Abstract

To provide a topical skin preparation that makes skin appear beautiful.SOLUTION: A topical skin preparation contains (A) water-soluble polysaccharides, (B) an ampholytic surfactant or a nonionic surfactant with an HLB of 7.5 or more, and (C) water. The content of component (A) is 4-20 mass% relative to the total amount of the topical skin preparation.SELECTED DRAWING: None

Claims

1. (A) water-soluble polysaccharide, (B) Amphoteric surfactants or nonionic surfactants with an HLB of 7.5 or higher, (C) Water A topical skin preparation comprising, (A) The component is pullulan, (A) The amount of component is 4 to 20% by mass of the total amount of the topical skin preparation. The aforementioned amphoteric surfactant is selected from the group consisting of alkyl betaine, fatty acid amidopropyl betaine, and alkylimidazole. The nonionic surfactant is selected from the group consisting of polyether-modified silicone, polyoxyethylene hydrogenated castor oil, polyoxyethylene sterol, and polyoxyethylene / polyoxyalkylene copolymer. A topical skin preparation in which the ratio of the amount of component (A) to the amount of component (B) ((A) / (B)) is 3 to 150.

2. (A) The weight-average molecular weight of component is 5,000 to 1,000,000, as described in claim 1.

3. The topical skin preparation according to claim 1 or 2, wherein the amount of component (A) is 5.5 to 12% by mass relative to the total amount of the topical skin preparation.

4. The topical skin preparation according to claim 1 or 2, wherein the amount of component (B) is 0.05 to 1.5% by mass relative to the total amount of the topical skin preparation.

5. A topical skin preparation according to claim 1 or 2, which is a cosmetic for the skin.
