Description

Technical Field

[0001] The present invention relates to a structure for storing a hose guide tool provided with a guide roller for guiding a cleaning hose at the tip of a support rod in a high-pressure cleaning vehicle.

Background Art

[0002] A high-pressure cleaning vehicle is used to clean inside a cleaning pipe such as a sewer pipe or a drain pipe. For example, the cleaning of a sewer pipe by a high-pressure cleaning vehicle is performed in the following manner.

[0003] The high-pressure cleaning vehicle is parked near a manhole of a sewer pipe buried in the road surface. After removing the lid of the manhole, as shown in FIG. 11, the cleaning hose 22 is unreeled from the hose reel 21 mounted on the rear part of the vehicle of the high-pressure cleaning vehicle, and the cleaning nozzle 22a at the tip of the cleaning hose 22 is inserted into the sewer pipe 24 through the road surface side opening 23a of the manhole 23 and the sewer pipe side opening 23b. Then, the water pump mounted on the high-pressure cleaning vehicle is operated to supply high-pressure water to the cleaning hose 22, and while the high-pressure water is jetted from the cleaning nozzle 22a onto the inner surface of the sewer pipe 24, the cleaning nozzle 22a is advanced and retracted in the sewer pipe 24 to perform cleaning.

[0004] When the cleaning nozzle 22a is moved forward and backward within the sewer pipe 24, if the cleaning hose 22 comes into contact with the edge (corner) of the sewer pipe side opening 23b of the manhole 23, the cleaning hose 22 may be damaged, and the smooth forward and backward movement of the cleaning nozzle 22a within the sewer pipe 24 may be hindered. Therefore, a guide roller 31 is placed on the edge of the sewer pipe side opening 23b, and the cleaning hose 22 is guided by the guide roller 31 to prevent the cleaning hose 22 from coming into contact with the edge of the sewer pipe side opening 23b (see Figures 4 to 6 of Patent Document 1 below). The hose guide device 30 is constructed by rotatably supporting this guide roller 31 on a support device 32 with a support rod 33. That is, the hose guide device 30 consists of a guide roller 31 that guides the cleaning hose 22, a support device 32 that rotatably supports the guide roller 31, and a support rod 33 attached to the support device 32. The support member 32 is provided with a hook 32a, and by hooking the hook 32a of the support member 32 onto the edge of the sewer pipe side opening 23b, the guide roller 31 can be positioned on the edge of the sewer pipe side opening 23b. This operation is performed by an operator while manipulating the support rod 33. The support rod 33 is long enough to accommodate work in deep manholes, but for ease of storage in a vehicle, it has a connection structure consisting of a base rod 33a at the tip (guide roller 31 side) and an extension rod 33b at the rear end. [0005] [Patent Document 1] Japanese Utility Model Publication No. 4-17481 [Overview of the Initiative] [Problems that the invention aims to solve]

[0006] Conventionally, to house hose guides in a high-pressure cleaning vehicle, a cylindrical holder for inserting and holding the base rod of the support rod, and a cylindrical holder for inserting and holding the extension rod of the support rod, were installed between the chassis frames (between the side frames of the chassis). However, due to the increasing number of vehicle parts accompanying the sophistication of vehicles in recent years, the available space between the chassis frames has been decreasing year by year, making it difficult to install the cylindrical holders for holding the support rods between the chassis frames.

[0007] If the cylindrical holder cannot be mounted between the chassis frames, it will have to be mounted on the top or rear of the water tank. However, this means that the storage area for the hose guide will be far from the cleaning hose that is unfurled from the hose reel at the rear of the vehicle. As a result, when unfurling the cleaning hose using the hose reel, it will take time to remove the hose guide from its storage area and position the guide roller in the desired guide position. Similarly, after winding up the cleaning hose using the hose reel, it will take time to remove the guide roller from the guide position and store the hose guide in its storage area, reducing the efficiency of the cleaning operation using the high-pressure washer.

[0008] The object of the present invention is to provide a storage structure that allows the storage section for the hose guide to be located in a part other than the chassis, while ensuring good workability for cleaning operations using a high-pressure cleaning vehicle. [Means for solving the problem]

[0009] To solve the above problems, the present invention provides a storage structure for a hose guide in a high-pressure cleaning vehicle, in which a guide roller for guiding a cleaning hose is provided at the tip of a support rod, wherein the storage section for storing the hose guide is provided on a subframe that is fixed to the chassis frame of the high-pressure cleaning vehicle and extends in the front-rear direction of the vehicle, and extends from the rear of the vehicle toward the front. [Effects of the Invention]

[0010] According to the present invention, the storage section for the hose guide can be provided in a part other than the chassis, and good workability of the cleaning operation by the high-pressure cleaning vehicle can be ensured. [Brief explanation of the drawing]

[0012] Embodiments of the present invention will be described below with reference to the drawings.

