Abstract

To preferably measure temperature of each of battery cells in a battery pack.SOLUTION: Bus bars 8 of a secondary battery are disposed in a case through insert molding, and each make a battery jar airtight as a portion of the battery jar. Portions of the bus bars 8 are exposed to a vertical ventilation path outside of the battery jar in a heat radiative manner as heat radiation surfaces. Temperature / voltage detection parts 91, which are sensors for determining temperature of bus bars 8, are tightly disposed on detection faces of the bus bars. It is provided with a flexible substrate 9 which is a circuit of wires for collecting individual signals from the temperature / voltage detection parts 91 and transmitting the signals. It is provided with a flexible-substrate external connector for extracting the signals of the flexible substrate 9 from the outside. Accordingly, temperature of bus bars 8 directly connected to many electrode bodies 10 can be individually measured, and thus temperature of electrode bodies 10 can be accurately determined.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 25
