Description

Technical Field

[0001] The present invention relates to powder solid cosmetics.

Background Art

[0002] Compressed powder solid cosmetics such as foundation contain a large amount of powder and exhibit a high covering effect of hiding colors such as freckles, uneven skin tone, wrinkles, pores, etc., and unevenness in unevenness. On the other hand, when a large amount of powder is blended in expectation of high covering power, there are problems such as uneven adhesion during application, poor extensibility, and poor makeup retention.

[0003] In order to solve these problems, powder solid cosmetics having a smooth and refreshing feeling of use and excellent makeup retention have been developed by blending fluorine-treated powder (see, for example, Patent Document 1). However, with such a technique, although the uniform adhesion and extensibility during application can be improved to some extent, the affinity for the skin is inferior due to the fluorine treatment of the powder, so the makeup retention is poor and it is not sufficiently satisfactory.

[0004] On the other hand, as an attempt to improve makeup retention, solid powder cosmetics in which a liquid oil such as trifluoropropylcyclopolysiloxane is blended in the powder have been developed (see, for example, Patent Document 2). However, with such a technique, since a liquid oil such as trifluoropropylcyclopolysiloxane is blended, it becomes easy to adhere to the skin, so the makeup retention is improved, but there is a problem that the extensibility is inferior.

[0005] In order to solve such conventional problems, solid cosmetics containing a liquid oil component and using calcium sulfate dihydrate and a fluorine compound-treated powder in combination have also been developed (see, for example, Patent Document 3). However, even with this attempt, it was insufficient to compensate for the mutual drawbacks such as poor makeup retention due to the fluorine compound-treated powder and poor extensibility due to the liquid oil.

[0006] [Patent Document 1] Japanese Patent Publication No. 2005-289831 [Patent Document 2] Japanese Patent Publication No. 2020-132527 [Patent Document 3] Japanese Patent Publication No. 2015-137228 [Overview of the project] [Problems that the invention aims to solve]

[0007] Therefore, the present invention has been made in view of the above-mentioned prior art, and aims to provide a powdered solid cosmetic that, in addition to the effects of uniformly adhering to the skin when applied, having good spreadability and good makeup retention, exhibits functions such as making the skin appear finer after application and brightening the skin through a soft-focus effect. [Means for solving the problem]

[0008] In other words, the present invention provides a powder solid cosmetic composition that contains 5 to 13% by mass of a liquid oil at room temperature and is compressed and molded, characterized in that it contains the following component A, the following component B, and the following component C, and the total amount of the above components A, B, and C is 70% by mass or more of the total amount of the cosmetic composition. Ingredient A: Talc Component B: Nylon-12 with an average particle size of 4.0-6.0 μm Component C: Methyl methacrylate crosspolymer with an average particle size of 14-22 μm.

[0009] It is preferable that the ratio of the content of component A to the total amount of component B and component C (component A / (component B+component C)) is in the range of 1 to 20.

[0010] The powdered solid cosmetic composition of the present invention preferably contains the following component D. Component D: Silica with an average particle size of 1.0 to 5.0 μm

[0011] The powdered solid cosmetic composition of the present invention preferably contains the following component E. Component E: Stearic acid-treated titanium dioxide and / or aluminum hydroxide-treated titanium dioxide [Effects of the Invention]

[0012] The powdered solid cosmetic composition of the present invention, by satisfying essential constituent requirements, exhibits the effects of uniform adhesion to the skin during application, good spreadability, and long-lasting wear compared to conventional powdered solid cosmetic compositions, thereby solving problems both during and after application.

[0013] Furthermore, the powdered solid cosmetic composition of the present invention, in addition to the effects described above, exhibits the effect of making the skin appear finer after application, thus producing a particularly remarkable effect of making the skin appear even brighter through a soft-focus effect. [Modes for carrying out the invention]

[0014] Embodiments of the present invention will be described below.

