Abstract

To provide a remote diagnostic system, a remote diagnostic method, and a program which remotely diagnose a state of a vehicle so as to be able to execute notification about a failure with high urgency of maintenance.SOLUTION: A remote diagnostic system 1 for remotely diagnosing a state of a vehicle 20 includes a failure diagnostic section for diagnosing the state of the vehicle 20 on the basis of a failure code acquired from the vehicle 20 and filtering data comprising live data detected by sensors 23 to 27 provided to the vehicle 20 and each evaluation value predetermined according to contents of a failure, so as to notify predetermined computers of diagnostic result of the state of the vehicle 20.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
