Abstract

To take measures against children left in a vehicle as well as heat stroke of the children or the like inside a vehicle.SOLUTION: A drive recorder 10 is attached to a predetermined position above a windshield 2 of a vehicle 1. A child seat 4 is arranged on a back seat 3 of the vehicle, and a camera of the drive recorder photographs an area including the child seat. A control part of the drive recorder that image-analyzes an image photographed by the camera determines whether or not a child is present on the child seat, when ACC is turned off to be in a parking mode. When the child is present thereon, an alarm is output from the drive recorder and an analysis result thereof is communicated outside to give notice of a driver's smart phone or the like. Thus, the driver can confirms there is the child when getting off the vehicle. Further, notification is received even when the child is left in the vehicle, and thus the child is prevented from being left therein, and heat stroke or the like can be previously prevented from being generated, by early returning to the vehicle.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
