Abstract

[Problem] To provide a sheet for attaching a protective sheet to a display screen and a sheet attaching system for attaching said protective sheet that can prevent the intrusion of dust as much as possible. Sheet for attaching a protective sheet to a display screen and sheet attaching system for attaching the protective sheet

[0001] The present invention relates to a sheet for attaching a protective sheet to a display screen of a mobile device, and an attachment system for attaching the protective sheet.

[0002] Mobile devices such as mobile phones, including iPhones (registered trademarks), are equipped with display screens made of liquid crystal, inorganic or organic electroluminescence (EL), or the like. Because display screens are susceptible to scratches during use, they are protected with resin films such as PET. Such protective films are applied to the display screen by peeling off the release sheet to expose the adhesive portion, but this can lead to problems such as inaccurate application positioning and the formation of air bubbles. Furthermore, when the patch layer is touched by fingers, sebum can reduce the adhesive strength.

Claims

1. To remove dust from a display screen, there is a dust removal sheet having a dust removal adhesive portion that is temporarily attached to and removably adheres to the display screen, a dust removal release sheet that protects the dust removal adhesive portion, a protective sheet having an adhesive portion for attaching to the display screen, a removable release sheet attached to the adhesive portion to protect the adhesive portion, a pull-out portion attached to the dust removal sheet and the release sheet, and a positioning sheet for positioning the protective sheet. The positioning sheet has an opening positioning opening. The dust removal release sheet is attached to the dust removal sheet and protrudes from the side of the dust removal sheet when the dust removal release sheet is bent. The positioning sheet is attached to the surface of the protective sheet and is a sheet capable of pressing the protective sheet through the positioning opening.

To remove dust from a display screen, there is a dust removal sheet having a dust removal adhesive portion that is temporarily attached to and removably adheres to the display screen, a dust removal release sheet that protects the dust removal adhesive portion, a protective sheet having an adhesive portion for attaching to the display screen, a removable release sheet attached to the adhesive portion to protect the adhesive portion, a pull-out portion attached to the dust removal sheet and the release sheet, and a positioning sheet for positioning the protective sheet. The positioning sheet has an opening positioning opening. The area of the positioning opening is not more than half of the area of the positioning sheet. The dust removal release sheet is attached to the dust removal sheet and protrudes from the side of the dust removal sheet when the dust removal release sheet is bent. The positioning sheet is attached to the surface of the protective sheet and is a sheet capable of pressing the protective sheet through the positioning opening.

3. A main body for arranging a mobile device having a display screen, a lid portion covering the main body, and the sheet according to claim 1 or 2, wherein the main body has a second wall portion, the lid portion has a recess, and when the sheet is arranged on the main body and the lid portion is covered, a configured opening formed by the second wall portion and the recess, the configured opening being capable of inserting the mobile device having the display screen, and the dust removal release sheet protruding from the configured opening, a sheet sticking system.

A main body for arranging a mobile device having a display screen, a lid portion covering the main body, and the sheet according to claim 1 or 2, wherein the main body has a second wall portion, the lid portion has a recess and a recessed portion that is a depression, and when the sheet is arranged on the main body and the lid portion is covered, a configured opening formed by the second wall portion and the recess, the dust removal release sheet protruding from the configured opening, the configured opening being capable of inserting the mobile device having the display screen, the lid portion further having a lid opening, the pull-out portion protruding from the lid opening and being capable of pressing the protective sheet by pressing the recessed portion, a sheet sticking system.

A main body for arranging a mobile device having a display screen, a lid portion covering the main body, and the sheet according to claim 1 or 2, wherein the main body has a second wall portion, the lid portion has a recess and a recessed portion that is a depression, and when the sheet is arranged on the main body and the lid portion is covered, a configured opening formed by the second wall portion and the recess, the dust removal release sheet protruding from the configured opening, the configured opening being capable of inserting the mobile device having the display screen, the lid portion further having a lid opening, the pull-out portion protruding from the lid opening and being capable of pressing the protective sheet through the positioning opening by pressing the recessed portion, a sheet sticking system.
