Abstract

To provide a light emitting apparatus and the like that require short time from when current is started to be consumed for light emission until a predetermined power is reached.SOLUTION: A light emitting apparatus comprises: a light emitting unit that includes luminous elements; a driving unit that includes first elements each connected with a cathode electrode provided on a cathode side of the luminous element, and supplies current for causing light emission to drive the luminous element; and capacitance units that are each provided between the cathode electrode and an anode electrode provided on an anode side of the luminous element in parallel with a current path for causing light emission.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
