Description

[Technical Field]

[0001] The present invention relates to the technical field of door devices that are installed at the entrances of buildings such as houses and apartment buildings. [Background technology]

[0002] Generally, door devices installed to open and close entrances to buildings such as houses and apartment buildings are known to have a main door (parent door) and a sleeve door (sub-door) that can be opened and closed freely adjacent to the leading edge of the main door. In some such door devices, electrical and electronic devices such as an intercom, electronic lock, and lighting fixtures are installed on the sleeve door. When installing electrical and electronic devices on a sleeve door, it is necessary to electrically connect the devices via electrical wiring that runs from the main body to the sleeve door, and this can be achieved by using known electrically conductive hinges. However, because electrically conductive hinges are expensive, there is a risk of hesitation in using them on sleeve doors that are opened and closed only rarely, such as when performing maintenance work on the electrical and electronic devices. Therefore, when electrical wiring is to be installed in such a sleeve door, a method is known in which a flexible pipe is installed between the end edge of the sleeve door, which is the hanging side, and the vertical frame on the end edge, and a cord (electrical wire) is wired through the flexible pipe (see, for example, Patent Document 1). [0003] [Patent Document 1] Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 2008-208637 Summary of the Invention [Problem to be solved by the invention]

[0004] However, the conventional system not only requires a flexible pipe, which is a tube with low versatility, but also requires a support part to be provided on the vertical frame on the tail end side to support the edge of the flexible pipe, which results in a large number of parts and a complex structure. These are the issues that the present invention aims to solve. [Means for solving the problem]

[0005] The present invention has been created in view of the above-mentioned circumstances and with the aim of solving these problems. The invention of claim 1 is as follows: The main door and the sleeve door, which is adjacent to the leading edge of the main door, are provided so as to be able to swing open and close like a double door facing the outdoors, and wiring for electrically connecting the electrical and electronic devices provided on the sleeve door from the building frame side is arranged to pass through a horizontal frame-side through-hole formed in the upper horizontal frame of the door frame on the building frame side and a sleeve door-side through-hole formed at the upper edge of the sleeve door. In the door device, The horizontal frame through-hole and the sleeve door through-hole are arranged opposite each other at the left-right middle of the upper edge of the sleeve door so that the wiring passes through in the vertical direction when the sleeve door is closed. The sleeve door through-hole is formed in a semi-elliptical shape that is long in the indoor / outdoor direction and has an arc-shaped outdoor side. The indoor side edge of the sleeve door through-hole is cut out, including the upper end portion of the indoor side edge of the sleeve door, so that the upper end of the upward cutout is lower than the upper edge of the sleeve door. The door device is characterized by the above. The invention of claim 2 is as follows: The upper edge of the sleeve door is provided with a square-shaped upper frame material having a straddling piece and an indoor / outdoor leg piece, and the indoor / outdoor side panel is attached to the indoor / outdoor leg piece of the upper frame material from the outside in the indoor / outdoor direction, and the straddling piece of the upper frame material is laminated with an upper projection surface portion formed by bending the upper edge of the indoor / outdoor side panel in the indoor / outdoor direction, and the upper end of the upward notch of the sleeve door side through hole is formed by cutting out the upper end of the indoor side leg piece, including the corresponding part of the indoor side panel. 2. The door device according to claim 1, wherein: [Effects of the Invention]

[0006] Claim 1 、2 By making this invention, in a case where an electric or electronic device that is electrically connected via wiring from the main body side is installed in the sleeve door, and the sleeve door is opened and closed only occasionally, such as when performing maintenance on the electric or electronic device, the wiring can be routed through a through hole provided in the upper edge of the sleeve door and the upper horizontal frame on the main body side, thereby simplifying the structure and reducing costs. [0008] An embodiment of the present invention will be described below with reference to the drawings. In the drawings, reference numeral 1 denotes a door device (parent-child door device) to be installed at an indoor / outdoor (indoor / outdoor) entrance E. The door frame (door frame) constituting the door device 1 is configured in a rectangular frame shape using left and right vertical frames 2 and 3 and upper and lower horizontal frames 4 and 5. A main door (parent door) 6, which is opened and closed for normal access through the entrance E, is attached to the vertical frame 3 on one side (the right side in FIG. 1 ) in the left-right direction, via a hinge 7 for the main door 6, and can be opened and closed in the front-to-back direction (indoor / outdoor directions). Meanwhile, a sleeve door (child door) 9, which is normally kept closed via a general-purpose French lock 8 (described later), is attached to the vertical frame 2 on the other side via a hinge 10 for the sleeve door 9, forming a double-door opening and closing system. With this configuration, the vertical frame 3 on one side serves as the trailing edge vertical frame of the main door 6, and the vertical frame 2 on the other side serves as the trailing edge vertical frame of the sleeve door 9. In the figure, 1a denotes a door stop provided at the leading edge of the side door 9 on the indoor side so as to come into contact with the main door 6 when it is closed.

