting example, the gear reducer 170 may include an inner spur gear ring 174 (drive gear ring 174) having 40 teeth, while the fixed end cover 172 may include a spur gear 176 coupled to a spur gear 178, where the spur gear 176 has 30 teeth and the spur gear 178 has 28 teeth. The cam 184 that pushes the blades 50 may have an internal spur gear ring 180 with 39 teeth, such that the cam 184 rotates at a speed of about 0.99 times the speed of the elongated body 40 of the brush roll 18, or about 25 relative rotations per minute. As noted above, in embodiments, the brush roll 18 can be actuated by frictional contact instead of gear transmission teeth. Optionally, the gears can be increased in size so that the input 174 and output 180 are coaxial, and one or more idler gear pairs 176 and 178 are coaxial along one or more independent axes.
[0006] As can be seen from the above, the fixed end cover 172, the driving gear ring 174, one or more idler gear pairs 176, 178, and the output gear ring 180 form a gear variable speed structure, and the purpose of driving and reciprocating the cutting blade 50 is realized by the output gear ring 180 combined with the cam and the return spring 189, so that the gear variable speed structure only provides axial push transmission in one direction in the axial direction. However, the technical solutions disclosed so far cannot provide rotation transmission to the cutting blade actuator. In addition, in order to realize the gear variable speed structure, the brush roll 18 also needs to be provided with a fixed end cover 172, which makes the structure of the brush roll 18 more complicated and increases the cost. In addition, the output gear ring 180 is a key part, and by referring to the description in the attached drawing 15 of the disclosure text of the Chinese patent with the granted publication number CN110809422B, it can be seen that the output gear ring 180 is a cylinder with an opening at one end. The cylinder accommodates an idler gear 178, and in order to realize the transmission, the idler shaft 182 needs to be positioned deviated from the rotation axis of the output gear ring 180. On the one hand, this increases the radial size of the output gear ring 180, which does not help to suppress the radial size of the brush roll 18 (i.e., the rotating cylinder), and on the other hand, the structure becomes more complicated and is not suitable for assembly. Summary of the Invention [Problem to be solved by the invention]
[0007] The technical problem to be solved by the present invention is to overcome the shortcomings of the prior art and propose a blade driving structure, which rotates and transmits a reciprocating structure so as to drive the blade movement by a planetary gear transmission mechanism. In addition, the method disclosed herein does not have an output gear ring and does not need to install an idler gear pair, which on the one hand helps to suppress the radial size of the brush roll (i.e., the rotating cylinder) and on the other hand helps to simplify the structure, which is beneficial for assembly. In addition, a hair-cutting roller brush adopting the above-mentioned blade driving structure is also proposed. A cleaning device equipped with a hair-cutting roller brush is also proposed. [0012] In some embodiments, the gear ring is axially socket mounted to the rotating cylinder and then circumferentially transmissionably connected to it. A left end cover is secured to the left end of the gear ring and a right end cover is secured to the right end of the gear ring. [0016] In some embodiments, a second drive shaft is connected to the rotating body, the second drive shaft is socket-mounted to the rotating body so as to be able to move back and forth in the axial direction and is transmissively connected to the rotating body in the circumferential direction, and elastic members are provided on both ends of the rotating body, so that the elastic members elastically support the rotating body.
[0017] In some embodiments, the elastic member is a compression spring, and gaskets are provided at both ends of the right portion, respectively referred to as the left gasket and the right gasket, with compression springs disposed between the left gasket and the left side of the rotor, and between the right gasket and the right side of the rotor.
