The first to third storage pockets P1 to P3 open in two orthogonal directions, more specifically, upward and rightward. Furthermore, recesses 2f, 3f, 4f, and 5f are formed near the opening edges of the first to fourth constituent sheets 2 to 5, and the edge sides of the recesses 2f, 3f, 4f, and 5f are spaced apart in the thickness direction from the cover 1 or the other constituent sheets 2 to 4 adjacent to the cover 1.
[0018] More specifically, cover 1 is formed from a non-transparent sheet-like material made of resin such as polypropylene, and as shown in Figures 1 to 6, 9, and 16 to 18, it has a generally rectangular shape with a narrow spine 13 in the longitudinal center. Cover 1 can be placed in either a spread position as shown in Figures 1 to 8, in which the entire cover is spread out flat, or in a folded position as shown in Figures 16 to 18, in which both sides of spine 13 are overlapped. As shown in Figures 1 to 8, first to fourth structural sheets 2 to 5 are overlapped on the area to the left of spine 13 in the spread position, i.e., left half 11, and plate 6 is overlapped on the area to the right of spine 13 in the spread position, i.e., right half 12. The left half 11 and the right half 12 are both roughly rectangular, and their leading edges (the edges opposite the spine 13) overlap each other when folded. A notch 11x is provided in the center of the upper edge of the left half 11 of the cover 1 to avoid interference with the clip 7 when folded.
[0019] In this embodiment, the first dividing sheet 2 is formed from the same material as the cover 1, i.e., a non-transparent sheet-like material made of resin such as polypropylene. As shown in FIGS. 1, 3, and 10, the first dividing sheet 2 has a generally rectangular shape and, as described above and as shown in FIGS. 4-8, forms a first storage pocket P1 between the cover 1 and the first dividing sheet 2. Then, a recess 3f is formed in the vicinity of the bevel 3e among the open ends, and the edge side, that is, the bevel 3e side, is separated from the first partitioning sheet 2 in the thickness direction, and as shown in FIGS. 4 and 8, a gap P2a is formed between the second partitioning sheet 3 and the first partitioning sheet 2, and paper sheets and the like can be stored in the second storage pocket P2 using this gap P2a. Also, as shown in FIGS. 1 to 6 and 10, this second partitioning sheet 3 has a protruding portion 3g that protrudes leftward at the middle portion of the left edge 3d, and the protruding portion 3g is welded to the cover 1 in a state where the left edge of the protruding portion 3g is overlapped with the left edge 1d of the cover. Note that the protruding portion 3g of this second partitioning sheet 3 is provided at a position where it does not overlap with the protruding portion 2g of the first partitioning sheet 2 and is adjacent below. That is, the adhesion site of the first partitioning sheet 2 to the cover 1 and the adhesion site of the second partitioning sheet 3 to the cover 1 are made different. And a third partitioning sheet 4 is provided so as to substantially cover this second partitioning sheet 3.
[0021] The third partitioning sheet 4 is formed of a sheet-like material having translucency and made of resin such as polypropylene, etc., has a substantially rectangular shape, and as described above, and as shown in FIGS. 4 to 8, a third storage pocket P3 is formed between the third partitioning sheet 4 and the second partitioning sheet 3. Further, it has a hypotenuse 4e that is notched at an angle at the boundary between the upper end edge 4a and the right side edge 4b in the laid-open posture. That is, the open end of this third partitioning sheet 4 is the upper end edge 4a, the hypotenuse 4e, and the right side edge 4b. Also, the lower end of the hypotenuse 4e of this partitioning sheet 4 substantially coincides with the lower end of the index portion 3i of the second partitioning sheet 3. The right side edge 4b of the third partitioning sheet 4 substantially coincides with the outer side edges of the index portions 2i and 3i of the first and second partitioning sheets 2 and 3, and the upper end portion in the vicinity of the right side edge 4b functions as an index portion 4i. Then, a recess 4f is formed in the vicinity of the hypotenuse 4e among the open ends, and the edge side, that is, the hypotenuse 4e side, is separated from the second partitioning sheet 3 in the thickness direction, and as shown in FIGS. 4, 7, and 8, a gap P3a is formed between the second partitioning sheet 3, and paper sheets and the like can be stored in the third storage pocket P3 using this gap P3a. Also, as shown in FIGS. 1, 3, and 11, this third partitioning sheet 4 has a protruding portion 4g that protrudes leftward from the upper end portion to the middle portion of the left side edge 4d, and in a state where this protruding portion 4g is overlapped with the protruding portions 2g and 3g of the first and second partitioning sheets 2 and 3, the protruding portion 4g is welded to the first and second partitioning sheets 2 and 3 and the cover 1. Incidentally, the base end portion of this protruding portion 4g is a margin 4m so as to be able to form a space in which the first and second partitioning sheets 2 and 3 can be arranged by separating the third partitioning sheet 4 from the cover 1 and between the cover 1. And a fourth partitioning sheet is arranged so as to cover the lower half of this third partitioning sheet 4.