[0009] The main door 6 and the sleeve door 9 are provided with indoor and outdoor side panels (front and back panels) 11, 12, a filler 13 made of a core material such as a honeycomb core or a paper core that is filled between the indoor and outdoor side panels 11, 12, and a frame material 14 made of frame material on the four peripheral edges of the main door 6 and the sleeve door 9. The main door 6 is supported via a pivot hinge 7, and the sleeve door 9 is supported via a center-hanging hinge 10, so that they can swing open and closed toward the outdoors. First, with regard to the sleeve door 9, the vertical frame member 14a on the door front side of the frame material 14 has leg pieces 14c, 14d extending from both indoor and outdoor end edges of the spanning piece 14b on the door tail side toward the door front, giving it an U-shaped opening on the door front side, but the indoor side leg piece 14c is longer than the outdoor side leg piece 14d, and indoor and outdoor side panels 11, 12 are attached to these indoor and outdoor leg pieces 14c, 14d from the outside in the indoor / outdoor direction, but the indoor and outdoor side panels 11, 12 are bent inward in the indoor / outdoor direction at the door front side edge portion of each leg piece 14c, 14d.

[0010] In this case, as shown in Figure 5, the indoor side panel 11 that is attached from the indoor side to the longer indoor leg piece 14c is bent toward the outdoor side at the door-leading edge (tip edge) of the indoor leg piece 14c, and this bent panel forms the door-leading visible surface portion 11a that becomes the door-leading end face of the sleeve door 9. Moreover, the indoor side panel 11 is bent further from the tip edge of what has become the door-leading visible surface portion 11a toward the door trailing edge to form the outdoor side panel 11b, and the tip edge of the outdoor side panel 11b is configured to reach a position closer to the door trailing edge than the door-leading edge of the outdoor leg piece 14d. With this configuration, a space S is formed at the leading edge of the sleeve door 9, surrounded by the U-shaped leading edge vertical frame member 14a and the leading edge visible surface portion 11a. On the other hand, the outdoor side panel 12 is placed against the outdoor leg piece 14d from the outdoor side, and is bent from the tip edge of the outdoor leg piece 14d toward the indoor side and abuts (or closely faces) against the outdoor side portion 11b of the indoor side panel 11, forming a step surface portion 12a that abuts against the outdoor side portion 11b in a step-like manner, and further forming a bent surface portion 12b that is bent from the step surface portion 12a toward the door tail side while following the outdoor side portion 11b.

[0011] The side door 9 configured in this manner is provided with an intercom device 15 and a lighting fixture 16, which are exemplified as electrical and electronic devices, exposed to the outside. Wiring 17 for electrically connecting the intercom device 15 and the lighting fixture 16 passes through a wiring pipe (through hole) 9a arranged inside the side door 9 and is connected from the upper edge of the side door 9 to a wiring pipe (through hole) 9a arranged in the side door 9. Horizontal frame side The electrical connection is achieved by being arranged indoors via the through-hole 4a. In this case, the upper edge of the sleeve door 9 is provided with a U-shaped upper frame member 14e with an open bottom, As is clear from FIG. 4, the indoor and outdoor side panels 11 and 12 are attached to the indoor and outdoor leg pieces 14h and 14j of the upper frame member 14e from the outside in the indoor and outdoor directions, in the same manner as in the case of the door-end vertical frame member 14a. Spanning portion 14g of upper frame material 14e for, The indoor and outdoor side panels 11, 12 are laminated with upper visible surface portions 11c, 12c bent at the upper edge portions in the indoor and outdoor directions. And, The sleeve door 9 configured in this way has an upper edge On the left and right middle part of the sleeve door side The through-hole 14f is formed. Side door side The through hole 14f is When the sleeve door 9 is in a closed position, it faces the through hole 4a on the side frame in the vertical direction. It has a semi-elliptical shape that is long in the indoor / outdoor direction, and the arc-shaped edge on the outdoor side does not reach the outdoor leg piece 14j of the upper frame material 14e, while the edge on the indoor side is configured by cutting out the upper end of the indoor leg piece 14h of the upper frame material 14e, including the corresponding part of the indoor side panel 11. The wiring 17 passing through the wiring pipe 9a passes through the wiring pipe 9a in a loose manner when the sleeve door 9 is opened to the outside. Side door side The wiring 17 moves relative to the through-hole 14f toward the indoor side, but by maximizing the relative movement, the wiring 17 can be moved toward the indoor side. Side door side When the wiring 17 abuts against the indoor side edge of the through hole 14f, it does not abut against the horizontal cutout edge 14k like the edge formed on the outdoor side of the spanning piece 14g, but rather abuts against the upward cutout upper end 14i of the indoor side leg piece 14h from the outdoor side.As a result, the risk of the wiring 17 abutting against the horizontal cutout edge 14k and being damaged early on by abrasion is reduced, making it effective as a sleeve door 9 that is opened infrequently.