[0015] The powdered solid cosmetic composition of the present invention is formed by compression molding and contains a specific amount of an oil that is liquid at room temperature, and contains talc, nylon-12, and methyl methacrylate crosspolymer. In this specification, "liquid at room temperature" means a state in which it is fluid in a temperature range of 1 to 30°C. In this specification, the talc is referred to as "component A," the nylon-12 as "component B," and the methyl methacrylate crosspolymer as "component C."

[0016] The details of each component used in the powdered solid cosmetic composition of the present invention are described below.

[0017] Examples of liquid oils at room temperature in the present invention include oils and fats, hydrocarbon oils, and fatty acid ester oils, which are liquid at room temperature. These components may be used individually or in combination of two or more as appropriate.

[0018] Specific examples of the above fats and oils include, for example, olive oil, sesame oil, rice bran oil, soybean oil, rapeseed oil, castor oil, sunflower oil, grape seed oil, cottonseed oil, kukui nut oil, wheat germ oil, evening primrose oil, macadamia nut oil, meadowfoam oil, jojoba seed oil, avocado oil, and the like.

[0019] Specific examples of the above hydrocarbon oils include, for example, α-olefin oligomers, light isoparaffins, light fluid isoparaffins, synthetic squalane, vegetable squalane, squalane, fluid isoparaffins, fluid paraffins, and the like.

[0020] Specific examples of the above fatty acid ester oils include, for example, isopropyl myristate, isopropyl palmitate, octyldodecyl myristate, octyl palmitate, isocetyl palmitate, octyl stearate, cetyl octanoate, stearyl octanoate, propylene glycol dicaprylate, propylene glycol di(caprylate / caprate), propylene glycol dicaprate, glyceryl trioctanoate, glyceryl tri(caprylate / caprate), triethylhexanoin, and the like.

[0021] In the present invention, among the oily agents that are liquid at room temperature, from the viewpoint of further improving the makeup retention, it is preferable to use at least one selected from fats and oils and hydrocarbon oils, and more preferably to use at least one selected from squalane, jojoba seed oil, and avocado oil.

[0022] In the present invention, commercially available products can also be used as the oil agent that is liquid at room temperature. The commercially available products of the oil agent that is liquid at room temperature are not particularly limited as long as the desired effects can be exhibited, whether they are single raw materials or mixed raw materials with other components. Examples of commercially available products of squalane include, for example, the product name "NIKKOL Sugar Squalane" (manufactured by Nikko Chemicals Co., Ltd.), the product name "Orizasqualane" (manufactured by Orizas Yuka Co., Ltd.), and the like. Examples of commercially available products of jojoba seed oil include, for example, the product name "Jojoba Pearl (Refined Jojoba Oil)" (manufactured by Menkan Trading Co., Ltd.), and the like. Examples of commercially available products of avocado oil include, for example, the product name "BIOCHEMICA AVOCADO OIL REF ORG" (manufactured by The HallStar Company), and the like.

[0023] The content of the oil agent that is liquid at room temperature in the present invention is 5% to 13% by mass in 100% by mass of the cosmetic, and from the viewpoint of further improving the makeup retention, it is preferably 5% to 10% by mass. In the present invention, when the content of the oil agent that is liquid at room temperature is less than 5% by mass, the binding between powders becomes weak, making it difficult to perform compression molding. On the other hand, when the oil agent that is liquid at room temperature is blended in an amount exceeding 13% by mass, the binding between powders becomes too strong, resulting in a caking (the surface of the preparation becomes hard) phenomenon, which deteriorates the adhesion to the puff and may inhibit the effects of the present invention. The content of the oil agent that is liquid at room temperature is the amount converted to the pure component.

[0024] [Component A] The above component A is talc. In the present invention, by using the above component A and combining it with other essential constituent components, the powder solid cosmetic can be uniformly adhered to the skin during application, and the makeup retention after application can be improved.

