[0007] Hereinafter, embodiments of the present disclosure will be described in detail with reference to the drawings. As shown in Fig. 1, a frame housing 1 is configured by arranging storage sections with optional functions, such as shelves 5, drawers 81, and storage shelves 82, in a frame unit 10 that is roughly U-shaped in plan view and is formed by assembling vertical bars 2 and horizontal bars 3 (described later). The frame housing 1 can be configured in size and shape by connecting multiple frame-shaped units depending on the installation location, such as a kitchen or study. The frame housing 1 has multiple vertical bars 2, multiple horizontal bars 3, and connecting fittings 4.
[0008] In this specification, the left and right sides of the frame unit 10 when viewed from the front side are referred to as the left-right direction, and the direction perpendicular to the left-right direction and the up-down direction from the front side is referred to as the depth direction. In the depth direction, the front side, the near side, and the far side are referred to as the back side.
[0009] The frame unit 10 is used in the frame storage body 1 and is a frame-like framework before the shelves 5, drawers 81, etc. are attached. The frame unit 10 has a base unit 110 as a first frame unit and a connecting unit 120 as a second frame unit.
[0010] 2 is a rear view of the frame unit 10 of FIG. 1, showing the base unit 110 and the connecting unit 120 as a second frame, as viewed from the rear, in order to explain the basic configuration of this embodiment. The base unit 110 and the connecting unit 120 each have vertical beams 2 extending in the vertical direction, horizontal beams 3 extending in a direction perpendicular to the vertical direction, and side reinforcing beams 37 extending in the depth direction. The base unit 110 is configured to be able to stand up, with four vertical beams 2 arranged as supports and the vertical beams 2 connected by horizontal beams 3.
[0011] The vertical beams 2 of the base unit 110 have a rear-side vertical beam 211 and a front-side vertical beam 212. The rear-side vertical beam 211, which serves as the first vertical beam 211, is disposed on the rear side of the frame housing body 1. The rear-side vertical beams 211 are provided as a pair on the rear side of the base unit 110, arranged substantially parallel to each other with a gap between them in the left-right direction. The front-side vertical beams 212 are provided as a pair on the front side of the base unit 110, arranged substantially parallel to each other with a gap between them in the left-right direction.
[0012] The horizontal beam 3 of the base unit 110 is a first horizontal beam 31. The first horizontal beam 31 is arranged on the rear side of the frame housing 1. The first horizontal beam 31 is fixed to the rear side of the rear-side vertical beams 211, and connects the pair of rear-side vertical beams 211 of the base unit 110. Three first horizontal beams 31 are arranged with spaces between them in the vertical direction.
[0013] The side reinforcing bars 37 connect the rear vertical bars 211 and the front vertical bars 212 in the depth direction. The side reinforcing bars 37 are formed by fixing the ends of a rectangular cylindrical molding to the rear vertical bars 211 and the front vertical bars 212.
[0014] The connection unit 120 is a unit that can be connected to the base unit 110. As shown in FIG. 2, the connection unit 120 lacks one of the vertical bars 2 in the left and right directions, and is configured to stand upright using the vertical bar 2 of the base unit 110 as a support when connected to the base unit 110. As shown in FIGS. 1 and 3, the connection unit 120 can be connected to multiple base units 110 as well as other connection units 120 using the vertical bars 2 of other connection units 120 as support columns. As shown in FIGS. 2 and 3, when the connection unit 120 is connected to the base unit 110 or an adjacent connection unit 120, one vertical bar 2 is disposed between the adjacent base units 110 or connection units 120.
[0015] The vertical bars 2 of the connecting unit 120 have one rear-side vertical bar 221 as a second vertical bar, and one front-side vertical bar 222. The rear-side vertical bar 221 of the connecting unit 120 is arranged on the rear side of the frame housing body 1, and is arranged one spaced apart in the left-right direction from the rear-side vertical bar 211 of the base unit 110. The front-side vertical bar 222 of the connecting unit is arranged on the front side of the rear-side vertical bar 221.