[0012] Furthermore, the French locks 8 are installed above and below the space S in the visible surface portion 11a on the door front side of the sleeve door 9. The French locks 8 are general-purpose locks that are configured to be locked by operating the operating device 8a up and down, so that the lock rod 8d appears and disappears from the upper and lower edge portions of the sleeve door 9 and fits into the lock holes 4b, 5b provided in the upper and lower horizontal frames 4, 5; further details will be omitted. In this embodiment, the French drop lock 8 is fastened via a screw 8c to the door-end visible surface 11a where the operating device 8a is visible, and furthermore, the left and right outer surface portions of the French drop lock 8 are covered with a blocking plate 8b, thereby preventing the operating device 8a from being accidentally unlocked and the side door 9 from being opened. Incidentally, the covering plate 8b for the door leading side visible surface portion 11a can be attached and removed by using a pop nut or by forming a tapped hole in the door leading side visible surface portion 11a so that a screw can be screwed in, but in this embodiment the covering plate 8b is fastened with a screw 8e using a pop nut.

[0013] Furthermore, the sleeve door 9 is provided with a lock receiving portion (strike) into which the lock bolt of the lock device provided on the main door 6 is fitted, but in this embodiment, two types of lock devices, a first and a second, for the main lock and the auxiliary lock, are provided as lock devices, and therefore, a first lock body portion 18 and a second lock body portion 19, which constitute the first (for the main lock) and second (for the auxiliary lock) lock devices, are provided above and below the edge of the door leading side of the main door 6, and the first body portion 18 is provided with a deadbolt by inserting a key (not shown) into the key hole portion 18a to operate the lock. The first lock body 18 is equipped with a locking mechanism in which deadbolt 18b appears and retracts to lock and unlock, and a locking mechanism in which latch bolt 18d, which is always protruding and locked when the operating handle 18c is operated, retracts to unlock, while the second lock body 19 is equipped with only a locking mechanism in which deadbolt 19b appears and retracts to lock and unlock when a key is inserted into keyhole 19a and the lock is operated, but does not have any locking mechanism equivalent to the latch bolt 18d provided on the first lock body 18 side.

[0014] Since the first and second lock body portions 18, 19 are provided on the main door 6 side in this manner, it is necessary to provide the first and second lock receiving portions 20, 21 corresponding to these first and second lock body portions 18, 19 on the side edge of the sleeve door 9, and for this reason the following considerations have been taken into account in this embodiment. As mentioned above, the door-front side vertical frame member 14a of the sleeve door 9 is U-shaped, and a door-front side visible surface portion 11a is provided at the opening on the door-front side, where the tip portion of the indoor side panel 11 is bent. The first and second lock receiving portions 20, 21 are installed inside the space S formed by the vertical frame 14a and the door-front side visible surface portion 11a, and in this embodiment, the door-front side vertical frame member 14a has the door-front side visible surface portion 11a portion, where these lock receiving portions 20, 21 are actually attached, reinforced with reinforcing metal fittings 22.

