Abstract
To improve, in a communication system that provides a service to a user who utilizes a vehicle, a usability by improving a response speed from a server to a communication terminal device.SOLUTION: According to a communication system, when a vehicle providing service is utilized, user identification information that identifies a user is associated with information on a service plan selected in advance by the user, and with vehicle identification information capable of identifying a vehicle that can provide such a service plan, and those pieces of information are stored in a server 1 of the vehicle providing service. Hence, when the user utilizes the vehicle providing service, the speed of a process that a CPU 1a of the server 1 searches an available vehicle, and that of a searching process for the service plan selected in advance by the user are improved, thereby improving a usability.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