[0018] In some embodiments, adjusting the position of the gasket changes the degree of compression of the compression spring, thereby varying the hair-cutting force of the blade. In some embodiments, the reciprocating structure is disposed in an independent compartment, and a third bearing and a fourth bearing are provided on left and right partitions of the compartment, respectively, and the third bearing and the fourth bearing rotationally support the second drive shaft. Effect of the Invention
[0019] After adopting the above structure, compared with the prior art, the present disclosure has the following advantages: In the proposed disclosure, a planetary gear transmission mechanism is adopted, and the planet carrier of the planetary gear transmission mechanism is connected to an output shaft, and the output shaft is connected to a first part of a joint. The first part of the joint is for connecting to a second part of the joint connected to a second drive shaft of the reciprocating structure. The planetary gear transmission mechanism rotationally drives the second drive shaft by the arrangement of the joint, and further drives and rotates the rotating body. The rotating body is provided with a track in the circumferential direction, and the track is combined with a driving member that converts the rotational motion of the rotating body driven by the second drive shaft into the reciprocating motion of the driving member, and the driving member is connected to the blade. Therefore, in the proposed disclosure, the reciprocating structure is rotated and transmitted so that the blade movement is driven by the planetary gear transmission mechanism. That is, in the proposed disclosure, while adopting the planetary gear transmission, the reciprocating motion of the driving member is driven by rotation, and in addition, there is no need to install a fixed end cover at one end of the brush roll (i.e., the rotating cylinder), which reduces the complexity and cost of the brush roll structure. In addition, the method of the present disclosure is beneficial for assembly since it does not have an output gear ring and does not require the installation of an idler gear pair, which on the one hand helps to reduce the radial size of the brush roll (i.e., the rotating cylinder) and on the other hand helps to simplify the structure. [0021] The following description is intended to disclose the present invention so that those skilled in the art can practice the invention. The embodiments in the following description are merely examples, and other obvious modifications may be conceived by those skilled in the art. The basic principles of the present invention defined in the following description may be applied to other embodiments, modified technical solutions, improved technical solutions, equivalent technical solutions, and other technical solutions that do not deviate from the spirit and scope of the present invention.
[0022] The present invention will now be described in further detail. It should be noted that "hair cutting" is an abbreviation, and it does not simply mean cutting hair; although of course the main focus is on cutting hair, the subject of "hair cutting" also includes anything that can be cut.
[0023] The present invention provides a cleaning device, the cleaning device comprising a suction port, the suction port being provided with the aforementioned hair-cutting roller brush.
[0024] Cleaning devices, such as vacuum cleaner suction heads, sweepers, floor scrubbers, etc., generally refer to household or small-sized cleaning devices. This is also a feature of the hair-cutting brush of the present invention, that is, the overall structural size is suitable and can be applied to small-sized cleaning devices.
[0025] For example, the cleaning device shown in FIG. 1 and FIG. 2 is a suction head of a vacuum cleaner. The suction head includes a roller brush holder. The roller brush holder includes two sides, a first side 25 and a second side 26. To operate the hair-cutting roller brush of the present invention, the second side 26 is provided with a first driving wheel 22, a driving belt 23, and a second driving wheel 24. The first driving wheel 22 is driven by an electric motor assembly 40, and the first driving wheel 22 drives and rotates the second driving wheel 24 via the driving belt 23. The second driving wheel 24 is connected to the first driving shaft 11, and a second bearing 17 is disposed between the first driving shaft 11 and the second side 26. The second bearing 17 rotatably supports the first driving shaft 11, and the first driving shaft 11 is socketed in the fixed part 4. The right end of the fixed part 4 is plugged into and fixed in a plug-in fixing hole 37 in the side cover 34 of the second side surface 26, while the left end of the fixed part 4 extends inwardly so that a gear transmission structure can be attached thereto.
[0026] When the hair-cutting roller brush according to the present invention is installed, the rotating cylinder 2 is axially socket-mounted toward the gear transmission structure, and the other end of the rotating cylinder 2 is mounted to the second side 26 by this axial socket mounting, while one end of the rotating cylinder 2 is axially and axially socketed to the first side 25. When the rotating cylinder 2 is removed, the rotating cylinder 2 is removed in the opposite direction of the axial socketing motion while the gear transmission structure is held on the second side 26. After being removed, it will be as shown in FIG. 3. For secure connection and convenient removal, one end of the rotating cylinder 2 is provided with a removal handle 39. A locking structure is provided between the removal handle 39 and the roller brush holder, which can be in various forms, and in this example, a snap lock 21 is adopted, as shown in FIG. 2. When dismantling, the snap lock 21 is first released and separated from the insertion hole 38 arranged on the removal handle 39, and then the rotating cylinder 2 can be removed axially, while a part of the drive structure, i.e., the gear transmission structure in this example, remains held on the second side. On the other hand, the rotating cylinder 2 can be socket-mounted axially to the gear transmission structure, and at the same time, the rotating cylinder 2 is mounted between the first side 25 and the second side 26, and then the snap lock 21 is engaged and the deadbolt of the snap lock 21 is inserted into the insertion hole 38 to complete the locking.