[0022] The fourth partitioning sheet 5 is formed of the same material as the third partitioning sheet 4 in this embodiment, that is, a sheet-like material made of a resin such as polypropylene that has translucency. It has a substantially rectangular shape. As described above and as shown in FIGS. 6 and 7, a storage pocket P4 for small items is formed between it and the third partitioning sheet 4. Also, as shown in FIGS. 1, 3, and 7, this fourth partitioning sheet 5 has the same width dimension as the first to third partitioning sheets 2 to 4 and a height dimension that is approximately half, and it overlaps the lower half of the third partitioning sheet 4. The upper edge 5a of this partitioning sheet 5 in the unfolded posture is open, the right edge 5b is welded to the third partitioning sheet 4, the lower edge 5c is welded to the cover 1 in a manner to be described later, and the left edge 5d is adhered to the cover 1. Note that the adhesion site to the cover 1 near the left edge 5d of the fourth partitioning sheet 5 is arranged so as not to overlap the protruding portions 2g, 3g (adhesion sites to the cover) of the first and second partitioning sheets 2, 3. A recess 5f is also formed in the opening edge portion, that is, the vicinity of the upper edge 5a, of this fourth partitioning sheet. The side closer to the upper edge 5a than the recess 5f is spaced apart from the third partitioning sheet 4 in the thickness direction. As shown in FIG. 7, a gap P4a is formed between it and the third partitioning sheet 4, and paper sheets and the like can be stored in the storage pocket P4 for small items using this gap P4a. Furthermore, as shown in FIGS. 1, 3, and 12, slits 5s are provided in this fourth partitioning sheet 5 so that cards can be inserted and stored. A recess 5t is also formed near this slit 5s, and the side closer to the slit 5s than the recess 5t is spaced apart from the third partitioning sheet 4 in the thickness direction. In addition, as shown in FIGS. 1, 3, and 7, the lower edge 5c of this fourth partitioning sheet 5 is folded back, and an attachment region 5h, which is the region on the folded-back side, is welded to the cover 1. More specifically, the lower edge of this attachment region 5h substantially coincides with the lower edge of the cover, and the right edge substantially coincides with the right edge of the cover. The upper edge has a substantially fan-shaped or triangular shape with an arc shape, and its outer peripheral portion is welded to the cover 1. Above that, the lower part of the third partitioning sheet 4 is stored between this attachment region 5h and the fourth partitioning sheet 5.The area near the left edge 5d of the fourth dividing sheet 5 is a left gusset 5m1 so that the dividing sheet 5 can be separated from the cover 1 to form a space between the cover 1 and the fourth dividing sheet 5, in which the first to third dividing sheets 2 to 4 can be arranged. The area near the attachment region 5h is also a lower gusset 5m2 so that the dividing sheet 5 can be separated from the cover 1 to form a space between the cover 1 and the fourth dividing sheet 5, in which the first to third dividing sheets 2 to 4 can be arranged.
[0023] 1 and 3, the index portions 2i, 3i, and 4i of the first, second, and third dividing sheets 2, 3, and 4 are offset from one another so as not to overlap, and at least the oblique sides 2e, 3e, and 4e of the opening edges of the dividing sheets 2, 3, and 4 are also offset from one another so as not to overlap, and so that the oblique sides 2e, 3e, and 4e are exposed. As shown in FIGS. 4 to 8, the recesses 2f, 3f, 4f, and 5f formed near the opening edges of the first to fourth dividing sheets 2 to 5 are spaced apart in the thickness direction from the cover 1 or the other dividing sheets 2 to 4 adjacent to the cover 1, and gaps P1a, P2a, P3a, and P4a are formed at the opening edges of the first to third storage pockets P1 to P3 and the small item storage pocket P4 to facilitate the insertion of paper sheets.
