Abstract

To provide a composition comprising a cationic polymer, wherein the composition is stable even when comprising a relatively large amount of oil.SOLUTION: The present invention relates to a composition comprising: (a-1) at least one cationic polymer, (a-2) at least one monovalent non-polymeric acid or a salt thereof, (a-3) water, (b-1) at least one oil, and (b-2) at least one fatty acid. Claims

1. (a-1) At least one cationic polymer selected from chitosan, (a-2) Lactic acid or its salt, (a-3) Water, (b-1) at least one type of oil, and (b-2) At least one C4-C22 fatty acid A composition comprising, The amount of the (a-1) cationic polymer in the composition is 0.01% by mass to 15% by mass relative to the total mass of the composition. The amount of (a-2) lactic acid or its salt in the composition is 0.01% by mass to 20% by mass relative to the total mass of the composition. The amount of (a-3) water in the composition is 40% to 90% by mass relative to the total mass of the composition.