[0025] The amount of oil absorbed by component A of the present invention is not particularly limited as long as it can exert the desired effect. However, from the viewpoint of uniformly adhering to the skin and improving makeup longevity, it is generally preferable that the oil absorbed amount is 50 ml / 100g to 80 ml / 100g, and more preferably 60 ml / 100g to 70 ml / 100g. The oil absorbed amount (ml / 100g) is a value measured in accordance with the method described in JIS K5101.

[0026] In the present invention, component A may be a commercially available product. The commercially available component A is not particularly limited, whether it is a single ingredient or a mixture with other ingredients, as long as the desired effect is achieved. Specific examples of commercially available products include the product name "TALCO SUPERRIORE M10" (oil absorption capacity 65 ml / 100 g, manufactured by Imerys Talc).

[0027] The content of component A in this invention is not particularly limited as long as it can exert the desired effect, but from the viewpoint of uniformly adhering to the skin and improving the longevity of the makeup, it is generally preferable that it be 40% to 95% by mass, and more preferably 60% to 85% by mass, of 100% by mass of the cosmetic composition. Note that the content of component A is the amount converted to pure content.

[0028] [Component B] Component B is nylon-12 with an average particle size of 4.0 to 6.0 μm. In this invention, by using component B and combining it with other essential components, it is possible not only to improve the spreadability on the skin during application, but also to significantly enhance the soft-focus effect by making the skin appear finer after treatment. The average particle size is the median diameter (D50) measured by laser diffraction.

[0029] In the present invention, component B may be a commercially available product. The commercially available component B is not particularly limited, whether it is a single raw material or a mixed raw material with other components, as long as the desired effect is achieved. [0030] The content of component B in the present invention is not particularly limited as long as the desired effect can be achieved, but from the viewpoint of improving spreadability on the skin and significantly enhancing the soft-focus effect, it is generally preferable to be 1% to 10% by mass, and more preferably 3% to 7% by mass, of 100% by mass of the cosmetic composition. Note that the content of component B is the amount converted to pure content.

[0031] [Component C] The above component C is a methyl methacrylate crosspolymer with an average particle size of 14 to 22 μm. In this invention, by using the above component C and combining it with other essential components, the spreadability on the skin during application can be improved, and the soft-focus effect can be further enhanced. The average particle size is the median diameter (D50) measured by laser diffraction.

[0032] In the present invention, component C may be a commercially available product. The commercially available component C is not particularly limited, whether it is a single raw material or a mixed raw material with other components, as long as the desired effect is achieved. Specific examples of commercially available products include the product name "Matsumoto Microsphere M-305QD18" (uniform particle size 14-22 μm, manufactured by Matsumoto Oil & Fat Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd.).

[0033] The content of component C in the present invention is not particularly limited as long as the desired effect can be achieved. However, from the viewpoint of improving spreadability on the skin and further enhancing the soft-focus effect, it is generally preferable to have a content of 1% to 10% by mass, and more preferably 3% to 7% by mass, per 100% by mass of the cosmetic composition. Note that the content of component C is the amount converted to pure content.

[0034] In the powdered solid cosmetic composition of the present invention, the total amount of component A, component B, and component C is 70% by mass or more of the total amount of the cosmetic composition. In the present invention, by setting the total amount of component A, component B, and component C to 70% by mass or more of the total amount of the cosmetic composition, it is possible to achieve not only the effect of uniform adhesion to the skin when applied, good spreadability, and long-lasting makeup, but also the particularly remarkable effect of making the skin appear finer after application and making the skin appear even brighter through a soft-focus effect.

[0035] In addition, from the viewpoint of fully exhibiting the unique effects of the present invention described above, the ratio of the content of component A to the total amount of component B and component C (component A / (component B+component C)) is preferably in the range of 1 to 20, more preferably in the range of 3 to 17, and most preferably in the range of 5 to 14.

[0036] [Component D] In the powdered solid cosmetic composition of the present invention, it is preferable to further contain the following component D. Component D: Silica with an average particle size of 1.0 to 5.0 μm

[0037] In this invention, by further incorporating component D, the spreadability on the skin during application can be improved, and the soft-focus effect can be further enhanced. In addition, stickiness caused by liquid oil can be reduced. The average particle size is the median diameter (D50) measured by laser diffraction.