[0024] Also, as shown in FIGS. 1 to 6, the protruding portions 2g, 3g, 4g of the first, second, and third partitioning sheets 2, 3, 4, and the left edge portion 5d of the fourth partitioning sheet 5 and the lower edge portion of the attachment region 5h serve as adhesive portions b1, b2 for adhering the first to fourth partitioning sheets 2 to 5 to the cover 1. These adhesive portions b1, b2 are formed along the left edge 1d and the lower edge 1c of the cover. The lower edges 2c, 3c of the first and second partitioning sheets 2, 3 are housed between the third and fourth partitioning sheets 4, 5. And the left edges 2d, 3d of the first and second partitioning sheets 2, 3 are covered by the third partitioning sheet 4, and the lower part of the left edge of the third partitioning sheet 4 is covered by the fourth partitioning sheet 5. With the above configuration, the first to third storage pockets P1 to P3 open upward and rightward (toward the back cover 13 side). Also, the adhesive portions b1, b2 end at a position recessed from the lower left corner. The lower left corners of the first to fourth partitioning sheets 2 to 5 are each notched to form notches 2k, 3k, 4k, 5k. The first to third storage pockets P1 to P3 and the storage pocket P4 for small items open to the outside through these notches 2k, 3k, 4k, 5k. In other words, the paper sheets stored in each of the storage pockets P1 to P4 can be exposed to the outside through these openings 2k, 3k, 4k, 5k.
[0025] As described above, in the right half 11 of the double - opened cover 1, the first to fourth partitioning sheets 2 to 5 are overlapped, and as a whole, it has a function as a file having a plurality of storage pockets P1 to P4. On the other hand, on the right half 12 of the double - opened cover 1, the plate member 6 and the clip 7 are attached, and it has a function as a so - called clipboard.
[0026] The plate material 6 has rigidity and is formed of a resin such as foamed polypropylene, wood, metal, or the like. In the present embodiment, as shown in FIG. 1, both end portions of the left side edge 6d (the side edge on the back cover 13 side) and the lower end portion of the right side edge 6b (the side edge opposite to the back cover 13) are fixed to the right half 12 of the spread of the front cover 1 by a fastener r2 such as a rivet. As shown in FIGS. 1, 3, and 13, a clip 7 is joined to the upper end portion of the plate material 6 via a rivet r1. Then, paper sheets P are arranged on the surface of the plate material 6, and note-taking can be performed with the paper sheets P fixed by the clip 7. In addition, sheet-like storage items such as paper sheets can be inserted and stored through the gap between the upper right corner portion of the front cover 1 and the upper right corner portion of the plate material 6.
[0027] As described above and as shown in FIG. 13, the clip 7 is joined to the upper end portion of the plate material 6 via a rivet r1. Since this clip 7 has the same configuration as that of a clip board that is conventionally well-known and used, a detailed description thereof is omitted.
[0028] And this file F can be prevented from the left half 11 and the right half 12 of the spread of the front cover 1 from separating in the folded posture by the band 8.
[0029] In the present embodiment, the band 8 is arranged at the corner portion of the surface opposite to the plate material 6 in the half portion on the side where the plate material 6 of the front cover 1 is connected, and is formed of an elastic member such as rubber. As shown in FIGS. 17 and 18, this band 8 is wound so as to straddle both surfaces of the front cover 1 in the folded posture, and has a function of exerting an elastic force so that the left half 11 and the right half 12 of the spread of the front cover 1 do not separate. In addition, both end portions of this band 8 are fixed by a fastener such as a rivet r3 as shown in FIGS. 17 and 18. Since this band 8 also has the same configuration as that of a clip board that is conventionally well-known and used, a detailed description thereof is omitted.
[0030] Next, a schematic procedure for assembling this file will be described below.
