Abstract

This invention relates to medicine, specifically traumatology and orthopedics. It is intended for the treatment of fractures with delayed consolidation, as well as fractures with long-term non-union. The objective of the invention is to develop and implement a new closed, minimally invasive, intraosseous autografting technique for the treatment of fractures with slow healing. The essence of the invention is that when treating fractures with delayed consolidation in the presence of an installed metal rod, it is removed, after which, if necessary, a preliminary expansion of the bone marrow canal is performed, and along its course, an autograft obtained from the iliac crest or tibia is introduced into the area of ​​the fracture site, while the introduction of the autograft is carried out under the control of an electron-optical converter. The technical result consists of stimulating osteogenesis processes and accelerating fracture consolidation, reducing the trauma of surgical intervention, decreasing the risk of postoperative complications, and shortening the treatment and rehabilitation time for patients.
