AI Technical Summary

Technical Problem

Existing live commerce systems lack the ability to effectively record and aggregate viewer reactions during live broadcasts for later analysis and distribution, limiting the engagement and interaction with archived content.

Method used

A server system that records live commerce content during broadcasts, collects viewer reactions in chronological order, aggregates them, and distributes this information alongside the archive to terminals for enhanced viewer interaction.

Benefits of technology

Abstract

To improve convenience on live commerce distribution and the like.SOLUTION: A program is executed by a server communicating with a first terminal of a viewer viewing live commerce content. The server causes its control unit to perform processing of: recording live commerce content in an archive during live broadcast; receiving, from a first terminal, first information on reactions of viewers to the liver commerce content during live broadcast of the live commerce content; associating reactions along an archive time series on the basis of reception of the first information; and tallying the associated reactions. The server also causes its communication unit to perform processing of transmitting second information based on tallying processing to a second terminal when the archive is distributed to the second terminal.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1-1