[0027] The above mounting and dismounting structure is simple and reliable, and the mounting and dismounting operation is convenient without the aid of tools. The present invention takes as an example a hair-cutting roller brush whose drive structure is reusable. By locating a part or the whole of the drive structure on the second side surface 26, the other end of the rotating cylinder 2 is provided with a socket hole that is axially socket-mounted with the part of the drive structure held on the second side surface 26, and the axial socket-mounting is for axially mounting the other end of the rotating cylinder 2 on the second side surface 26 by axial socket-mounting, and at the same time, one end of the rotating cylinder 2 is mounted on the first side surface 25 in the axial direction and with an axial socketing motion. When the rotating cylinder 2 is removed, the part of the drive structure held on the second side surface 26 is still held on the second side surface 26, and the rotating cylinder 2 is removed in the opposite direction of the axial socketing motion. Therefore, when replacing the hair roller brush, it is only necessary to replace the rotating cylinder 2 and the structure mounted thereon, and the drive structure can be reused to a certain extent, which helps to reduce the cost of use.
[0028] As shown in Figs. 2, 3, 6 and 7, the hair-cutting roller brush described above comprises a blade 1 and a rotating cylinder 2. The blade 1 is provided with a blade head 3. The blade 1 is disposed in the rotating cylinder 2 of the roller brush, and is synchronously driven by a drive structure so that as the rotating cylinder 2 rotates, the blade 1 reciprocates and cuts the hair. A part or all of the drive structure is provided on the second side 26, and the other end of the rotating cylinder 2 is provided with a socket hole that is axially socket-mounted with the part of the drive structure 26 held on the second side 26. The axial socket mounting is for axially mounting the other end of the rotating cylinder 2 to the second side 26 by axial socket mounting, and at the same time, one end of the rotating cylinder 2 is mounted to the first side 25 in the axial direction and with an axial socketing motion. When the rotating cylinder 2 is removed, the rotating cylinder 2 is removed in the opposite direction of the axial socketing motion, while the part of the drive structure held on the second side 26 remains held on the second side 26.
[0029] In this embodiment, the driving structure includes a planetary gear transmission mechanism and a reciprocating structure, and the part held on the second side 26 of the driving structure is referred to as the planetary gear transmission mechanism. The reciprocating structure is located in the rotary cylinder 2, and the reciprocating structure can be attached and detached together with the rotary cylinder 2. The planetary gear transmission mechanism and the reciprocating structure are detachably connected. The planetary gear transmission mechanism is for driving the reciprocating structure to reciprocate, and the reciprocating movement of the reciprocating structure is for driving the reciprocating movement of the blade 1. In this way, the structure can be simplified, and the complexity and difficulty of setting the driving structure can be reduced while achieving the object of the present invention. In addition, the above design mainly relies on the gear transmission structure to bear the change in the reciprocating movement speed, which promotes the simplification of the structure, and further, since it is the rotation of the planetary gear transmission mechanism that drives the reciprocating structure instead of the cam method, the reciprocating speed can be more accurately controlled, so that a better hair cutting effect can be obtained.
