Abstract

The present invention provides a composition that has an effect of enhancing the gene expression of adrenomedullin.　One or more embodiments of the present invention pertain to a composition for enhancing adrenomedullin gene expression, said composition comprising a TRPV1 agonist and a TRPA1 agonist as active ingredients. Examples of the TRPV1 agonist include one or more selected from among capsaicin, 6-shogaol, 6-gingerol and piperine. Examples of the TRPA1 agonist include one or more selected from among allyl isothiocyanate, cinnamaldehyde, diallyl disulfide, ASP7663 and an oxylipin.

Claims

1. A composition for enhancing adrenomedullin gene expression, containing a TRPV1 agonist and a TRPA1 agonist as active ingredients, The following combinations of the TRPV1 agonist and the TRPA1 agonist are (1) to (17): (1) Capsaicin and allyl isothiocyanate (AITC), (2) Capsaicin and cinnamaldehyde, (3) Capsaicin and diallyl disulfide, (4) Capsaicin and ASP7663, (5) 6-Gingerol and AITC, (6) 6-Gingerol and cinnamaldehyde, (7) 6-Gingerol and diallyl disulfide, (8) 6-Gingerol and ASP7663, (9) 6-Gingerol and AITC, (10) 6-Gingerol and cinnamaldehyde, (11) 6-Gingerol and diallyl disulfide, (12) 6-Gingerol and ASP7663, (13) Piperine and AITC, (14) Piperine and cinnamaldehyde, (15) Piperine and diallyl disulfide, (16) Piperine and ASP7663, (17) 6-Gingerol and purified oxylipin Selected from, Composition for enhancing adrenomedullin gene expression.