[0016] The horizontal beam 3 of the connecting unit 120 is a second horizontal beam 32. As shown in Fig. 3, only one end of the second horizontal beam 32 is fixed to the rear side of the rear-side vertical beam 221. The other end of the second horizontal beam 32 is connected to the rear-side vertical beam 211 of the base unit 110 on the rear side of the rear-side vertical beam 211 of the base unit 110. Three second horizontal beams 32 are arranged with spaces between them in the vertical direction.
[0017] The side reinforcing bars 37 have the same configuration as the base unit 110, and connect the rear vertical bars 221 and the front vertical bars 222 in the depth direction.
[0018] As shown in Fig. 3, a pair of horizontal bars 3 are connected to each other on the rear side of the vertical bar 2. Fig. 3 is a plan view of the vertical bars 2 and horizontal bars 3, taken from a section slightly above the position where the connecting unit 120 is connected to the base unit 110. The second horizontal bar 32 of the connecting unit 120 is connected to the rear-side vertical bar 211 of the base unit 110 on the rear side of the rear-side vertical bar 211, thereby connecting the connecting unit 120 to the base unit 110. The connecting fitting 4 that connects the base unit 110 and the connecting unit 120 will be described in detail later.
[0019] The vertical bars 2 have a hollow rectangular cylindrical shape in both the base unit 110 and the connecting unit 120. Of the vertical bars 2, the front vertical bars 212, 222 have a receiving member abutment surface 23, a locking surface 24, and a locking groove 25. The front vertical bars 212, 222 are formed so as to be able to lock onto the shelf board receiving member 6 described below.
[0020] 1, 6, and 7, the receiving member abutment surface 23 is the surface on which a shelf board 5 (described later) is attached, and is the inner surfaces facing each other of a pair of vertical bars 2 arranged with a gap in the left-right direction. A side surface portion 61 of a shelf board receiving member 6 (described later) abuts against the receiving member abutment surface 23.
[0021] 2, 6, and 7, the locking surface 24 is a surface perpendicular to the receiving member abutment surface 23. The locking surface 24 is formed on the surface of the rear-side vertical bars 211, 221 facing each other on the front-side vertical bars 212, 222, and is engaged with the shelf board receiving member 6 described below. The locking surface 24 is located on the rear side of the vertical bars 2 that cannot be seen from the front.
[0022] The locking grooves 25 are rectangular through-grooves formed in the locking surface 24. Two locking grooves 25 are formed parallel to each other in the width direction perpendicular to the longitudinal direction of the locking surface 24. As shown in FIG. 2, the locking grooves 25 are arranged in the up-down direction of the vertical bar 2 with a predetermined gap therebetween for arranging shelf boards 5 (described later), and are grooves into which shelf board support members 6 are locked.
[0023] Of the vertical bars 2, both the rear-side vertical bars 211, 221 and the front-side vertical bars 212, 222 have receiving member abutment surfaces 23. Screw holes 26 for inserting screws 64a (described later) are formed in the receiving member abutment surfaces 23 of the rear-side vertical bars 211, 221. The screw holes 26 are arranged at intervals in the vertical direction corresponding to the locking grooves 25. In the rear-side vertical bars 211, 221, no locking grooves 25 are formed in the surfaces perpendicular to the receiving member abutment surfaces 23.
[0024] The first horizontal cross member 31 and the second horizontal cross member 32 of the horizontal cross member 3 are arranged on the rear side of the frame housing 1 and are adjacent to each other in the left-right direction. As shown in Fig. 4, the horizontal cross member 3 is fixed with screws to a wall surface 200 where the frame unit 10 is to be installed. The horizontal cross member 3 is, for example, a mounting member used in the frame housing 1, and has a main body portion 30 and a main body portion through-hole 30a as shown in Fig. 5B.
[0025] When a gap is formed between the horizontal beam 3 and the wall surface 200, the unevenness of the horizontal beam 3 relative to the wall surface 200 is adjusted by the unevenness adjustment structure 300. The unevenness adjustment structure 300 has a male threaded body 33, a female threaded body 34, and a fixing device 35.
[0026] The main body 30 is a rectangular cylindrical outer portion of the first horizontal beam 31 and the second horizontal beam 32, and is a casing having an internally threaded body 34 inside.
[0027] The body through-hole 30a penetrates the body 30 in the thickness direction, and since the inside of the body 30 is hollow, it is configured by circular holes formed on both the back side and the front side of the body 30. Both the male threaded body 33 and the fixing device 35, which will be described later, can be inserted through the body through-hole 30a.