[0030] The first side surface 25 and the second side surface 26 are merely relative to each other, and when one side of the brush holder is defined as the first side surface 25, the other side opposite thereto is defined as the second side surface 26. The provision of the fixing part 4 on the second side surface 26 described in the claims defines the side on which the fixing part 4 is located as the second side surface 26, but the scope of protection of the patent is not limited to the embodiment. When the fixing part 4 shown in FIG. 7 is disposed on the first side surface 25, the first side surface 25 becomes the second side surface 26 described in the claims. As shown in FIG. 7, since the attachment / detachment handle 39 is provided, the fixing part 4 can be disposed within the attachment / detachment handle 39 in order to simplify the structure. When the attachment / detachment handle 39 is connected to the first side surface 25, the fixing part 4 is naturally fixed indirectly by the first side surface 25, which corresponds to the fixing part 4 being provided on the first side surface 25. In this case, the gear ring 6 of the planetary gear transmission mechanism is located on the first side 25, and when the electric motor assembly 40 drives the rotating cylinder 2 to rotate on the second side 26, since the gear ring 6 of the planetary gear transmission mechanism is connected to the rotating cylinder 2, the gear ring 6 is driven to rotate, and the planetary gear transmission mechanism further drives and moves the reciprocating structure, that is, the situation described below as "When the input side is connected to the rotating cylinder 2, the input side is for driving and rotating the rotating cylinder 2, the rotating cylinder 2 rotates and further drives and rotates the gear transmission structure, and the gear transmission structure rotates to drive the reciprocating structure to move back and forth."
[0031] In some embodiments, the second side 26 is provided with an input side, which is connected to the rotating cylinder 2 and / or the gear transmission structure. When the input side is connected to the rotating cylinder 2, the input side is for driving and rotating the rotating cylinder 2, which rotates to further drive and rotate the gear transmission structure, which rotates to drive the reciprocating structure to reciprocate. When the input side is connected to the gear transmission structure, the input side is for driving and rotating the gear transmission structure, which rotates to further drive and rotate the rotating cylinder 2, which rotates to drive the reciprocating structure to reciprocate. When the input side is connected to both the rotating cylinder 2 and the gear transmission structure, the input side is for driving the rotating cylinder 2 and the gear transmission structure to rotate together, which rotates to drive the reciprocating structure to reciprocate. Such a design promotes a compact structure.
[0032] In this example, the input side is connected to the gear transmission structure, and the input side drives the gear transmission structure to rotate, and the gear transmission structure further drives the rotating cylinder 2 to rotate, and the gear transmission structure drives the reciprocating structure to reciprocate. Such a design can promote the compactness of the structure and reduce the size of the structure.
[0033] A first drive shaft 11 is provided on the input side, and a fixed part 4 is socket-mounted on the first drive shaft 11, the first drive shaft 11 is rotatable around the fixed part 4, and the above-mentioned gear transmission structure is attached to the fixed part. Such a design promotes compactness of the structure and can effectively reduce the volume of the entire structure.
[0034] The first driving shaft 11 is provided with a rotary coupling 30, which is coupled with the gear transmission structure, for driving and rotating the gear transmission structure, which in turn drives and rotates the rotating cylinder 2. This design helps to make the structure compact, and effectively reduces the volume of the entire structure.
[0035] In this example, the gear transmission structure adopts a planetary gear transmission mechanism, the fixed part 4 is provided on the second side 26, the sun gear 5 of the planetary gear transmission mechanism is fixedly connected to the fixed part 4, the gear ring 6 of the planetary gear transmission mechanism is connected to the rotating cylinder 2, and the planet carrier 7 of the planetary gear transmission mechanism serves as a transmission output to drive the reciprocating structure to move. This design promotes compactness of the structure and can effectively reduce the volume of the entire structure.
[0036] In addition, the gear ring 6 is provided with a right end cover, which is connected to the rotary connector 30, which drives and rotates the gear ring 6 via the right end cover, and the gear ring 6 further drives and rotates the rotary cylinder. This design promotes compactness of the structure and effectively reduces the volume of the entire structure.
[0037] As shown in Fig. 7, after the hair-cutting roller brush is disposed between the first side surface 25 and the second side surface 26, the fixed part 4, the gear transmission structure, and the reciprocating structure are sequentially disposed from right to left in the axial direction along the rotating cylinder 2. In this way, it is easy to suppress the structural size in the lateral direction.