[0013] Figures 1 and 2 show a high-pressure cleaning vehicle equipped with a hose guide storage structure according to an embodiment of the present invention. On the chassis frame 1 of the high-pressure cleaning vehicle, via a subframe, are mounted a water tank 2 for storing water, a pump chamber 3 for housing a water pump, a hose reel 4 around which a cleaning hose with a cleaning nozzle attached to its end is wound, and an operation panel 5 for operating the unwinding and winding of the cleaning hose by the rotational drive of the hose reel 4, and the supply of high-pressure water to the cleaning hose. The hose reel 4 and the operation panel 5 are located at the rear of the vehicle and are attached to a reel section subframe 6 fixed to the chassis frame 1 via a turntable 7. The water tank 2 is located in front of the hose reel 4 and the operation panel 5 and is attached to a tank section subframe 8 fixed to the chassis frame 1. In this embodiment, the storage sections 9 (9a, 9b) for housing the hose guide 10, which will be described later, are provided on the left and right reel section subframes 6 (6a, 6b) and the left and right tank section subframes 8 (8a, 8b) adjacent to them, respectively, which extend in the front-rear direction of the vehicle. They are spaced apart in the left-right direction of the vehicle and extend from the rear of the vehicle towards the front.

[0014] Figure 3 shows the hose guide device 10. The hose guide device 10 consists of a guide roller 10a having a concave guide surface 10a1 for guiding the cleaning hose, a U-shaped support 10b that rotatably supports the guide roller 10a, and a support rod 10c attached to the support 10b. The support 10b is provided with a hook 10b1, and by hooking the hook 10b1 of the support 10b onto the edge of the opening on the pipe side of the manhole, as shown in Figure 11, the guide roller 10a can be positioned on the edge of the opening on the pipe side. The support rod 10c is formed, for example, from a round steel pipe and consists of a base rod 10c1 on which the guide roller 10a is provided, and an extension rod 10c2 that is detachably connected to the base rod 10c1 by appropriate connecting means, for example, male and female screw parts 10c3, and has a two-part structure consisting of the base rod 10c1 and the extension rod 10c2. Furthermore, a reinforcing member 10d is suspended between the tip portion of the base rod 10c1 and both sides of the support member 6b, reinforcing the guide roller 10a so as not to tilt or displace relative to the base rod 10c1. In this embodiment, the base rod 10c1 of the support rod 10c is stored in the storage section 9a on the right side facing the front of the vehicle, and the extension rod 10c2 of the support rod 10c is stored in the storage section 9b on the left side facing the front of the vehicle (see Figure 2).

[0015] Figs. 4 and 5 show the storage portions 9 (9a, 9b) for storing the hose guide tool 10 and the peripheral portions thereof (illustrations of the turntable 7, the hose reel 4, and the operation panel 5 are omitted). As shown in Figs. 5(b) and 5(c), in this embodiment, the left and right reel portion sub-frames 6a, 6b are each formed of angle steel pipe materials. Similarly, the left and right tank portion sub-frames 8a, 8b are also each formed of angle steel pipe materials. The left and right storage portions 9a, 9b are respectively configured by fixedly disposing cylindrical holders 9a1, 9b1 formed of round steel pipe materials having an inner diameter slightly larger than the outer diameter of the support rod 10c (base rod 10c1 and extension rod 10c2) in the hollow portions of the reel portion sub-frames 6a, 6b and the hollow portions of the tank portion sub-frames 8a, 8b. As shown in Fig. 4(c), in the storage portion 9a, the rear end opening 9a11 of the cylindrical holder 9a1 is located on the vehicle front side (inner side of the hollow portion) with respect to the rear end opening 6a1 of the reel portion sub-frame 6a. Also, as shown in Fig. 4(d), in the storage portion 9b, the rear end opening 9b11 of the cylindrical holder 9b1 is located on the vehicle front side (inner side of the hollow portion) with respect to the rear end opening 6b1 of the reel portion sub-frame 6b. As shown in Fig. 4(b), the front end opening 9b12 of the cylindrical holder 9b1 is closed by a partition 8b1 attached at an intermediate position in the hollow portion of the tank portion sub-frame 8b.

