To provide a blood purification device that can divert an agent B stock solution used in a blood purification treatment process as an alkali agent used for a defatting washing process, and can carry out the defatting washing process reliably and smoothly.SOLUTION: After performing a bicarbonate water solution generation process for generating a sodium hydrogen carbonate water solution of a prescribed capacity while discharging carbon dioxide by a heating part 4 and a deaeration part 5, a control part 13 performs a defatting washing process using the sodium hydrogen carbonate water solution. The blood purification device includes a circulation flow passage for circulating an agent B stock solution introduced to a piping part, and in a process to circulate the agent B stock solution in the circulation flow passage, carbon dioxide is discharged by the deaeration part while heating the agent B stock solution by the heating part to generate a bicarbonate water solution. The heating part and the deaeration part heat and deaerate clean water for generating a dialysate of prescribed concentration by mixing an agent A stock solution and agent B sock solution in a blood purification treatment process.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