[0038] In this example, the fixed part 4 is designed in an axial manner, and the aforementioned gear transmission structure includes three planetary carriers 7 arranged in parallel, three sun gears 5 and three sets of planetary gears. As shown in Fig. 7, the fixed part 4 is connected to the sun gear 5 at the right end of the gear transmission structure and outputs through the planetary carrier 7 at the left end of the gear transmission structure.
[0039] In this example, the left-end planetary carrier 7 is connected to the output shaft, and the output shaft is connected to the first part 35 of the joint. The first part 35 of the joint is for connecting to the second part 36 of the joint, which is connected to the second drive shaft 12 of the reciprocating structure. The first part 35 of the joint is detachably connected to the second part 36 of the joint in the axial direction, and then is dynamically connected in the circumferential direction after the connection. The gear transmission structure and the reciprocating structure realize the detachable connection in the axial direction through the first part 35 of the joint and the second part 36 of the joint, and then is dynamically connected in the circumferential direction after the connection. In this design, the structure is simple, reliable, and convenient to connect. The structure of the joint is not limited to the embodiment, and other structures are also possible, and any applicable joint structure can be applied to the technical proposal of the present disclosure.
[0040] In this example, the gear ring 6 is socket-mounted axially and detachably to the rotating cylinder 2, and is then circumferentially transmission-connected thereto. A left end cover 31 is fixed to the left end of the gear ring 6, and a right end cover 32 is fixed to the right end of the gear ring 6. The left end cover 31, the gear ring 6, and the right end cover 32 form a cavity, in which the planetary gears, planetary carrier 7, and sun gear 5 are disposed. This is advantageous for protecting the planetary gears, planetary carrier 7, and sun gear 5, and also promotes compactness of the structure and the formation of a modular structure, which will be described later.
[0041] In this example, both the left end cover 31 and the right end cover 32 are provided with bearings, the bearing of the right end cover 32 is connected to the aforementioned fixed part 4, the bearing of the left end cover 31 is connected to the aforementioned output shaft, and the insertion part of the fixed part 4 is connected to the sun gear 5, so that the rotating cylinder 2 can rotate relative to the fixed part 4, i.e., the other end of the rotating cylinder 2 can rotate relative to the second side surface 26, and at the same time the sun gear 5 is fixed and does not move. Such a design helps to make the structure more compact.
[0042] In this example, the structure in which one end of the rotating cylinder 2 rotates relative to the first side surface 25 includes a first bearing 16 arranged at one end of the rotating cylinder 2, and a rotating connecting shaft 27, the first bearing 16 is fixed to the handle 39, the rotating connecting shaft 27 is connected to the first bearing 16, the first bearing 16 rotatably supports the rotating connecting shaft 27, and the rotating connecting shaft 27 is also fixed to the rotating cylinder 2, so that the rotatable connection of one end of the rotating cylinder 2 to the first bearing 16 via the rotating connecting shaft 27 can realize a structure in which one end of the rotating cylinder 2 rotates relative to the first side surface 25.
[0043] 7 and 8, the reciprocating structure includes a rotor 8 having a track 9 in the circumferential direction, and a driving member 10 is combined with the track 9, and the driving member 10 is connected to the blade 1. Such a design has a simple structure and high reciprocating reliability.
[0044] The raceway 9 adopts a guide groove arranged around the periphery of the rotor 8 and rotating in the axial direction, and balls 15 are provided on both ends of the driving member 10, and the driving member 10 and the guide groove are fitted to be able to roll with the balls 15. Such a design helps to suppress the lateral size, and also reduces the friction of the movement, making it more conducive to reciprocating movement. Other anti-friction structures can be used, but they will not be repeated here.
