Abstract

To provide an instrument that facilitates wood-grain coating.SOLUTION: An instrument for wood-grain coating according to the present invention comprises: a rod-like body 1 whose both ends comprise handles 10; two brushes 2, provided in the rod-like body 1, which can slide in a longitudinal direction of the rod-like body 1; and an operating part 3 that is operated with thumbs of hands holding the handles 10 to enable the brushes 2 to slide, which can draw two lines on a surface to be drawn at the same time, by pushing tips of the brushes 2 against a surface to be coated while keeping the rod-like body 1 in a nearly horizontal state and moving the rod-like body 1 forward or backward in a longitudinal direction crossing a lateral direction which is the longitudinal direction of the rod-like body 1, and can easily draw the lines as curve lines imitating wood-grain, by changing an interval between the two brushes 2 while sliding the brushes 2, during all-direction movement.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