[0016] As shown in Fig. 5(b), engaging tools 6a2, 1a for engaging the hooks of the locking chain 11 described later are respectively provided at the rear end portions of the reel portion sub-frame 6a where the storage portion 9a is provided and at the rear end portion of the chassis frame 1 to which the reel portion sub-frame 6a is fixed. Also, as shown in Fig. 5(c), a stopper 12 described later is attached to the rear end portion of the reel portion sub-frame 6b where the storage portion 9b is provided.

[0017] Fig. 6 shows a state where the hose guide tool 10 is stored in the storage portions 9 (9a, 9b). The support rod 10c of the hose guide tool 10 is separated into a base rod 10c1 and an extension rod 10c2, and the base rod 10c1 is stored in the storage portion 9a and the extension rod 10c2 is stored in the storage portion 9b, respectively.

[0018] As shown in Figure 7(a) {enlarged view of part A in Figure 6(a)}, in the storage section 9a, the rear end portion of the base rod 10c1 is stored in the storage section 9a, while the tip portion of the base rod 10c1 including the reinforcing member 10d, the support 10b, and the guide roller 10a protrude from the storage section 9a to the rear of the vehicle. The locking chain 11 is then applied to the guide surface 10a1 of the guide roller 10a that protrudes to the rear of the vehicle, and the hooks at both ends of the locking chain 11 engage with the engaging member 6a2 of the reel section subframe 6a and the engaging member 1a of the chassis frame 1 {see Figure 5(b)}, respectively. As a result, the guide roller 10a is locked to the rear of the vehicle, and the rear end portion of the base rod 10c1 is held inside the storage section 9a.

[0019] As shown in Figure 7(b) {enlarged view of section B in Figure 6(a)}, the extension rod 10c2 is entirely stored in the storage section 9b. When the extension rod 10c2 is stored in the storage section 9b, its movement toward the rear of the vehicle is restricted by a stopper 12 attached to the rear end of the reel section subframe 6b, and its movement toward the front of the vehicle is restricted by a partition 8b1 of the tank section subframe 8b {see Figure 6(b)}.

[0020] Figure 8 shows a stopper 12 attached to the rear end of the reel subframe 6b. The stopper 12 is mainly composed of a frame 12a, a pivot shaft 12b fixed to the frame 12a, a stopper member 12c rotatably attached to the pivot shaft 12b, and an elastic member, such as a kick spring 12d, that rotatably connects the stopper member 12c to the frame 12a. The stopper member 12c includes a base portion 12c1 attached to the pivot shaft 12b, a locking portion 12c2 extending to one side from the tip of the base portion 12c1, and an operating portion 12c3 extending to the other side from the tip of the base portion 12c1. The tip of the locking portion 12c2 is bent to form a hook portion 12c4. Furthermore, the coiled portion of the kick spring 12d is externally fitted onto the pivot axis 12b, and both ends of the kick spring 12d are locked to the base portion 12c1 of the stopper member 12c and the frame 12a, respectively. The stopper member 12 is normally in the position shown in Figure 8(a), and when it receives a clockwise rotational force in the same figure, it rotates clockwise around the pivot axis 12b against the elastic force of the kick spring 12d. When this rotational force is released, the stopper member 12 rotates counterclockwise due to the elastic restoring force of the kick spring 12d and autonomously returns to the position shown in Figure 8(a). When the stopper member 12c rotates around the pivot axis 12b, the inner corner of the tip of the hook portion 12c4 of the locking portion 12c2 traces a rotational trajectory t of a circular arc centered on the axis O of the pivot axis 12b.

[0021] As shown in Figure 7(b), the stopper 12 is provided corresponding to the rear end opening of the storage section 9b (in this example, the rear end opening 6b1 of the reel section subframe 6b) by fixing the frame 12a to the rear end of the reel section subframe 6b. Normally, the stopper member 12 is in the position shown in Figure 7(b), and the rear end opening (6b1) of the storage section 9b is closed by the locking portion 12c2 of the stopper member 12. Also, by gripping the operating portion 12c3 of the stopper member 12c and rotating the stopper member 12c clockwise in the same figure, the rear end opening (6b1) of the storage section 9b is released. In this state, when the operating portion 12c3 is released, the stopper member 12c autonomously returns to the position shown in Figure 7(b) due to the elastic restoring force of the kick spring 12d, and the rear end opening (6b1) of the storage section 9b is closed.

