Abstract

To provide a document creation supporting device and a document creation supporting system which allow a document for which roles to be played by both involved parties in creating the document are clear to be efficiently created.SOLUTION: A document management server 1 related to support for creating a document between a customer and a manufacturer, which is created by the manufacturer according to the customer's requirements includes: an item reception unit 12 which receives multiple items specified from a customer terminal 7; a document-with-items creating unit 14 which creates a document with items which is obtained by placing the received multiple items in a format stored in a format storage unit 34 which stores formats which are document format templates referring to a base item storage unit 32 which stores multiple items which can be included in a document; a document-with-items outputting unit 15 which outputs the document with items which has been created to a manufacturer terminal 6 in an editable manner; and an edited document registration unit 16 which receives an edited document which is the document with items which has been edited from the manufacturer terminal 6 and stores it in a document storage unit group 4.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
