Abstract
The present invention provides a ligand that binds to Nectin-4 present on cancer cells, or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof. The present invention relates to a heterotandem bicyclic peptide complex comprising a first peptide ligand that binds to a component present on a cancer cell conjugated via a linker to a second peptide ligand that binds to a component present on an immune cell, and to the use of the heterotandem bicyclic peptide complex in the prevention, suppression, or treatment of cancer.