[0038] In the present invention, component D may be a commercially available product. The commercially available component D is not particularly limited, whether it is a single raw material or a mixed raw material with other components, as long as the desired effect is achieved. Specific examples of commercially available products include the product name "BA4" (average particle size 1.0~5.0 μm, manufactured by JGC Catalysts & Chemicals Co., Ltd.) and the product name "Gotball G-6C" (average particle size 3.2~5.0 μm, manufactured by Suzuki Oil & Fat Industry Co., Ltd.).

[0039] The content of component D in the present invention is not particularly limited as long as the desired effect can be achieved, but from the viewpoint of improving spreadability on the skin and further enhancing the soft-focus effect, it is generally preferable to have a content of 2% to 20% by mass, and more preferably 6% to 10% by mass, per 100% by mass of the cosmetic composition. Note that the content of component D is the amount converted to pure content.

[0040] In the powdered solid cosmetic composition of the present invention, it is preferable that the total amount of component A, component B, component C, and component D is 80% by mass or more of the total amount of the cosmetic composition. In the present invention, by setting the total amount of component A, component B, component C, and component D to 80% by mass or more of the total amount of the cosmetic composition, it is possible to further enhance the effects of uniform adhesion to the skin when applied, good spreadability, and good makeup retention, as well as to further enhance the particularly remarkable effects of making the skin appear finer after application and making the skin appear even brighter through a soft-focus effect.

[0041] In addition, from the viewpoint of fully exhibiting the unique effects of the present invention described above, the ratio of the content of component A to the total amount of component B, component C, and component D (component A / (component B + component C + component D)) is preferably in the range of 1 to 20, more preferably in the range of 1.5 to 15, and most preferably in the range of 3 to 7.

[0042] [Component E] In the powdered solid cosmetic composition of the present invention, it is preferable to further contain the following component E. Component E: Stearic acid-treated titanium dioxide and / or aluminum hydroxide-treated titanium dioxide

[0043] In this invention, by further incorporating the above-mentioned component E, it becomes possible to further enhance the soft-focus effect on the skin after treatment, making the skin appear even brighter.

[0044] In the present invention, component E may be a commercially available product. The commercially available component E may be a single raw material or a mixed raw material with other components, as long as the desired effect is achieved. Examples of commercially available stearic acid-treated titanium dioxide include the product name "SP Sorabelle XTP1 MBAL-PW-(MV)" (average particle size 0.179 μm, manufactured by Croda Europe Ltd). Examples of commercially available aluminum hydroxide-treated titanium dioxide include the product name "CR-50" (average particle size 0.25 μm, manufactured by Ishihara Sangyo Co., Ltd.).

[0045] The content of component E in this invention is not particularly limited as long as the desired effect can be achieved. However, from the viewpoint of further enhancing the soft-focus effect on the skin after treatment and making the skin appear even brighter, it is generally preferable that the content be 1% by mass or more, and more preferably 2% by mass or more, per 100% by mass of the cosmetic. On the other hand, if the content exceeds 10% by mass, the spreadability will be poor, and the skin will feel more prone to squeaking, which may hinder the effects of this invention. In other words, the content of component E is preferably 1% by mass to 10% by mass, and more preferably 2% by mass to 10% by mass. Note that the content of component E is the amount converted to pure content.

[0046] [Other ingredients] In addition to the above-mentioned components, the powdered solid cosmetic composition of the present invention may appropriately contain, for example, powders other than components A to E mentioned above; oils other than the above-mentioned oils that are liquid at room temperature; plant extracts, anti-inflammatory agents, polyhydric alcohols, humectants, fragrances, pH adjusters, film-forming agents, chelating agents, lower alcohols, alkaline agents, vitamins, astringents, antioxidants, preservatives, UV absorbers, colorants, plant fermentation extracts, purified water, etc., depending on the purpose.