[0031] First, the first sheet-like material S1 shown in FIG. 10 is folded back along the folding line L1 to form the first and second composite sheets 2 and 3.
[0032] Next, the sheet-like material S2 to become the third structural sheet 4 shown in Figure 11 and the sheet-like material S3 to become the fourth structural sheet 5 shown in Figure 12 are welded together at the location that will become the right edge 4b of the third structural sheet 4 as shown in Figure 14, and the sheet-like material S2 to become the fourth structural sheet 5 is folded back at the fold-back portion L2 to form an attachment area 5h.
[0033] 15, the attachment area 5h of the fourth structural sheet 5 is welded to the bottom edge of the cover 1, and the plate 6 and clip 7 are attached and welded to the cover 1. The first and second structural sheets 2 and 3 are then overlapped on the left half 11 of the cover, and the protruding portions 2g and 3g of the first and second structural sheets 2 and 3 are respectively overlapped near the left edge 1d of the cover 1. Then, the fourth structural sheet 5 is folded back together with the third structural sheet 4, and the left edge 4d of the fourth structural sheet 5 is welded to the left edge 1d of the cover 1. The protruding portion 4g of the third structural sheet is then overlapped on the protruding portions 2g and 3g of the first and second structural sheets 2 and 3, and these protruding portions 2g, 3g, and 4g are welded near the left edge 1d of the cover 1.

FIG. 14 is a rear view showing the state in which sheet-like materials S2 and S3 are adhered in the same embodiment. FIG. 15(a) is a front view showing the state in which sheet-like materials S2 and S3 are adhered to the cover 1 in the same embodiment, and FIG. 15(b) is a cross-sectional view taken along line GG in FIG. 15(a). FIG. 16 is a plan view showing the folded state of the file F. FIG. 17 is a front view showing the folded state of the file F. FIG. 18 is a rear view showing the folded state of the file F. In FIGS. 1, 3, 9 to 12, 14, and 15, the folding lines set in the cover 1 and each of the constituent sheets 2 to 5 are indicated by two-dot chain lines. In addition, in FIGS. 10 to 12, reference numerals are also used to denote parts corresponding to the respective parts in the state in which each of the constituent sheets 2 to 5 is assembled.
[0035] According to the above configuration, the open ends of the respective component sheets 2 to 5 are offset from each other and all are exposed, and they are spaced apart in the thickness direction from the cover 1 or the other component sheets 2 to 4 adjacent to the cover 1 side. Therefore, it is easy to insert sheet materials, which are the stored items, into the gaps respectively formed between the cover 1 and the hypotenuse 2e of the first component sheet 2, between the first component sheet 2 and the hypotenuse 3e of the second component sheet 3, between the second component sheet 3 and the hypotenuse 4e of the third component sheet 4, and between the third component sheet 4 and the upper edge 5a of the fourth component sheet 5. Accordingly, even when handling the sheet materials with one hand, it is possible to easily perform the operation of slipping the sheet materials between any one of the component sheets 2 to 5 and the component sheet 2 to 4 (or the cover 1) adjacent to the cover 1 side of the component sheet 2 to 5.
[0036] Further, the first to third component sheets 2 to 4 are substantially rectangular, and adhesive portions b1 and b2 are provided along the left edge 1d to 4d and the lower edge 1c to 4c of the cover 1 and each of the component sheets 2 to 4, and they are adhered thereto. A part of the opening edge of each of the component sheets 2 to 4, more specifically, the boundary portions between the upper edges 2a, 3a, 4a and the right edges 2b, 3b, 4b are linear hypotenuses 2e, 3e, 4e with the corners cut out, and linear recesses 2f, 3f, 4f are formed in the vicinity of the hypotenuses 2e, 3e, 4e. Therefore, each edge along the hypotenuses 2e, 3e, 4e rises above the cover 1 or the component sheets 2 and 3 adjacent to the cover 1 side. Therefore, it is possible to easily perform the operation of turning over the component sheets 2 to 4 and taking out the documents stored in the storage pockets P1 to P3, and it is also possible to easily perform the operation of storing the sheet materials from the hypotenuses 2e, 3e, 4e in the storage pockets P1 to P3.
