Abstract

The present invention relates to a composition comprising albumin-coupled Slit3 LRRD2 for prevention or treatment of muscle disease and more particularly provides a fusion protein comprising albumin-coupled Slit3 LRRD2, a nucleic acid molecule coding for the fusion protein, a recombinant vector carrying the nucleic acid molecule, a transformant anchoring the recombinant vector, a method for preparing a fusion protein by using the transformant, a composition comprising the fusion protein for prevention or treatment of muscle disease, and a composition comprising the fusion protein for improving in vivo half-life of LRRD2 of Slit 3 protein.