[0028] Specifically, the female-threaded body 34 is a cylindrical nut with a female thread groove 34d formed on its inner circumferential surface. The female-threaded body 34 is disposed inside the main body 30 of the horizontal crosspiece 3, which serves as an attachment member. The female-threaded body 34 engages with the surface of the male-threaded body 33 (described later) and is threadably engaged with the male thread groove of the male-threaded body 33, allowing it to move forward and backward. The female-threaded body 34 has a small-diameter portion 34a and a large-diameter portion 34b. As shown in FIG. 5A , the small-diameter portion 34a engages with the inner periphery of a main body through-hole 30a disposed on the back side (wall surface 200 side) of the main body 30. The large-diameter portion 34b expands in diameter from the small-diameter portion 34a and is disposed inside the main body 30. A step 34c is formed at the joint between the small-diameter portion 34a and the large-diameter portion 34b, and the back-side surface of the large-diameter portion 34b engages with the inner surface of the main body through-hole 30a on the back side of the main body 30. The large diameter portion 34b prevents the internally threaded body 34 from falling out of the main body portion 30.
[0029] The male threaded body 33 is a separate member separated from the main body 30. As shown in FIG. 5A, the male threaded body 33 has a shaft portion 331, a flange portion 332, a through hole 333, and a hexagonal inner peripheral portion 334.
[0030] The shaft portion 331 is a generally cylindrical portion that can be inserted into the main body through-hole 30a of the main body 30. A through-hole 333 that penetrates in the axial direction is formed inside the shaft portion 331. One end of the shaft portion 331 is arranged so as to be able to abut against the wall surface 200, and the other end extends in a direction away from the wall surface 200. A male screw groove 331a is formed on the outer circumferential surface of the shaft portion 331.
[0031] The flange portion 332 is disposed at the end of the shaft portion 331 and is a disk-shaped portion having an outer diameter larger than that of the shaft portion 331. The flange portion 332 has a flat surface that can abut against the wall surface 200. The outer diameter of the flange portion 332 is larger than the diameter of the main body through-hole 30a formed on the back side of the main body 30. Because the male threaded body 33 is threadedly engaged with the female threaded body 34, the flange portion 332 prevents the female threaded body from slipping out from the front side of the main body through-hole 30a.
[0032] Hexagonal inner peripheral portion 334 is formed on a part of the inner peripheral surface of shaft portion 331 inside shaft portion 331. Hexagonal inner peripheral portion 334 has a peripheral surface formed in a substantially hexagonal shape in a plan view, which is the inner peripheral surface of shaft portion 331, and a hollow portion inside the peripheral surface that communicates with through-hole 333, and is configured to allow a hexagonal wrench (not shown) to be inserted therein.
[0033] Fixture 35 is a screw to be inserted into through-hole 333. Fixture 35 has a shaft portion 351 that can be inserted into through-hole 333, and a head portion 352 whose outer diameter is larger than the outer diameter of main body portion through-hole 30a.
[0034] A method for adjusting and fixing the unevenness of the main body 30 in the unevenness adjustment structure 300 will be described. The flange portion 332 of the male threaded body 33 is abutted against the wall surface 200 at a position facing the main body through hole 30a. The shank portion 331 of the male threaded body 33 is inserted into the main body through hole 30a. When the male threaded body 33 is inserted into the main body through hole 30a, it lightly engages with the female threaded body 34 disposed inside the main body through hole 30a. Then, by inserting a hex wrench into the hexagonal inner peripheral portion 334 of the shank portion 331 from the front side of the main body through hole 30a and operating it, the male threaded body 33 rotates. As the male threaded body 33 rotates, the female threaded body 34 engages with the male thread groove 331a formed on the surface of the male threaded body 33, moving back and forth. By rotating the hex wrench and moving the female-threaded body 34 toward the flange portion 332, the main body 30 on which the female-threaded body 34 is disposed approaches the wall surface 200. With the flange portion 332 of the male-threaded body 33 in contact with the wall surface 200, the position of the female-threaded body 34 is adjusted by operating the hex wrench, thereby adjusting the unevenness between the main body 30 and the wall surface 200. That is, by adjusting the engagement position of the male thread groove 331a and the female thread groove 34d to change the relative axial positions of the male-threaded body 33 and the female-threaded body 34, the unevenness of the main body 30 relative to the wall surface 200 is adjusted. After the unevenness is adjusted, the fastener 35 is inserted from the main body through-hole 30a into the through-hole 333, drilled into the wall surface 200, and fixed to the wall surface 200.