[0037] In addition, since the portions from the ends to the corners of the adhesive portions b1 and b2 are not adhered between the cover 1 and the first component sheet 2 or between the component sheets 2 to 4, and the storage pockets P1 to P3 are opened to the outside through the cutouts 2k, 3k, 4k formed in the portions, by exposing one corner of the sheet materials or the like, which are the stored items, from this opening, the stored items can be stored deeper in the storage pockets P1 to P3.
[0038] The adhesion sites of the first partition sheet 2 to the cover 1 and the adhesion sites of the second partition sheet 3 to the cover 1 are made different. More specifically, the height direction positions of the protrusions 2g of the first partition sheet 2 and the height direction positions of the protrusions 3g of the second partition sheet 3 are made completely different, and these protrusions 2g, 3g are adhered to the cover. Therefore, the adhesion sites of these first and second partition sheets 2, 3 to the cover 1 do not overlap, and these partition sheets 2, 3 can be reliably adhered to the cover 1.
[0039] One sheet-like material S1 is folded back to form the first and second partition sheets 2, 3, and the folding position L1 is used as the lower edges 2c, 3c of both partition sheets 2, 3. By adhering one end of both partition sheets 2, 3 to the cover 1, a second storage pocket P2 is formed between both partition sheets 2, 3. Therefore, it is possible to effectively reduce the number of parts and the adhesion points of the partition sheets.
[0040] And in order to stably attach the fourth partition sheet 5, its lower edge 5c is folded back, and the outer periphery of the substantially fan-shaped or triangular attachment area 5h, which is the area on the folded side, is welded to the cover 1. Since the upper edge of the attachment area 5h is arc-shaped, the occurrence of a problem that the paper sheets, which are the stored items, are caught by the attachment area 5h when the paper sheets are stored in the first storage pocket P1 is suppressed.
[0041] Note that the present invention is not limited to the embodiments described above.
[0042] For example, in the above-described embodiment, a plate material having rigidity and a clip are fixed to half of the cover to be usable as a clipboard. However, a configuration may be adopted in which only the function as a cover that covers the partition sheet in the folded posture is provided without fixing the plate material to half of the cover.
[0043] In the above-described embodiment, the number of partition sheets is four, but the number of partition sheets may be arbitrarily set as long as it is two or more.
[0044] In the above-described embodiment, a recess is provided near the opening edge, and the opening edge side from this recess is separated in the thickness direction from the cover or another constituent sheet adjacent to the cover side. However, various configurations may be adopted for separating the opening edge of the constituent sheet from the cover or another constituent sheet adjacent to the cover side.
[0045] In the above-described embodiment, the first to third constituent sheets have a hypotenuse at the upper right corner, and the fourth constituent sheet is rectangular and overlaps the lower half of the third constituent sheet. However, the shape of each constituent sheet may be arbitrarily set. That is, instead of providing a storage pocket for small items, the width dimensions and height dimensions of all the constituent sheets may be set to be the same. Also, while setting the width dimensions of all the constituent sheets to be the same, a configuration may be adopted in which the height dimensions of the constituent sheets become smaller as they are farther from the cover, and the upper edge portions of all the constituent sheets are all exposed in the spread-out posture.
[0046] In the above-described embodiment, the lower left corner portion of the constituent sheet in the spread-out posture is an opening that opens to the outside. However, of course, it is also possible to adhere the entire left side and lower side of each constituent sheet to the cover.
[0047] In the above-described embodiment, the adhesion sites of the first, second, and fourth constituent sheets to the cover are made different from each other. However, the adhesion sites of all the constituent sheets to the cover may be made different from each other. Conversely, of course, it is also possible to adhere substantially the entire one end edge or the lower side or the corner portion, excluding the above-described parts, of all the constituent sheets to the cover.
[0048] And in the above-described embodiment, one sheet-like material is folded back to form two constituent sheets. However, of course, each constituent sheet may be formed of different sheet-like materials.
[0049] In addition, in the above-described embodiment, the recess provided near the opening end of the constituent sheet is formed in a linear shape. However, it may be formed in a shape other than a linear shape, such as an arc shape.
[0050] In addition, various modifications may be made without departing from the spirit of the present invention. [Explanation of symbols]
