To provide an information processor which can surely determine reliability of a parameter used in shore-arrival assistance.SOLUTION: An information processor has acquisition means, marker position acquisition means, and reliability determination means. The acquisition means acquires measurement data generated by a measurement device provided on a marine vessel. The marker position acquisition means acquires positions of two markers provided on a berthing place, on the basis of the measurement data.