[0035] As shown in FIG. 6 , the connecting fitting 4 is a fitting that connects the first horizontal beam 31 of the base unit 110 and the second horizontal beam 32 of the connecting unit 120. FIG. 6 shows the portion where the base unit 110 and the connecting unit 120 are connected from the rear side. The connecting fitting 4 is fixed to the upper surfaces of the pair of first horizontal beam 31 and second horizontal beam 32, thereby connecting the pair of first horizontal beam 31 and second horizontal beam 32. The connecting fitting 4 is a flat plate with a width narrower than the width of the upper surface of the horizontal beam 3 and a length shorter than the horizontal beam 3, and is fixed to the upper surfaces of the first horizontal beam 31 of the base unit 110 and the second horizontal beam 32 of the connecting unit 120. The connecting fitting 4 has a first fixing portion 41, a second fixing portion 42, and a third fixing portion 43. The first fixing portion 41 is fixed to the upper surface of the first horizontal beam 31 with a screw. The second fixing portion 42 is fixed to the upper surface of the second horizontal beam 32 with a screw. The third fixing portion 43 is disposed between the first fixing portion 41 and the second fixing portion 42, and is fixed to the back surface of the back-side vertical crosspiece 211. The third fixing portion 43 is disposed so as to climb over the reinforcing metal fitting 44 that connects the vertical crosspiece 2 and the horizontal crosspiece 3, and therefore is bent so as to convex upward at approximately the center of the connecting metal fitting 4 in the longitudinal direction.
[0036] As shown in FIG. 7, when a top plate 59 is disposed at the upper end of the frame unit 10, the connecting fitting 4 may be fixed to the underside of the cross rail 3 instead of the upper surface of the cross rail 3.
[0037] A method for fastening the base unit 110 and the connecting unit 120 will be described. First, the first horizontal crosspiece 31 of the base unit 110 is fastened to the wall surface 200 at the installation location. Next, the connecting unit 120 is moved next to the base unit 110, and the rear-side vertical crosspiece 221 and the second horizontal crosspiece 32 of the connecting unit 120 are aligned with the rear-side vertical crosspiece 211 and the first horizontal crosspiece 31 of the base unit 110. Then, the first fixing portion 41 of the connecting fitting 4 is fixed to the upper surface of the first horizontal crosspiece 31 of the base unit 110, and the second fixing portion 42 is fixed to the upper surface of the second horizontal crosspiece 32 of the connecting unit 120. Finally, the connecting unit 120 is fastened to the wall surface 200 while adjusting the unevenness of the horizontal crosspiece 3 using the unevenness adjustment structure 300. As shown in FIG. 4 , since the horizontal crosspiece 3 is connected to the rear side of the vertical crosspiece 2, even if a baseboard 201 is placed on the wall surface 200, the frame unit 10 is fastened to the wall surface 200 while avoiding the baseboard 201.
[0038] Next, a description will be given of a fixing structure 400 for the shelf board 5 attached to the frame unit 10. The fixing structure 400 for the shelf board 5 has a vertical beam 2, a shelf board 5, a shelf board support member 6, and a positioning member 55.
[0039] The shelf board 5 is a plate material that is arranged in a substantially horizontal direction on the frame unit 10 and on which any item can be placed. The user can arrange multiple shelf boards 5 in any desired position and in any desired number. The shelf board 5 may be made of, for example, a medium-density fiberboard, but the material is not limited thereto. As shown in FIG. 1 , the shelf board 5 may be made of a plate material whose depth dimension is substantially the same as the depth dimension of the frame unit 10, or may be made of a plate material whose depth dimension is shorter than that of the frame unit 10. From the perspective of attaching the shelf board 5 to the frame unit 10, it is preferable that the left-right dimension of the shelf board 5 be the same as the left-right dimension of the base unit 110 or the connecting unit 120, but this is not limited thereto.
