Abstract

The information processing unit (10) will handle the vehicle numbers (30) used for service. Shared use of vehicle-based information processing equipment (10) consisting of control units (15) It is structured to receive one of the following: subscription information. For usage requiring reservations, advance bookings, and information regarding subscriptions. For use when required for the use of the vehicle(30) which has been stopped. At the station, on standby when needed (203), incoming from users in the form of information about Sign up for vehicle use (30), calculate the vehicle's usable period (30). Using different methods depending on whether the subscription information is for... It can be used with reservations or on demand, and sends notifications about available times. which can be used as calculated to the user's terminal device (20);

Claims

1. The information processing unit (10) that handles the vehicles (30) used for the ride-sharing service consists of a control unit (15) which is configured to receive either a pre-booked subscription message or a on-demand subscription message for the vehicle (30) which is held at the on-demand stand (203) from the user as a vehicle subscription message (30), calculates the available time of the vehicle (30) using different methods depending on whether the subscription message is pre-booked or on-demand, and sends the calculated available time message to the user's terminal (20). 2.

3. The information processing unit (10) under claim 1 or 2, in the case of reserved use, the control unit (15) shall be configured to calculate the available time by subtracting the time prior to actual operation, which is the time for vehicle delivery (30), and the downtime, which is the time after the vehicle (30) is stopped, from the unreserved time until the next reserved time.

4. The information processing unit (10) under claim 1 of claim 3, in the case of on-demand use, the control unit (15) shall be configured to calculate the available time by subtracting the downtime, which is the time after the vehicle (30) is stopped, from the unreserved time until the next reserved time. 5.The information processing unit (10) under any one of the claims of Claims 1 through 4, where in the case of reserved use, the control unit (11) is configured to calculate the available time for each vehicle type and send information about the calculated available time for each vehicle type to the user's terminal (20).

6. The information processing unit (10) under any one of the claims of Claims 1 through 5, where when there is more than one unreserved vehicle of the same type, the control unit (15) is configured to send information about the available time of the vehicle with the longest available time to the user's terminal (20).

7. The information processing unit (10) under any one of the claims of Claims 1 through 6, where the available time has an upper limit. 8.A non-temporal storage medium holds instructions in which the computer managing the vehicle(30) used for the ride-sharing service performs the following operations: receiving one of the following—either a reserved or on-demand subscription message for the vehicle(30) held at the on-demand stand (203) from the user as a vehicle(30) subscription message; calculating the vehicle(30) usable time using different methods depending on whether the subscription message is reserved or on-demand; and sending the calculated usable time message to the user's terminal(20).9.

10. Non-temporary storage media under Claim 8 or 9, where in the case of reserved use, the operation includes the calculation of the available time by subtracting the time prior to the actual operation, which is the time for vehicle delivery (30), and the downtime, which is the time of service interruption after vehicle use (30), from the unreserved time until the next reserved time.

11. Non-temporary storage media under any of Claim 8 through 10, where in the case of on-demand use, the operation includes the calculation of the available time by subtracting the downtime, which is the time of service interruption after vehicle use (30), from the unreserved time until the next reserved time. 12.Non-temporary storage media under any of the claims in Claims 8 through 11 where, in the case of reserved use, the operation includes calculating the available time for each vehicle type and sending information about the calculated available time for each vehicle type to the user's terminal (20).

13. Non-temporary storage media under any of the claims in Claims 8 through 12 where, when there is more than one unreserved vehicle of the same type, the operation includes sending information about the available time of the vehicle with the longest available time to the user's terminal (20).

14. Non-temporary storage media under any of the claims in Claims 8 through 13 where the available time is limited to 15.The information processing method performed by the information processing unit (10) that handles the vehicle(30) used for the ride-sharing service consists of receiving either the following: a pre-booked subscription message or a pre-booked subscription message for the vehicle(30) which is stopped at the pre-booked standby station(203) from the user as a vehicle(30) subscription message; calculating the vehicle(30) usable time using different methods depending on whether the subscription message is pre-booked or pre-booked; and sending the calculated usable time message to the user's terminal(20).16.

17. The information processing method under Claim 15 or 16, which also includes the calculation of the available time by subtracting the time prior to actual operation, which is the time for vehicle delivery (30), and the downtime, which is the time after the vehicle is stopped (30), from the unreserved time until the next reserved time in the case of reserved use.

18. The information processing method under any one of Claim 15 through 17, which also includes the calculation of the available time by subtracting the downtime, which is the time after the vehicle is stopped (30), from the unreserved time until the next reserved time in the case of on-demand use. 19.The processing method under any one of Claims 15 through 18, which includes calculating the available time for each vehicle type and sending information about the calculated available time for each vehicle type to the user's terminal (20) in the event of reserved usage.

20. The processing method under any one of Claims 15 through 19, which includes sending information about the available time of the vehicle with the longest available time to the user's terminal (20) when there is more than one unreserved vehicle of the same type;
