Method for obtaining 1-alkoxyalkylphosphonium salts

Abstract

The subject of the application is a method for obtaining 1-alkoxyalkylphosphonium salts of the formula 1, wherein R is Me, CH2Cl, Ph, Bn, 4-C6H4OMe, CH2CH2PPh3+BF4-; R1 is Me, Et; Ar is Ph, 3-C6H4Cl, 4-C6H4OMe; X is BF4, TfO, which consists in that acetals of the general formula 2, wherein R is Me, CH2Cl, Ph, Bn, CH=CH2; R1 is Me, Et is mixed with phosphonium salts of formula 3, wherein Ar is Ph, 4-C6H4OMe, 3-C6H4Cl, and X is BF4 or TfO in a 1:1 molar ratio in a solvent or without solvent, at a temperature of 25°C to 100°C, preferably at room temperature, for 15 minutes to 72 hours, and the obtained salt is isolated by evaporation of volatile parts or by precipitation with diethyl ether or hexane, preferably recrystallized from CHCl3 / Et2O, CH3CN / Et2O or CH2Cl2 / Et2O systems.