[0040] The shelf support members 6 are attached to both left and right ends of the shelf 5 and support the shelf 5. The shelf support members 6 are metal fittings that connect the vertical bars 2 (the rear-side vertical bars 211, 221 and the front-side vertical bars 212, 222) and are engaged with and fixed to the vertical bars 2. The shelf support members 6 are long and slender members, and are arranged with their longitudinal direction aligned with the depth direction of the frame unit 10. The shelf support members 6 have side portions 61, support surface portions 62, engaging pieces 63, extensions 66, and positioning engagement holes 65.
[0041] The side surface portion 61 is a surface that can abut against the receiving member abutment surfaces 23 of the pair of vertical bars 2. The side surface portion 61 has a vertically elongated shape, with its width direction aligned with the vertical direction of the vertical bars 2 and its length direction aligned with the depth direction of the shelf board 5, extending between the pair of vertical bars 2 (the rear-side vertical bars 211, 221 and the front-side vertical bars 212, 222). The side surface portion 61 has a fixing piece 64 that extends upward continuously from the end portion on the rear-side vertical bars 211, 221 side. The upward extension length of the fixing piece 64 is not limited, and may be, for example, approximately the same as the vertical dimension of an extension portion 66 described below. The fixing piece 64 abuts against the receiving member abutment surfaces 23 of the rear-side vertical bars 211, 221 and is fixed by a screw 64a.
[0042] The support surface portion 62 is a surface that intersects perpendicularly with the lower end of the side surface portion 61 and supports the shelf board 5 from below. The support surface portion 62 and the side surface portion 61 are arranged in a generally L-shape in cross section. As shown in FIG. 8A, the support surface portion 62 has a generally rectangular shape and is arranged so that its short side direction is in the left-right direction of the frame unit 10 and its long side direction is in the depth direction of the shelf board 5. The width dimension of the support surface portion 62 is larger than the width dimension of the side surface portion 61. The support surface portion 62 has a positioning engagement hole 65, which will be described later.
[0043] The locking piece 63 is provided on one side of the side surface portion 61, i.e., on the upper end of the end portion on the side of the front-side vertical bars 212, 222. The locking piece 63 bends so as to fold back from the side of the rear-side vertical bars 211, 221 toward the side of the front-side vertical bars 212, 222. The locking piece 63 is continuous with the upper end of the extension portion 66, which will be described later, and forms a generally U-shape in plan view. As shown in FIG. 7, the locking piece 63 extends from the rear side toward the locking surfaces 24 of the front-side vertical bars 212, 222, and is inserted into the locking grooves 25 to be locked.
[0044] As shown in Fig. 8B, the extension portion 66 is a portion that extends upward from the upper end of one end of the side surface portion 61. The extension portion 66 is received between the end of the side surface portion 61 on the front vertical bars 212, 222 side and the locking piece 63, and extends in the vertical direction. The extension portion 66 is a short portion of the metal plate surface that continues from the side surface portion 61 and extends toward the locking piece 63 above.
[0045] The positioning engagement hole 65 is preferably formed at a position away from the rear end of the shelf board receiving member 6 of the support surface portion 62 toward the front. As shown in FIG. 8A , the positioning engagement hole 65 is a gourd-shaped through-hole and has a large width portion 651 and a narrow width portion 652. The large width portion 651 is a nearly circular hole with a diameter larger than the maximum outer diameter of the positioning member 55, which will be described later. The narrow width portion 652 is a hole with a substantially U-shaped outer edge that is smaller than the large width portion 651 and has a diameter smaller than the maximum outer diameter of the positioning member 55, which will be described later. The large width portion 651 and the narrow width portion 652 are continuous at adjacent peripheries.
