Abstract
Claims
1. A method for separating and recovering a laminated film having at least a resin substrate layer and a desorption layer, characterized by comprising the following steps (1) to (4). (1) A shredding process in which the laminated film is shredded while being cooled with water at a liquid temperature of 50°C or lower using a cooling means, in order to obtain shredded material. (2) Separation step of immersing the shredded material in a desorption liquid to separate the resin substrate layer. (3) Recovery process for recovering the separated resin substrate layer (4) Washing and filtering process to wash the shredded material with water to remove ink fragments and / or adhesive fragments. However, the mass of water used in step (1) is 10 to 500 times the mass of the laminated film, and step (4) is included between step (1) and step (2), and step (4) includes a filtration step using a filtration screen.
2. The method for separating and recovering a laminated film according to claim 1, wherein the desorption layer is a layer containing a compound having an acidic group.
3. The method for separating and recovering a laminated film according to claim 1 or 2, wherein the desorption layer is a layer containing a water-soluble resin.
4. The method for separating and recovering a laminated film according to claim 1 or 2, wherein the laminated film has a partial structure comprising a resin substrate layer, a primer layer, and an ink layer in that order, and the primer layer is a desorption layer.
5. The method for separating and recovering a laminated film according to claim 1 or 2, wherein the laminated film has a partial structure in which two resin substrate layers are laminated with an adhesive layer in between, and the adhesive layer is a desorption layer.
6. The method for separating and recovering a laminated film according to claim 1 or 2, wherein the laminated film has a partial structure comprising a resin substrate layer and an ink layer in that order, and the ink layer is a desorption layer.
