This therapeutic application management system comprises: a code information transmission unit 21 that analyzes a code by means of the function of a therapeutic application installed in a patient terminal 2, and transmits medical institution information acquired thereby to a management server together with a therapeutic application ID; a medical institution side information recording unit 11 that receives and records the medical institution information and a management application ID from the medical institution terminal 3 in a storage unit 10; and an activation unit 13 that activates the therapeutic application by receiving the medical institution information and the therapeutic application ID transmitted by the code information transmission unit 21 and recording the management application ID associated with the received medical institution information and the received therapeutic application ID in the storage unit 10 in association with each other.