[0046] The positioning member 55 is provided to protrude downward from the bottom surface of the shelf board 5. Specifically, the positioning member 55 is a shoulder screw. As shown in FIGS. 7 and 8B, the positioning member 55 has a screw shank 551 and a screw head 552. The screw shank 551 is a substantially cylindrical body with a threaded groove formed on its surface, and is fastened to the bottom surface of the shelf board 5. The screw head 552 has a large-diameter head portion 552a and a small-diameter head portion 552b. The small-diameter head portion 552b is a circumferential portion whose diameter increases from the end of the screw shank 551. The small-diameter head portion 552b is located on the screw shank 551 side of the positioning member 55, is located between the screw shank 551 and the large-diameter head portion 552a, and is smaller than the large-diameter head portion 552a and larger than the narrow-width portion 652 of the positioning engagement hole 65. The large-diameter head portion 552a is disposed on the tip side of the positioning member 55 and is the upper surface of a generally disk-shaped screw having an outer diameter larger than that of the small-diameter head portion 552b. The maximum diameter of the large-diameter head portion 552a is smaller than the large-width portion 651 of the positioning engagement hole 65 and larger than the narrow-width portion 652.
[0047] The positioning member 55, while fixed to the bottom surface of the shelf 5, is inserted through the large-diameter portion 651 of the positioning engagement hole 65, and the small-diameter head portion 552b is moved toward the narrow-diameter portion 652 of the positioning engagement hole 65. The small-diameter head portion 552b is positioned between the bottom surface of the shelf 5 and the underside of the support surface portion 62 of the shelf support member 6, and engages with the positioning engagement hole 65. The large-diameter head portion 552a has a larger diameter than the narrow-diameter portion 652 of the positioning engagement hole 65, so it does not come out, thereby determining the position of the shelf support member 6 and the shelf 5. The shelf support member 6 is arranged along the depth direction of the frame unit 10, but even if it is connected to the vertical rail 2 at the back or front side, its position may move left and right. If the shelf support member 6 moves left and right, it becomes difficult to determine the appropriate position to fix the shelf 5 on the shelf support member 6. Therefore, the positioning member 55 protrudes downward from the shelf board 5, and the position of the shelf board 5 and the shelf board receiving member 6 is easily determined by inserting the positioning member 55 into the positioning engagement hole 65. In addition, because the positioning engagement hole 65 has a roughly gourd shape with a large width portion 651 and a narrow width portion 652, the positioning engagement hole 65 absorbs dimensional errors that occur during construction and assembly.
[0048] Figure 9 shows a shelf support member 6A in which the extension length of the extension portion 66A is longer than the extension length of the extension portion 66 in the shelf support member 6 shown in Figures 7, 8A, and 8B. As shown in Figure 1, the position of the shelf 5 is determined by inserting the locking pieces 63 into the locking grooves 25. However, there are cases in which it is desired to arrange the shelf boards 5 at a pitch narrower than the pitch at which the locking grooves 25 are formed. By using a shelf support member 6 in which the extension portions 66 of the locking pieces 63 and the fixing pieces 64 extend upward by different lengths, the vertical position of the shelf board 5 can be changed regardless of the vertical pitch of the locking grooves 25.
[0049] In the shelf support member 6A shown in Figure 9, the extension portion 66A of the locking piece 63 and the fixed piece 64 extend upwardly for a long distance, so the shelf 5 is positioned below the locking groove 25. This makes it possible to narrow the pitch between adjacent shelf boards 5 in the vertical direction, as shown in Figure 1. In this way, by using a shelf fixing structure 400 in the frame storage unit 1 that includes multiple shelf support members 6, 6A whose extension portions 66, 66A have different vertical dimensions, the vertical spacing between the shelf boards 5 can be changed.
[0050] 10A and 10B show a reinforcing shelf board 5B provided with a reinforcing member 7. The reinforcing shelf board 5B is used when it is necessary to prevent the shelf board 5 from bending, for example, when placing a heavy item such as a microwave oven on it. The reinforcing shelf board 5B has a shelf board main body 50 and a reinforcing member 7.
[0051] The shelf body 50 has the same thin, approximately rectangular parallelepiped plate shape as the shelf 5, and has a groove 51 formed on the back surface, which is one surface of the shelf body 50, extending in the longitudinal direction. As shown in FIG. 10B , the groove 51 has a depth that does not reach the front surface, which is the other surface of the shelf body 50. The groove 51 extends in the longitudinal direction from both longitudinal end portions of the shelf body 50 to a position inward by the width of the support surface portion 62 of the shelf support member 6. The groove 51 is formed, for example, about ¼ of the way forward in the lateral direction of the shelf body 50. By positioning the groove 51 away from the center in the lateral direction, stress concentration can be avoided, and damage to the shelf body 50 can be prevented.