[0022] As shown in Figure 9(a), when the extension rod 10c2 stored in the storage section 9b moves towards the rear of the vehicle due to vibrations during vehicle operation or gravity during uphill driving, the male screw 10c21 of the male-female screw section 10c3, which is used to connect the extension rod 10c2 to the base rod 10c1 in this example, comes into contact with the inner surface of the locking section 12c2 of the stopper member 12c, pressing the locking section 12c2 towards the rear of the vehicle. Due to this pressing force acting on the locking section 12c2, the stopper member 12c attempts to rotate clockwise around the pivot axis 12b as shown in Figure 9(a). However, the rotation trajectory t of the inner corner of the tip of the hook section 12c4, centered on the axis O of the pivot axis 12b, intersects with the male screw 10c21. As a result, the inner corner of the tip of the hook section 12c4 comes into contact with the male screw 10c21, preventing the rotation of the stopper member 12c. Therefore, the stopper member 12c maintains the position shown in Figure 9(a), and the rear end opening (6b1) of the storage section 9b remains closed by the locking portion 12c2 of the stopper member 12c. This reliably prevents the extension rod 10c2 from protruding from the storage section 9b towards the rear of the vehicle.

[0023] On the other hand, as shown in Figure 9(b), when the extension rod 10c2 is stored in the correct position within the storage section 9b, the rotational trajectory t of the inner corner of the tip of the hook portion 12c4, centered on the axis O of the pivot shaft 12b, disengages from the male screw 10c2. Therefore, by rotating the stopper member 12c clockwise in Figure 9(b) and opening the rear end opening (6b1) of the storage section 9b, the extension rod 10c2 can be pulled out of the storage section 9b.

[0024] As shown in Figure 10, by operating the stopper 12 as described above to open the rear end opening (6b1) of the storage section 9b, the extension rod 10c2 can be stored in the storage section 9b from the rear side of the vehicle, and the extension rod 10c2 can be pulled out from the storage section 9b towards the rear side of the vehicle. In the storage section 9a, by removing the locking chain 11 shown in Figure 7(a), the base rod 10c1 can be stored in the storage section 9a from the rear side of the vehicle, and the base rod 10c1 can be pulled out from the storage section 9a towards the rear side of the vehicle. Therefore, when unwinding the cleaning hose with a hose reel, the work of removing the hose guide tool 10 from the storage sections 9a and 9b and positioning the guide roller 10a in the desired guide position, and after winding up the cleaning hose with a hose reel, the work of removing the guide roller 10a from the guide position and storing the hose guide tool 10 in the storage sections 9a and 9b can be performed smoothly, ensuring good workability for cleaning work with a high-pressure cleaning vehicle.

[0025] In the above embodiment, the support rod 10c of the hose guide 10 has a two-part structure consisting of a base rod 10c1 and an extension rod 10c2, and the storage section 9 for housing the hose guide 10 consists of a storage section 9a for housing the base rod 10c1 and a storage section 9b for housing the extension rod 10c2. However, if the support rod 10c of the hose guide 10 has a three-part or more divided structure, in other words, if the support rod 10c of the hose guide 10 consists of a base rod 10c1 and an extension rod having a two-part or more divided structure, the storage section 9 for housing the hose guide 10 can consist of a storage section 9a for housing the base rod 10c1 and a plurality of storage sections, each housing one of the divided parts of the extension rod. In this case, the plurality of storage sections for housing the extension rod are provided in parallel on a subframe extending in the longitudinal direction of the vehicle and extend from the rear of the vehicle toward the front. For example, multiple storage compartments for storing extension rods are constructed by fixing multiple cylindrical holders, each having an inner diameter slightly larger than the outer diameter of the extension rod, in parallel in the hollow sections of the subframes corresponding to the reel section subframe 6b and the tank section subframe 8b in the above embodiment. Depending on the situation, some of the storage compartments for storing extension rods may also be constructed by fixing the above-mentioned cylindrical holders and a cylindrical holder 9a1 for storing the base rod 10c1 in parallel in the hollow sections of the subframes corresponding to the reel section subframe 6a and the tank section subframe 8a in the above embodiment. Furthermore, if a portion of the divided section of the extension rod is provided as a reserve and is not used frequently, a section for storing this divided section may be provided in a location other than the subframe, for example, on the top or rear side of the water tank.

[0026] If the support rod 10c of the hose guide 10 has an integrated structure, the storage section 9 for housing the hose guide 10 may consist only of the storage section corresponding to the storage section 9a (storage section for housing the base rod 10c1) in the above embodiment. Alternatively, in addition to this storage section, a storage section corresponding to the storage section 9b (storage section for housing the extension rod 10c2) in the above embodiment may be provided as a backup. This storage section may be left empty, or it may store a spare extension rod. [Explanation of symbols]
