The blood purification device includes a circulation flow passage for circulating an agent B stock solution introduced to a piping part, and in a process to circulate the agent B stock solution in the circulation flow passage, carbon dioxide is discharged by the deaeration part while heating the agent B stock solution by the heating part to generate a bicarbonate water solution.