[0052] The reinforcing member 7 is a metal plate inserted into the groove 51 and is formed by bending a single piece of metal plate. The reinforcing member 7 has an insertion portion 73 and a pair of contact surface portions 70. As shown in FIG. 10B, the insertion portion 73 is formed by folding the plate in a mountain fold and doubling it up. The insertion portion 73 extends in the longitudinal direction of the reinforcing shelf board 5B and is inserted into the groove 51. The insertion portion 73 is configured so that its height from the back surface of the shelf board main body 50 fits inside the groove 51.
[0053] The pair of abutment surfaces 70 each have a first abutment portion 71 and a second abutment portion 72 which are elongated, approximately rectangular, and planar. The first abutment portion 71 and the second abutment portion 72 are provided on both sides of the insertion portion 73 and along the insertion portion 73. The pair of abutment surfaces 70 abut against the back surface, which is one surface of the shelf board body.
[0054] According to this embodiment, the following effects are achieved. The frame housing 1 is configured to include multiple vertical crosspieces 2 and multiple horizontal crosspieces 3, and a pair of first horizontal crosspieces 31 and second horizontal crosspieces 32 that are arranged on the rear side of the frame housing 1 and adjacent to each other in the left-right direction are connected to each other on the rear side of a rear-side vertical crosspiece 211 that is arranged on the rear side of the frame housing 1. By connecting the first horizontal crosspiece 31 of the base unit 110 and the second horizontal crosspiece 32 of the connecting unit 120 on the rear side of one of the rear-side vertical crosspieces 211 of the base unit 110, the vertical crosspiece 2 of the base unit 110 can be shared with the connecting unit 120. As a result, even when multiple connecting units 120 are connected, only one vertical crosspiece 2 is required when adjacent base units 110 and connecting units 120, or adjacent connecting units 120 are connected together, which results in a neat and favorable appearance and enables the installation width to be reduced.
[0055] According to this embodiment, the structure further includes a connecting fitting 4 that is fixed to a pair of first horizontal bars 31 and second horizontal bars 32 to connect the pair of first horizontal bars 31 and second horizontal bars 32. Fixing the connecting fitting 4 to the first horizontal bars 31 and second horizontal bars 32 makes it easier to connect the first horizontal bars 31 and second horizontal bars 32. Furthermore, since the connecting unit 120 can be fixed to the wall surface 200 after the first horizontal bars 31 and second horizontal bars 32 are fixed with the connecting fitting 4, it is possible to fix the first horizontal bars 31 and second horizontal bars 32 in the correct positions without any misalignment in height between adjacent first horizontal bars 31 and second horizontal bars 32.
[0056] According to this embodiment, the connecting fitting 4 includes a first fixing portion 41 fixed to one side of the pair of first horizontal beams 31 and second horizontal beams 32, a second fixing portion 42 fixed to the other side of the pair of first horizontal beams 31 and second horizontal beams 32, and a third fixing portion 43 arranged between the first fixing portion 41 and the second fixing portion 42 and fixed to the back surface of the rear-side vertical beam 211 arranged on the rear side of the frame housing body 1. By fixing the first fixing portion 41 to the third fixing portion 43 to the back sides of the first horizontal beam 31, second horizontal beam 32, and first horizontal beam 31, respectively, the first horizontal beam 31 and second horizontal beam 32 can be stably connected. This stabilizes the connection between the base unit 110 and the connecting unit 120, which in turn facilitates the task of fixing the connecting unit 120 to the wall surface 200 and improves workability.
[0057] According to this embodiment, the frame unit 10 used in the frame housing 1 includes a base unit 110 including a rear-side vertical beam 211 arranged on the rear side of the frame housing 1 and a first horizontal beam 31 arranged on the rear side of the frame housing 1 and fixed to the rear surface of the rear-side vertical beam 211, and a connecting unit 120 including a rear-side vertical beam 221 arranged on the rear side of the frame housing 1 and a cantilevered second horizontal beam 32 having only one end fixed to the rear surface of the rear-side vertical beam 221. The connecting unit 120 is connected to the base unit 110 by connecting the other end of the second horizontal beam 32 to the rear-side vertical beam 211 on the rear side of the rear-side vertical beam 211. Because the second horizontal beam 32 of the connecting unit 120 extends cantilevered toward the base unit 110, it is possible to use one of the rear-side vertical beams 211 of the base unit 110 when connecting to the base unit 110. This results in a neat and good appearance and also makes it possible to reduce the installation width.