[0015] The reinforcing bracket 22 is L-shaped in plan view, having a visible piece 22a and a recessed piece 22b, with the visible piece 22a welded (fixed) to the indoor leg piece 14c of the door-front vertical frame member 14a in a state where it abuts from the outdoor side, and the recessed piece 22b is arranged in a state where it abuts against the door-front recessed surface portion 11a of the indoor side panel 11 from the door tail side (back side). Furthermore, reinforcing metal fitting 22 is formed as an elongated member spanning between first and second lock receiving portions 20, 21, and projection piece 22b has first and second installation holes (installation grooves) 22c, 22d formed at the top and bottom for attaching first and second lock receiving portions 20, 21. In this case, first and second installation holes 22c, 22d are groove-shaped and open at the tip edge (outdoor edge) of projection piece 22b.

[0016] The lock receiving portions 20, 21 differ in that the first lock receiving portion 20 receives both the deadbolt 18b and the latch bolt 18d, while the second lock receiving portion 21 receives only the deadbolt 19b, but in this embodiment they have the same structure, and therefore from here on, the first lock receiving portion 20 will be described in detail, and an explanation of the second lock receiving portion 21 will be omitted unless specifically necessary. Incidentally, since the second lock receiving portion 21 only receives the deadbolt 19b, it can be made smaller than the first lock receiving portion 20, but this is something that can be changed as needed.

[0017] The first lock receiving portion 20 is configured to include an outer metal fitting 20a that is placed against and abuts against the door-leading-side visible surface portion 11a of the indoor side panel 11 from the door-leading-side, and an inner metal fitting 20b that is placed against and abuts against the door-tail-end portion 22b of the reinforcing metal fitting 22 from the door-tail-end side by providing the reinforcing metal fitting 22. As described above, the first lock receiving portion 20 is configured to be attached in a state in which the door-leading-side visible surface portion 11a and the visible portion 22b, which are arranged in a stacked configuration, are sandwiched between the door-leading-side visible surface portion 11a and the visible portion 22b, by tightening the upper and lower end edges with screws 20c with the outer metal fitting 20a abutting against the door-leading-side visible surface portion 11a and the inner metal fitting 20b abutting against the visible portion 22b of the reinforcing metal fitting 22. When the first lock receiving portion 20 is thus assembled into the sleeve door 9, the bent piece portion 20d formed by bending at the outdoor edge portion of the outdoor fitting 20a of the first lock receiving portion 20 is configured to cover the opening 22e formed in the first assembly hole 22c of the reinforcing fitting 22, thereby also serving to reinforce that portion.

[0018] On the other hand, as mentioned above, the upper edge of the main door 6 is pivotally supported by the upper horizontal frame 4 via the hinge 7 so that it can swing open and closed freely, and the lower edge is pivotally supported by the one side vertical frame 3 so that it can swing open and closed freely. The hinge 7 is a pivot hinge, and is composed of a door-side hinge half 7a provided on the main door 6 side, and a frame-side hinge half 7b provided on the door frame side. The door-side hinge half 7a comprises a hinge main body 7c attached to both the upper and lower edge portions of the main door 6, and an extension portion 7d extending from the hinge main body 7c to the outdoors; when the door-side hinge half 7a is attached to the lower edge portion of the main door 6, a bearing hole 7e is provided in the extension portion 7d, and when it is attached to the upper edge portion, a hinge shaft 7f protrudes upward from the extension portion 7d. In contrast, the frame-side hinge half 7b attached to the door frame side has a hinge shaft 7g formed in the frame-side hinge half 7b that corresponds to the lower door-side hinge half 7a and that fits into the bearing hole 7e, and the frame-side hinge half 7b that corresponds to the upper door-side hinge half 7a has a bearing hole 7h formed in which the hinge shaft 7f fits.

[0019] Of the hinges 7 configured in this manner, the hinge main body 7c of the door-side hinge half 7a that is attached to the top and bottom of the main door 6 differs only in whether the extension 7d is provided with a hinge shaft 7f or a bearing hole 7e, and the attachment structure of the door-side hinge half 7a to the main door 6 side has the same configuration despite the difference in the top and bottom (head and bottom), so from here on, we will explain the door-side hinge half 7a that is attached to the bottom, and will omit explanations of the upper door-side hinge half 7a unless specifically necessary.

