The present invention pertains to the field of municipal pipelines, in particular to a municipal pipeline testing device, and addresses the problem that existing testing devices are comparatively cumbersome to operate, require a great deal of time, and therefore have low testing efficiency; the following solution is proposed for this purpose, which comprises a water tank, wherein the top of the water tank is open, one side of the water tank is fixedly connected to an arc-shaped fixing plate, and a circular groove is formed on the side of the water tank adjacent to the arc-shaped fixing plate, wherein the circular groove interacts with the arc-shaped fixing plate;In the present invention, by arranging a first clamping plate and a second clamping plate, pipes can be fixed and simultaneously adapted to pipes of different dimensions, thereby extending the application range of the device, and by arranging a stop plate, several pipes can be blocked, wherein after moving the first round plate to its outermost position the stop plate can be raised, so that, in conjunction with the support provided by the arc-shaped fixing plate, the pipes fall down one after the other and the loading process is completed, thereby reducing the workload of the workers.