[0058] The present disclosure is not limited to the above-described embodiments, and modifications, improvements, and the like within the scope of achieving the objectives of the present disclosure are included in the present disclosure. In the above-described embodiments, the connecting fitting 4 was described as a flat member connecting the upper surfaces of the horizontal bars 3, but this is not limited to this. FIG. 11 shows another embodiment of a connecting fitting 4C that connects horizontal bars 3 to each other. As shown in FIG. 11 , the connecting fitting 4C is inserted into the interior of the horizontal bar 3 near the end of the rectangular cylindrical horizontal bar 3. The connecting fitting 4C has an I-shaped cross section and includes a long, narrow plate-like portion 401 that fits along the horizontal bar 3 within the rectangular hollow portion of the horizontal bar 3, as well as a top surface portion 402 and a bottom surface portion 403 at the vertical ends of the plate-like portion, each of which has a thickness greater than that of the plate-like portion 401. The connecting fitting 4 has a rectangular thick portion 404 at the portion where adjacent horizontal bars 3 butt together, which is sized to not fit inside the horizontal bar 3. This thick portion 404 resembles the end cap of the horizontal bar 3 when the horizontal bars 3 are connected to each other. By fastening screws so as to pass through the connecting fittings 4C and the adjacent horizontal cross bars 3 while overlapping them toward the wall surface 200, the horizontal cross bars 3 are connected to each other and fixed to the wall surface 200.
[0059] FIG. 12 shows an example of a frame unit 10D with a different shape. In the above embodiment, the shelf boards 5 and 5A are arranged on a frame formed by assembling vertical bars 2 and horizontal bars 3. However, this is not limited to this. For example, in addition to the shelf boards 5, drawers 81, storage shelves 82, and plate-shaped appliance sliders 83 that allow appliances to be pulled out may also be arranged. As shown in FIG. 12, the connecting unit 120D may be configured with different widths in the left and right directions as appropriate.
[0060] In the above embodiment, the first frame unit is described as the base unit 110, and the second frame unit is described as the connection unit 120. However, both the first frame unit and the second frame unit may be connection units. When connecting connection units, the effects of the present disclosure can be achieved by connecting the rear-side horizontal bar of one adjacent connection unit to the rear-side horizontal bar of the other connection unit at the rear side of a single vertical bar. The number and arrangement of the vertical bars 2 and horizontal bars 3 can be changed as desired and are not particularly limited.
[0061] In the above embodiment, the unevenness adjustment structure 300 when fixing the cross beam 3 to the wall surface 200 has been described, but the surface to be fixed does not have to be the wall surface 200, and the mounting member is not limited to that used in the frame housing 1, and does not have to be the cross beam 3. The unevenness adjustment structure is a concept that is widely used when attaching parts to a surface to be fixed.
[0062] In the above embodiment, the positioning engagement hole 65 of the shelf support member 6 is described as being gourd-shaped and formed approximately near the center in the depth direction. However, the position and shape of the positioning engagement hole 65 can be designed depending on the type of shelf 5 and the installation location. The positioning engagement portion may be formed in a corner on the front or back side of the shelf support member 6. Furthermore, as used in the appliance slider 83 and the bottom row of the drawer 81, the positioning engagement portion 65D does not have to be a through-hole formed in the support surface portion 62. A portion of the outer edge of the support surface portion 62 may be bent into a U-shape, and the positioning member 55 may be engaged with the U-shaped curved portion, or a portion of the outer edge of the support surface portion 62 may be cut out.
[0063] In the above embodiment, the fixing piece 64 extending upward on the side surface portion 61 of the shelf board receiving member 6 is fixed to the receiving member abutment surface 23. However, the side surface portion 61 may be formed in a substantially rectangular shape without the fixing piece 64, and the end portion on the rear side may be fixed with a screw 64a.