[0020] The hinge main body 7c constituting the door side hinge half 7a has a rectangular shape that is long in the left-right direction, and an extension portion 7d is formed extending from the door end side of the long side on the outdoor side, and the hinge main body 7c is fixed to the lower frame material 24. Specifically, the lower frame material 24 is composed of a leading edge frame portion 24a and a trailing edge frame portion 24b, both of which are square-shaped with an opening at the top, and the leading edge frame portion 24a is provided with a spanning piece 24c that extends to the lower edge of the sleeve door 9, and lower edge visible surface portions 11d, 12d, which are formed by bending the lower edges of the indoor and outdoor side panels 11, 12 inward in the indoor / outdoor direction, are attached to the spanning piece 24c using rivets 24d as fastening means.

[0021] In contrast, the trailing edge side frame portion 24b is arranged so that the spanning piece portion 24e is higher than the leading edge side frame portion 24a, thereby allowing the hinge main body portion 7c to be arranged in the space below the spanning piece portion 24e, with the indoor and outdoor sides surrounded by the indoor and outdoor side panels 11, 12. The hinge main body 7c is placed on the spanning piece 24e from below and is fastened to a back plate 7i placed on the top surface of the spanning piece 24e via a screw 7j. However, the back plate 7i is longer toward the door edge than the hinge main body 7c, and is configured so that the position of the hinge main body 7c can be adjusted by loosening the adjustment screw 7k that screws in from the spanning piece 24e.

[0022] The lower edge visible surface portions 11d, 12d of the indoor / outdoor side panels 11, 12 have cutout portions 11e, 12e formed by cutting out portions corresponding to the hinge main body portion 7c and the adjustment screw 7k, so that the hinge main body portion 7c and the adjustment screw 7k can be seen from below. As a result, the lower edge visible surface portions 11d, 12d have remaining cutout portions 11f, 12f in the areas extending from the inner edges of the cutout portions 11e, 12e to the front and back outer surfaces of the main door 6. Furthermore, in this product, the lower edges 11h, 12h of the door tail edge side visible surface portions 11g, 12g of the indoor and outdoor side panels 11, 12 are in a state in which the cut-out edges at the lower edge side visible surface portions 11d, 12d are left exposed. Furthermore, in this embodiment, the outer periphery of the extension 7d is covered with a covering material 26.

[0023] In this way, cutout portions 11e, 12e are formed on the lower edge side visible surface portions 11d, 12d with remaining cutout portions 11f, 12f remaining, and a cover body 25 for covering the hinge main body portion 7c is provided on the lower edge side visible surface portions 11d, 12d. The cover body 25 is L-shaped and comprises a horizontal piece (lower piece) 25a and a vertical piece 25b, with the horizontal piece 25a being wide enough to extend beyond the notch edges of the cutouts 11e and 12e and cover the remaining outer notches 11f and 12f, and the leading edge of the horizontal piece 25a is fastened to the lower projection surfaces 11d and 12d of the adjustment screw 7k using a rivet 25c as a fastener. Meanwhile, the vertical piece 25b is fastened to the trailing edge projection surfaces 11g and 12g of the trailing edge vertical frame member 27, which is U-shaped and has an open leading edge, using a rivet 25d as a fastener. By attaching the cover body 25 to the main door 6 in this manner, the cover body 25 covers not only the cutout edges of the cutout portions 11e and 12e, but also the lower edges 11h and 12h of the visible surface portions 11g and 12g on the door tail edge side.

[0024] In the present embodiment configured as described above, the door device 1 is provided with a main door 6 and a side door 9 adjacent to each other on the left and right so as to be freely opened and closed. The side door 9 is provided with an intercom device 15 and a lighting device 16, which are electrical and electronic devices electrically connected via wiring 17. In this case, the wiring 17 is provided in the upper frame material 14e of the side door 9. Side door side The through hole 14f and the upper horizontal frame 4 on the body side are provided Horizontal frame side Since the wiring is applied in a state in which it penetrates the through-hole 4a, the wiring structure can be simplified and the cost can be reduced.

[0025] Moreover, in this case, the sleeve door 9 is normally kept in a closed position by the French lock 8, but in this case, the French lock 8 is covered with a blocking plate 8b so that the operating device 8a exposed at the edge of the door front side of the sleeve door 9 cannot be operated, so that the unintentional opening and closing of the sleeve door 9 by mischief or the like is restricted, Sleeve door side, side frame side This makes it possible to protect the wiring 17 that is provided in a state of passing through the through holes 14f and 4a. [Industrial Applicability]

[0026] The present invention can be used as a door device that is installed at the entrance of a building such as a house or an apartment building. [Explanation of symbols]