[0045] In addition, the second driving shaft 12 is connected to the rotating body 8. The second driving shaft 12 is socket-mounted to the rotating body 8 so as to be reciprocable in the axial direction and is circumferentially connected to the rotating body 8, and elastic members 13 are provided at both ends of the rotating body 8, and the elastic members 13 elastically support the rotating body 8. This design is an anti-jamming design of the blade 1 and plays an important role. According to the above design, when the blade 1 does not move due to an unexpected event, the rotating body 8 moves along the axial direction of the second driving shaft 12, and at the same time, the rotating cylinder 2 can still rotate, thus protecting the related structures such as the blade 1, the rotating body 8, and the gear transmission structure, on the one hand, and promoting the adjustment of the cutting force of the rotating cylinder 2 and other related structures by selecting different elastic parts 13 or elastic parts 13 with variable elasticity. Furthermore, it provides a technical means for relatively easily adjusting the cutting force, and the easy adjustment of the cutting force is of great significance.
[0046] In this example, in order to facilitate manufacturing and assembly, the structure of the axially reciprocating socket mounting and the circumferentially transmission connection is, for example, provided in the rotor 8 with an axial groove, and provided on its right part with an axial protrusion in the circumferential direction, and the axial groove and the axial protrusion are axially socket mounted and movably fitted.
[0047] In order to facilitate the installation of the elastic member 13, the elastic member 13 adopts a compression spring, and gaskets 14 are provided at both ends of the right part, which are the left gasket 14 and the right gasket 14, respectively. Compression springs are respectively arranged between the left gasket 14 and the left side of the rotating body 8, and between the right gasket 14 and the right side of the rotating body 8. After being designed in this way, the connection is secure. In addition, there is another usage, that is, the compression degree of the compression spring can be changed by adjusting the position of the gasket 14, thereby changing the hair cutting force of the blade 1, and the versatility of the parts can also be improved, and there is no need to prepare too many types of compression springs.
[0048] A technical proposal for adjusting the position of the gasket 14 may be, for example, to increase the thickness of the gasket 14 to change the position at which the compression spring is topped by the gasket 14, or to move and then fix the gasket 14 to change the position at which the compression spring is topped by the gasket 14. The output shaft described above is inserted into the cavity via the left end cover 31 described above, and the output shaft is coupled to the planetary carrier 7 .
[0049] After the above design, a relatively independent module can be obtained, which includes the output shaft, the left end cover 31, the planetary gear transmission mechanism, the right end cover 32 and the fixing part 4, that is, the above-mentioned assemblies can be assembled into one module, and then the module can be connected with other structures of the hair-cutting brush, which greatly facilitates the production assembly, further improves the production quality and promotes stable production quality.
[0050] In this example, the reciprocating structure is disposed in an independent compartment 20. Such a design contributes to protecting the reciprocating structure, and in addition, the left and right partitions of the compartment 20 can also be used as mounting positions for the third bearing 28 and the fourth bearing 29, which rotationally support the second drive shaft 12, making the structure compact, and the left and right partitions also provide a certain strength, making the structure of the rotating cylinder 2 more stable.
[0051] In order to achieve better performance in preventing hair curling, a seal ring 19 is disposed between the second side surface 26 and the rotating cylinder 2. Specifically, in this example, a rotating matching sleeve 18 is provided on the second side surface 26, and the seal ring 19 is sleeved between the peripheral wall of the other end (i.e., the right end) of the rotating cylinder 2 and the rotating matching sleeve 18, and the seal ring 19 rotates together with the rotating cylinder 2. The seal ring 19 is, for example, an oil seal.
[0052] In order to facilitate the axial detachable connection between the gear transmission structure and the rotating cylinder 2 and the circumferential transmission connection after the connection, and at the same time effectively suppress the lateral size, as shown in Figures 3 and 4, an axial connector 33 is provided at one end of the gear transmission structure close to the reciprocating structure, and the gear ring 6 and the rotating cylinder 2 are axially detachably connected by the axial connector 33, and after the axial connection, the axial connector 33 is simultaneously used as a circumferential transmission connector for the rotating cylinder 2 to drive the gear ring 6 to rotate together. There are two axial connectors 33, which are evenly distributed in the circumferential direction along one end of the gear transmission structure close to the reciprocating structure.
